Super nice hotel! Ver nice stuff and very beautiful and very clean hotel. It’s very convenient to go everywhere. It made my trip so special! I will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Delicious breakfast!

It's been good but have problems with booking online to many problems and taking to much money and not trusting that I getting the fair cost or charge but everything else is wonderful came for one night and stayed 4 days wonderfully done at this hotel and staff is hard working and u don't have to wait always greeted with hello and a smile great job they are doing

Ottimo il servizio di navetta gratuita per il centro. Colazione continentale completa. Personale della reception scostante, dava la sensazione che si dava fastidio, anche al check in. Bruttissimo approccio.

We picked this hotel for the restaurant and pool and were never informed that there was renovations being done on both. We waited the first evening for well over an hour to get something to eat from the bar. There is no where close by to get food as well. Really really unimpressed.

The people were very nice but the hotel pool was down, the gym equipment was broke, half of the outlets in the room didn’t work. We put in a request to have the power looked at, as our fridge and microwave didn’t work. For a traveling bodybuilder, this was a terrible stay.

The hotel is great hotel but for a family if you dont have a car to get around it further out bjt close to the airport. No food located around the area, have to order in. The shower pressure was very low, other than that the hotel was nice

It was quite enjoyable. Comfy beds, blackout curtains were sufficient. Although, the toiletries could've been better and the tv services. The wifi wouldn't work. Those things didnt over shadow the service and comfort. The breakfast was great as well. We will be back.

When we arrived early at this hotel the staff were very accommodating. The room we were allocated was recently refurbished and was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel is being refurbished from top to bottom but it didn’t impact on our stay. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us especially when we needed taxis to get us places (my Uber app was not playing ball for some reason). I would love to go back and see it when the full refurbished is finished. A special shout out to bald Angel and Kevin, who really saved us on more than one occasion.

The pool was under construction that wasn’t mentioned on the site when booked. One of the shuttle drivers was less than accommodating
