A pochi km da Albufeira potrete soggiornare in questo hotel dove il personale vi coccolerà dal primo all’ultimo minuto. Consigliato per i servizi. Colazione di qualità, parcheggio grande e riservato. Ci ritornerei sicuramente anche per il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Beautiful and well maintained grounds. The facilities provided in the accommodations were very good, fridge, freezer, dish washer, cooker and microwave. The kitchen was in good condition and looked fairly new. However, sofa and other fittings looked worn and tired. The Accommodation is within a stone's through to the beach. Approximately 10 and 15 minutes stroll to the beach As we were slightly outside summer season. Only Bed & Breakfast option was provided. We found the range of food provided for Breakfast was to a good standard. Restaurant Staff were helpful and polite. The reception staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice on things do and places to visit in Portugal.

Albergo attento alle misure covid, personale cordiale e abbastanza disponibile. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito esterno o interno. Piacevole la zona piscine che come in ogni struttura, per la verità, è presa di mira da bambini rumorosi e madri tolleranti. L'animazione era anche piacevole con ragazzi pieni di idee e coreografie piacevoli. La stanza era discreta ma nulla di più tra l'altro con un condizionatore d'aria a volte rumoroso, specie di notte quando vorresti dormire. La colazione a partire dalle ore 8 sino alle 11 è interessante per chi ama dormire tanto, per fortuna in altre strutture aprono alle 7 in modo che chi volesse andare in spiaggia presto non debba attendere le 8 del mattino (precise). La colazione era discreta, anche se mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più come offerta. La cosa che poi non si può tollerare è un frigorifero in camera che non funzionava per nulla e la spiegazione dell'hotel è stata che vi era un problema diffuso in tutte le camere, e questa sarebbe la spiegazione ufficiale ?! Ho dovuto bere bevande calde per tutta la vacanza perchè l'hotel non aveva alcuna intenzione di rimediare al problema??? Mi è stato detto che un poco funzionava ma non sopporto essere preso in giro, soprattutto quando paghi per una struttura superiore dove queste cose non sono accettabili. E questo sarebbe un hotel a 5 stelle? Credo che se un esperto di accreditamento venisse a fare un controllo non sarebbe male.

Stayed at this hotel over Christmas.Not good holiday ruined by horrible staff.No manners.Girls on reception desk are lovely.Staff in restaurants need training on how to treat and respect people.especially one very rude staff member .I cried one day how he he spoke to me. He made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable in the restaurant. Where he asked to see our armbands it was the way he approached us was the problem he got my arm, and said no, no. Then he did , the same to my husband he shouted you not paid for all-inclusive and went straight to reception. I felt very embarrassed.😳 he then made us wear our armbands in front of everyone and said we could not eat till we put them on no apology was given.The food in the restaurant was very cold, I mean freezing. I could not use the door by the bar area after 630, and was told to get out with no respect. I have never been spoken like this by staff on holiday. There was no manners and respect.There was old people spoken to the same way. They were upset it was too cold to go all the way round it was freezing some nights.I never complain, but I felt this hotel put me off booking Christmas holidays. I was looking forward to it so much and my holiday Christmas was ruined. The bath in the bathroom had no plugs. I had to go down to reception and get them and then We we was only given one to the bath. Me and my husband found it very hard to get into the bath as there was a glass screen on the wall it was fixed to the bath. There was disabled people in the hotel and they mentioned this to very difficult to get in and out, and you could not turn the tap off. I rented the ironing board and iron out on our stay for €10, which was given back when you took the ironing board and iron back. The ironing board was disgusting stains on board iron burnt marks on iron.when I returned both iron and ironing board, I was made to feel I had not paid my deposit as they had mixed up with other customers and gave my deposit to somebody else I was made to feel I have not paid No apology was made and it was their mistake. I will not be returning to this hotel I spent a lot of money on this hotel, I was disappointed most of it.There was a lot of complaints off the guests on the drink glasses they were plastic cups given to us on Christmas Day and in the hotel on the evenings I can understand plastic being used outside by pool area but I’ve never been to a hotel and had to have plastic inside. this was a big issue with all the guests. on a stay the pool area was not cleaned once. and the tables around the pool. There were plastic cups and rubbish left on the tables from day before. For a 4star hotel I expect better never experienced such a dirty hotel. I’ve been to 3 star that have been better.

Non posso colpire questo hotel. Ha tutto quello che la famiglia ha bisogno. Le piscine e le attività esterne dei bambini sono eccellenti. Pioveva in uno dei giorni, ma la spaziosa piscina all'interno significava che il nostro piccolo ragazzo poteva ancora nuotare. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite con tutto quello che ti serve. Devo dire un ringraziamento speciale al personale, soprattutto Ibrahim e il signore del personale notturno con lui alla ricezione.Abbiamo avuto un problema quando il nostro taxi prenotato e pagato non si è presentato. Ibrahim e l'altro signore sono andati fuori dal loro modo per aiutarci.Sono un credito assoluto all'hotel

Pertanto, innanzi tutto, vorrei dire che la mia esperienza con l'hotel non è terribile, purtroppo è stata la mia esperienza con le famiglie europee che si sono affacciate su questo hotel, non per la carenza di cuore. E'stata la mia esperienza che NON uno dei genitori ha mai fermato i loro figli a gridare mentre sono in piscina. Sono un genitore, non odio i bambini. Ma quando i bambini chiamano la tua campana o battono la tua porta alle 2.3 di sera in fila e i genitori non fanno niente??? Ho un problema con l'hotel che non affronta le nostre preoccupazioni. La stanza era soddisfacente, il letto era decente e il personale di pulizia era attento. Non è un hotel per coppie che desiderano rilassarsi. C'è un ristorante in questo hotel e la spiaggia di Maria Luisa sta camminando lontano. Non tornerò mai. VRBO per me in futuro se ritorno in qualsiasi paese europeo. Mi dispiace, ma i genitori europei non trattano i loro figli in modo adeguato.

Had a fantastic holiday here. Initially booked too short and extended via the website, just changing rooms was arranged very well. Rooms spacious, large balcony with sea view (always), the first room also overlooking one of the many swimming pools (the largest), the second room overlooking the football field. Both cases suited me well with keeping an eye on the kids. Breakfast buffet was more than fine. Dinner buffet used 1x, but not special (but not bad either). The food in the restaurant with live music or karaoke was fine and not too expensive. Swimming pool was cold (April holiday), but also nice with 27 + degrees and sun. Beautiful more or less private beach within walking distance with various (also luxurious) eateries that do not belong to Alfagar. Almost exclusively families with children young (babies) and old (teenagers). Safe environment and super helpful and always nice staff. Also very flexible staff. Lots of parking spaces throughout the complex. Simply top notch and highly recommended

We booked this hotel for a relaxing break, and that’s pretty much what we got. Our booking included a private transfer from the airport and from the moment we set foot in the hotel we were made to feel special. The checking in process was very straightforward, and although our room wasn’t quite ready due to the early flight, we were offered breakfast while we waited. Our bags were delivered to the room, and we were greeted with a welcome flower, complimentary bottle of water and sweets. Two bottles of water and chocolates subsequently arrived daily, which was a welcome surprise. The room itself is very spacious with a huge and very comfortable bed, TV, plenty of storage including wardrobe with a light, ironing board & iron, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom forms part of the bedroom with sliding doors for privacy, and includes a lovely bath and walk in shower, plus complimentary toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided for the spa. We didn’t use the aircon so unable to comment on that, but the balcony included a table with two chairs plus a sun lounger. Our room had a distant sea view and overlooked some lovely gardens with resident blackbirds and Iberian Magpies. Pretty sparrows can be seen around the complex, as well as a Hoopoe bird. The hotel is situated in extensive grounds with access to the beach which boasts stunning cliffs. It is well worth visiting the beach, and walking around the headland. Be sure to check out the gardens with the Love Tree, swing seat and secluded loungers. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool. We knew that the weather at the end of March/early April could be unpredictable. As it turned out, we were pleasantly surprised – most days were hot albeit with a degree of breeze. Towels are provided and loungers plentiful. What we didn’t bargain for was the temperature of the outdoor pools – they were freezing! We arrived on the 30 March, and the pools were not heated until our last full day, allowing us to really enjoy the experience. The other disappointing aspect was the lack of vegetarian options for meals. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options for all – cooked breakfast, variety of egg dishes cooked to order, cheeses & cold meats, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread & pastries. We booked half board and dinner was a different story. On the first and second nights I managed to cobble together some dishes to make a meal. I did speak to the restaurant team who were incredibly helpful and attentive for the remainder of our stay. Overall, we loved the hotel. The WiFi is pretty good, there are lifts to every floor, and the hotel is beautifully decorated throughout.
