The room was spacious enough to open your large luggage. Clean and quiet. Nice place to stay if you visit Northampton.

Very good hotel! Pleasant staff with 24hr reception. Perfect for short stays. Could be cheaper.

I wouldn’t go back to this hotel as the night staff weren’t very friendly but the people who checked us in and spoke to us in the morning were very respectful and kind. I just wouldn’t go back there as it seems like 2 completely different services you receive and the amenities in the room were lacking

Grocery food Items list should be printed out also, So that the people staying will be able to know what are the things they could buy just in case the stores are closed already. Like water, Sanitary napkins/ tampons,... Also there are no slippers inside the room, some people especially asians like us would like to have a slipper inside the room to keep the room as clean as possible, even rubber slippers would do.

I stay 2 nights but the price second was terrible and no body have clean the second day but other then that location was axcellent and cleanness is poor

NO Aiconditional。 Terrible Hotel!! Bed is like a massage bed. Can mot turn the body at all. Toilet pump spoiled. Was booked 2 night but quickly cancel after one night..Being bited by bed bug..cancel a night also being charged 25 Pound..

除了牙刷牙膏和拖鞋，毛巾以外，其他東西都有，房間床也還舒服，熱水充足，房間裏不冷，當天氣温大概4-10度。前台人員態度友好。地理位置優越，距離安普敦火車站走路5分鐘，我們早上去愛丁堡坐火車很方便
