The hotel was walking distance to everything to churches, shopping mall Armazens du chiado, to Rossio Plaza where they have a Christmas market, to metro and a bus stop almost in front of the hotel,eatery restaurant everywhere d mment you step out of the hotel .

Very nice place and area

The smell was bad... room 309 (and, possibly, all of the 3rd floor of the hotel) smelled strongly of sewer gas. It is not possible they did not know about the smell, yet we were placed on that floor anyway. We endured it for the first night, then we asked for a different room because it did not go away. Room 209 (same spot in the building, but one floor lower) did not have this problem. The location was convenient for touring Baixa, Chiado and Alfama, certainly. But the price for this was double the cost of the hotel to which we moved after that, in Restauradores, near Rossio Station, which did not smell at all and was very comfortable, and was nearly as convenient to all of these places. We would have skipped Hotel 7 if we had known any of this. 3 stars are given overall, because it was convenient and the staff were wonderful, but the smell was very bad and the price was high for something that smelled so terrible.

Location was great. However, the rooms (had 2 different ones in different floors, 3 night stay) had a strong musty smell. The smells were 'covered' right after the rooms were cleaned but they returned very strongly. They came from the bathroom area (tubing?).

Ya unos días antes de ir, he tenido que insistir mediante correo ele4ctrónico y llamadas telefónicas, para que me facilitaran el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto Ya en el hotel, la habitación que nos asignaron, no era como la que habíamos contratado (teníamos vista a la ciudad y nos dieron vista a un patio interno viéndose las tuberías de los desagües) y nos dicen que, hasta el día siguiente no nos podían dar una. (nuestra estancia era por dos días) Por la mañana, solicitamos nos reservaran para comer en un restaurante y porque nos dio por llamar a medio día preguntando.... no había sitio y no nos llamaron para comunicarlo. Así que, en la recepción del hotel, lo único competente, el personal de la noche.....

Odeurs nauséabondes dans les corridors. Pas d'eau chaude du soir au matin. Au départ tôt le matin pour prendre l'avion on nous a répondu que l'eau chaude était fermée et d'attendre une vingtaine de minutes avant d'en avoir. Nous avons payés trop chère pour un hôtel de si basse classe. On demande un remboursement. Nous sommes des clients réguliers d'expédia et cette fois-ci l'insatisfaction est grande à propos de cet hôtel.

Reception is super helpful…. Great location and great stay

In the city center. A lot of sightseeing attractions are near-by. Metro station only one minute away.

Quiet and clean.

Clean and modern. Good breakfast included and staff (particularly Caterina at reception) were both pleasant and helpful.

The room size for an advertised twin bed room. Room too small only one chair available. Shower no rubber mat for a very slippery floor when wet. Dangerous for older people.
