I only stayed for 1 night on a business trip but would have been happy to stay longer, was surprised by the reviews but most poor reviews are now dated. There is a small car park next to the hotel and you just put your registration into the tablet at reception to avoid a parking fine. From the moment I arrived the staff were so welcoming, my room was on the top floor and there are no lifts due to the age of the building but there are plenty of landings to stop on the way up. The room was clean, warm and the bed could have slept 7. Lovely ensuite with walk in shower and the towels were hanging over a warming radiator so were toasty after the shower and they were super fluffy. I ate in the restaurant for my evening meal, it was very relaxed, even with a disco going on in the main room, the ceaser salad was tasty and a good sized portion, the bread and butter pudding was amazing ! Once you leave the bar area you can't hear the main room disco. Your breakfast is made to order and there is a selection of juices, cereals and bread for toasting while you wait. The food was served on a warmed plate and was just right to set you up for the day. The staff throughout the stay were nothing but friendly and helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per la notte, abbiamo cenato e colazione. Le camere sono pulite e ben tenute, ma il personale è indifferente e non benvenuto (a parte il personale di pulizia). Il figlio dei proprietari ci ha accolti e non era particolarmente benvenuto. Nessuno di noi può ricordare se ha detto ”ciao”. In ogni caso, una ricezione fredda. Il personale del bar è freddo. Il colazione era un sacco. La giovane ragazza che serve la provava davvero il meglio, ma è chiaramente lasciata in mano dalla direzione. Non ci salutiamo all'arrivo. Nessuno occhiali puliti. Un bar di cereali che guardava e non eravamo sicuri se le tazze di caffè fossero pulite o no. Per un B&B, avete solo due cose da correggere, ma l'esperienza del colazione non è considerata. Dopo aver controllato, nessuno si allontanava da quello che io presumo fosse un manager di lavoro femminile, che chiaramente non vuole essere lì perché c'era un impegno zero. Non il peggiore posto che ho soggiornato, ma dubito che saremo tornati come se tu fossi fatto sentire come se il cliente sta arrivando in strada. In generale, è vergognoso perché ciò che hai visto in TV è a un milione di miglia dalla realtà, soprattutto quando il figlio dei proprietari ti controlla come è freddo.

Io passo da questo posto ogni giorno e sono stato curioso di vedere come sembra la recente riparazione all'interno. La mia moglie e io siamo andati a cena stasera e posso dirvi che questo posto è fantastico. Bellamente riparato e decorato. Ci sono diverse aree di soggiorno e uno spazio esterno. Beh accanto al bar ... San Miguel anche sul tappo. Il cibo era innocuo. La mia moglie aveva un bicchiere. Ha fatto la perfezione e la salsa era di prima classe. Anche i chip erano deliziosi. Ho avuto un cucchiaio. Ancora una volta, cucinato perfettamente con una salsa dolce e sticky sul lato. Veg era delizioso. Pudding ....we avevano entrambi un pudding caldo con cusard. Buona dimensione e molte cusard. Una cena perfetta. Stiamo già pianificando la nostra prossima visita. Questo è un bel posto tranquillo con grande personale e cibo. Ci sono famiglie e coppie e tutti sono stati benvenuti. Ci siamo stati una delle migliori notti qui.

The Sunley Hotel is located in Northampton University campus. Parking is convenient ion Car Park 3. When I stayed there it was during the heat wave so some areas were very warm. The bedroom came with a fan which made the room tolerable. The room is very modern and comfortable. PLeanty of power outlets and tea making facilities. Room was not too small either. Breakfast was in the dining hall opposite and was quite good. The location is very close tpo the centre of Northampton and I was able to walk to work along the river. Very pleasant. UoN Campus is very modern and pleasant.

Siamo stati venerdì sera, mentre abbiamo visitato amici in vicinanza **** su Bec. Ci siamo stati benvenuti da Julian e il check-in è stato facile. Il nostro alloggio è solo intorno al parcheggio e è stato più che adeguato alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo deciso di bere prima di uscire, e c’è una buona selezione di birre e vini, tutti a buon prezzo; abbiamo apprezzato a fondo la conversazione con Julian e l’apprendimento dei piani di sua sorella per la barca stretta. Ovviamente, nel gennaio il tempo non è adatto per sedersi fuori nel giardino che guarda il canale, ma c'è anche un altro ristorante interno che guarda la terrazza. Siamo stati più che felici di stare in una zona più piccola di ristorante/bar, soprattutto con il forno di bruciare il log accanto a noi! Abbiamo guardato il menu del cibo che sembrava molto bello e ragionevolmente costoso. Il nostro colazione di sabato mattina era delizioso. Mio marito ha scelto il ”completo lavoro” che aveva un supplemento, mentre io ho scelto il standard. Molto bene presentato e le uova in tasca sono state perfettamente cucinate. Come hanno detto altri, La barca è sul A5, quindi si sperimenterà un po' di rumore dalla strada, ma si abituerà a questo. Abbiamo l'augurio di tornare e rimanere di nuovo la prossima volta che siamo nella zona. Grazie a Julian e al cuoco per averci resi così benvenuti.

Really easy when checking in, staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though we had booked without breakfast, they still gave us all the times in case we changed our mind as well as the times for the food and the bar. The room was clean and just what we needed for a getaway. Plenty of space and it had really good space to store our belongings away. Good amount of plugs, especially having one either side of the bed. Bathroom was clean and a really good size. Wifi was included, which made it more appealing as usually when we go away we have to pay extra!

UUtente ospiteStayed for a night in June. Room was a decent size with a nice desk. Be warned. There are apparently no lifts, so if you are on the upper floor, it's the stairs. I had some heavy kit with me, so had to lug that up the stairs. Walking is not an issue for me but some of the rooms, including mine were along very lengthy corridors, so if you have issues with walking then ask for a room nearer to the reception.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is steps away from the centre and steps away from the iconic Roadmender venue. There are PLENTY of food places, bars, and shops within walking distance. Only downfall for me was the pool being nomore :( Please bring it back, I intend to use you every time I visit Northampton now and would love a cheeky swim. Other than that, a lovely hotel with lovely staff, I'll be back.

La mia moglie e io siamo andati a cena stasera e posso dirvi che questo posto è fantastico. Bellamente riparato e decorato. Ci sono diverse aree di soggiorno e uno spazio esterno. Beh accanto al bar ... San Miguel anche sul tappo. Il cibo era innocuo. La mia moglie aveva un bicchiere. Ha fatto la perfezione e la salsa era di prima classe. Anche i chip erano deliziosi. Ho avuto un cucchiaio. Ancora una volta, cucinato perfettamente con una salsa dolce e sticky sul lato. Veg era delizioso. Pudding ....we avevano entrambi un pudding caldo con cusard. Buona dimensione e molte cusard. Una cena perfetta. Stiamo già pianificando la nostra prossima visita. Questo è un bel posto tranquillo con grande personale e cibo. Ci sono famiglie e coppie e tutti sono stati benvenuti. Ci siamo stati una delle migliori notti qui.

Even though we had booked without breakfast, they still gave us all the times in case we changed our mind as well as the times for the food and the bar. The room was clean and just what we needed for a getaway. Plenty of space and it had really good space to store our belongings away. Good amount of plugs, especially having one either side of the bed. Bathroom was clean and a really good size. Wifi was included, which made it more appealing as usually when we go away we have to pay extra!

Il figlio dei proprietari ci ha accolti e non era particolarmente benvenuto. Nessuno di noi può ricordare se ha detto ”ciao”. In ogni caso, una ricezione fredda. Il personale del bar è freddo. Il colazione era un sacco. La giovane ragazza che serve la provava davvero il meglio, ma è chiaramente lasciata in mano dalla direzione. Non ci salutiamo all'arrivo. Nessuno occhiali puliti. Un bar di cereali che guardava e non eravamo sicuri se le tazze di caffè fossero pulite o no. Per un B&B, avete solo due cose da correggere, ma l'esperienza del colazione non è considerata. Dopo aver controllato, nessuno si allontanava da quello che io presumo fosse un manager di lavoro femminile, che chiaramente non vuole essere lì perché c'era un impegno zero. Non il peggiore posto che ho soggiornato, ma dubito che saremo tornati come se tu fossi fatto sentire come se il cliente sta arrivando in strada. In generale, è vergognoso perché ciò che hai visto in TV è a un milione di miglia dalla realtà, soprattutto quando il figlio dei proprietari ti controlla come è freddo.

UUtente ospiteI only stayed for 1 night on a business trip but would have been happy to stay longer, was surprised by the reviews but most poor reviews are now dated. There is a small car park next to the hotel and you just put your registration into the tablet at reception to avoid a parking fine. From the moment I arrived the staff were so welcoming, my room was on the top floor and there are no lifts due to the age of the building but there are plenty of landings to stop on the way up. The room was clean, warm and the bed could have slept 7. Lovely ensuite with walk in shower and the towels were hanging over a warming radiator so were toasty after the shower and they were super fluffy. I ate in the restaurant for my evening meal, it was very relaxed, even with a disco going on in the main room, the ceaser salad was tasty and a good sized portion, the bread and butter pudding was amazing ! Once you leave the bar area you can't hear the main room disco. Your breakfast is made to order and there is a selection of juices, cereals and bread for toasting while you wait. The food was served on a warmed plate and was just right to set you up for the day. The staff throughout the stay were nothing but friendly and helpful.

Il nostro alloggio è solo intorno al parcheggio e è stato più che adeguato alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo deciso di bere prima di uscire, e c’è una buona selezione di birre e vini, tutti a buon prezzo; abbiamo apprezzato a fondo la conversazione con Julian e l’apprendimento dei piani di sua sorella per la barca stretta. Ovviamente, nel gennaio il tempo non è adatto per sedersi fuori nel giardino che guarda il canale, ma c'è anche un altro ristorante interno che guarda la terrazza. Siamo stati più che felici di stare in una zona più piccola di ristorante/bar, soprattutto con il forno di bruciare il log accanto a noi! Abbiamo guardato il menu del cibo che sembrava molto bello e ragionevolmente costoso. Il nostro colazione di sabato mattina era delizioso. Mio marito ha scelto il ”completo lavoro” che aveva un supplemento, mentre io ho scelto il standard. Molto bene presentato e le uova in tasca sono state perfettamente cucinate. Come hanno detto altri, La barca è sul A5, quindi si sperimenterà un po' di rumore dalla strada, ma si abituerà a questo. Abbiamo l'augurio di tornare e rimanere di nuovo la prossima volta che siamo nella zona. Grazie a Julian e al cuoco per averci resi così benvenuti.

DDangshanliOltre ai denti e ai trattini, ci sono altre cose, la camera è anche comoda, l'acqua calda è abbastanza, la stanza non è fredda, quando il tempo è caldo circa 4-10.L'atteggiamento del personale della reception è amichevole. La posizione geografica è eccellente. Ci sono cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Ampton. È molto conveniente andare a Edimburgo per la mattinata.
