A beautiful place. A lot of space. Very friendly team.

We made two bookings, and the staff took great care of us. When they saw that the elderly had trouble walking, they immediately arranged a new room on a lower floor without stairs and closer by. They were very attentive and provided excellent care. We are very impressed :)

Muthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.

The hotel service is good. The distance from Villa to the restaurant is 4km and the provide transit using their shuttle service.

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful hotel is pretty clean and tidy but a little annoy me is about security area relevant due to hotel have mny space area and some area not well manage such as this the service area near my room need to be secure but now well manage i already toll hotel staff for improve it hope it will upgrade this security as hotel standard with highly concern. Other is thing is really good and i love it so. Surround area is calm and relax bice place for spend relax time here.

Hotel was great but new year countdown wasn’t that great as there was no actual countdown. However food at the new year party was great. If they could have the countdown and leave the buffet until the countdown, that would have been great. Over all, a nice and comfortable place to relax.

Classic, old style. This place is a big but comfy pool villa for those who look for a place to chill for a night or two. Every thing in here is gigantic, sofa, bed, or a pool! The view from Rm 927 is nice and quite private. There are so many spots you can sit and chill, both indoor and outdoor. There’s also a huge whirlpool bathtub inside in case one outdoor pool is not enough. Breakfast was food. Service was excellent.

The hotel room is big and well maintained. The hotel staff are very nice and support all the request from the guest. I got a small injury on my arm on the hiking trip and the front staff mis Amm help me with a first aid , she is very kind and helpful. She has also follow up with me about the injury on the next day , you will feel she is really care about you.
