Beautiful and well maintained grounds. The facilities provided in the accommodations were very good, fridge, freezer, dish washer, cooker and microwave. The kitchen was in good condition and looked fairly new. However, sofa and other fittings looked worn and tired. The Accommodation is within a stone's through to the beach. Approximately 10 and 15 minutes stroll to the beach As we were slightly outside summer season. Only Bed & Breakfast option was provided. We found the range of food provided for Breakfast was to a good standard. Restaurant Staff were helpful and polite. The reception staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice on things do and places to visit in Portugal.

We stayed a week with the team at Victoria Sports & Beach Hotel and can honestly say we had the best, most relaxing holiday ever and that's saying something seeing as we travelled with a 5 & a 7 year boy! The staff were super lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them including fixing 5yo's shoe! The food was varied and tasty with a mix of fish and meat and vegetables. The cheeseboard was a lovely treat. There were a variety of activities to participate in and we even had a go on the running track and tennis courts. We had the best time and cannot thank the staff enough. My two want to move to Portugal now!

Albergo attento alle misure covid, personale cordiale e abbastanza disponibile. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito esterno o interno. Piacevole la zona piscine che come in ogni struttura, per la verità, è presa di mira da bambini rumorosi e madri tolleranti. L'animazione era anche piacevole con ragazzi pieni di idee e coreografie piacevoli. La stanza era discreta ma nulla di più tra l'altro con un condizionatore d'aria a volte rumoroso, specie di notte quando vorresti dormire. La colazione a partire dalle ore 8 sino alle 11 è interessante per chi ama dormire tanto, per fortuna in altre strutture aprono alle 7 in modo che chi volesse andare in spiaggia presto non debba attendere le 8 del mattino (precise). La colazione era discreta, anche se mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più come offerta. La cosa che poi non si può tollerare è un frigorifero in camera che non funzionava per nulla e la spiegazione dell'hotel è stata che vi era un problema diffuso in tutte le camere, e questa sarebbe la spiegazione ufficiale ?! Ho dovuto bere bevande calde per tutta la vacanza perchè l'hotel non aveva alcuna intenzione di rimediare al problema??? Mi è stato detto che un poco funzionava ma non sopporto essere preso in giro, soprattutto quando paghi per una struttura superiore dove queste cose non sono accettabili. E questo sarebbe un hotel a 5 stelle? Credo che se un esperto di accreditamento venisse a fare un controllo non sarebbe male.

Il resort è bellissimo, tante piscine, i giardini hanno una varietà di piante e il personale si prende molta cura di mantenerlo in perfetta forma. Il personale della reception è abbastanza gentile e alcuni parlano molto bene l'inglese, ma la sala da pranzo è diversa. Il cibo al The Palm è buono, la colazione a buffet vale 12 euro. C'è una ripida collina per raggiungere la strada principale, quindi indossa scarpe da passeggio adeguate. Nel complesso, consiglierei questo Resort soprattutto se si tratta di utilizzare la piscina e l'attività. Febbraio/marzo è pre-stagione quindi non posso commentare di più.

Wow! Where do I even begin? Firstly, this place needs more than 5 stars, easily 10 stars minimum. Apologies for the long review, but it's hard not to say so much So lets begin... From the moment I stepped out of my transfer and layed eyes on this beautiful and absolutely stunning hotel, I knew I chose the perfect place to stay during my little solo relaxing getaway. I then walked into the main lobby of the hotel and again WOW! Stunned by the beauty of the reception area, but then I was graciously welcomed as I arrived, which made me even more so happy of choice of stay. The beautiful lady at reception was just so warm and welcoming, making me instantly feel at home. Once she checked me in, I was offered leaflets that were very helpful in activities whilst I'm here and other necessary information. I then proceeded to my room and continued to be stunned from the beauty of the rest of the hotel. It is a 4 star hotel but my personal opinion should easily be a 5 star with the amount of care and how much they do for you the definitely what feels like they go the ends of the earth and back to make you feel welcomed and just important ☺️. After that the lounge area for sunbathing, the swimming pool, the restaurant/ bar stunning, then they have a relaxation sections where you can do and relax with a book or something, they also have a meeting area if your a business on stay. Then you have the spa area from all massage rooms to steam and sweat rooms, then a small but great little gym to work out in. The rooms WOW! So as I came in, I switched on the TV, and there was a greeting screen saying, ”Welcome in Portuguese and with my name. Again, stunning, absolutely amazing, comfy, and spacious for just me. I have been sleeping in a king-size bed with fluffy and melt in your head pillows, and I have never felt relaxation like this before. Now food breakfast, let's start there incredible a all you can eat ranging from all types of cereals, oats, granola and museil to mixed nuts, then you have a section for continental food such as pastries, pancakes, mini donuts to chocolate covered ones (each day different), then you have hot food proper crispy bacon, Sausages, 3 types of different eggs, beans, cheese topped tomatoes, beans etc you get the idea. Then, the machine has freshly squeezed jucies to a lovely coffee machine and other hot beverages. Then we have the evening meals and wow again incredible and so tasty 3 course meals every night whilst waiting for your meal you are given a small taste bread board. The presentation for everything is amazing and eye worthy. What I truly like is that it's open to the public. Also, whether you're a guest or not, you can enjoy a spectacular breakfast, lunch menu, and evening meal. Tive o privilégio de conhecer um dos proprietários e nem sei como descrever a emoção de ouvir falar da forma como ele interpreta como os algarvios deveriam receber os turistas . Ho riscelto questo hotel per la seconda volta(la prima nel 2018) perché è poco distante dalle spiagge in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Ragazze alla reception molto gentili e disponibili,anche se all'arrivo c'è stato un disguido,hanno saputo subito risolvere il problema. Veniamo al dunque. La pulizia in camera almeno al 3piano dove soggiornavo lascia molto a desiderare, si dimenticavano asciugamani, cuscino, e per fare pulire sotto il tavolino esterno l ho dovuto spostare, perché già quando siamo entrate in camera spostandolo è uscito di tutto. Macchina Nespresso in camera, per noi italiani è il top! Il problema che ti regalano 2capsule al check in e poi le devi comprare.ok! Compro il box Nespresso con 10capsule 8,50€! L'ultima sera il box finisco le capsule e chiedo la cortesia,che siccome la mattina dopo saremmo partite, se gentilmente ci potevano dare solo 2 capsule ovviamente pagandole, mi è stato risposto che non potevano aprire il box! E allora mi chiedo : quando fate il check in e date in omaggio le 2 capsule da qualche parte dovranno uscire????? A volte basta veramente poco per fare contento un cliente anche perché essendo dello stesso mestiere ho omaggiato anche di mance la reception e la signora ai piani...malgrado tutto!

Really enjoyed a 3 night star here at Aquashow Park Hotel. It was nice and quiet which is what we needed this time of year. All the staff from the minute we arrived until we left were so helpful. We enjoyed the meals in the restaurant, everything was tasty and hot. Nice selection every night too. We made use of the gym, indoor pool, spa, outdoor pool & the games room. All areas were clean, looked new, well kept and comfortable to be around. Only downfall was no crisps 😂 and the amount of small children taking over the jacuzzi when cleared signposted no under 16’s but not the end of the world. I recommend downloading Uber when you arrive and catching a taxi to your hotel as the airport taxi cost 31€ yet the Uber cost is only 11€! Local markets are really nice to go and visit if you’re a morning bee, the staff cab direct you to the seasonal ones. Really impressed with our visit here and will be back in the summer. Also the indoor water park next door is absolutely worth the money! We spent 2 days there and was so impressed!
