Caldo e premuroso. Il cibo è eccellente. Dopo aver fatto il check-out dopo aver soggiornato per due giorni, mi è stato permesso di parcheggiare la macchina qui. lode.

Lovely accommodation right in front of Lake chuzenji. Tried the private Onsen with a great view of the river. Meals were delicious and way beyond expectations, particularly the steak and rainbow trout for dinner. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Nikko.

The onsen hotel can easily be assessed by bus, just 5 minutes walk after getting off the bus, in fact they have car park too. It is very near to the ferry pier and the view was terrific, every room has a balcony with lake view. It was runned by the owner and her family members. An unique onsen hotel with quiet and peaceful enviornment where we can relax after a long day's journey. The owner and staff were very attentive and care for their guests. My friend was sick, the owner offered her medicine oil to rub her stomach and let her rest in the waiting area even after check-out. The food was so very delicious and it was one of the best onsen food I ever have so far. I would highly recommend to anyone who want to spend a night in Nikko. I will consider to stay in this onsen hotel again in future.

Cozy little hotel right by Lake Chuzenji - all rooms face the lake so the view is stunning. The dinner was absolutely divine- we loved the trout with orange sauce and the steak. The private onsen was great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

One of the most wonderful hotel we have stayed in Japan. Room was clean, food was excellent , location was exceptional and staff were very hospitable and friendly. Definitely will return if I visit Nikko again!

great place to view the lake, enjoyed a lot

This is in a perfect location, right on the water. The customer service is top notch. Thry have mens, womans and private Onsen. The men and woman have and indoor and outdoor onsen. The private is only indoors. All 3 are small but clean and does the job. The breakfast and dinner was amazing. However, if your not used to Japanese style sleeping then prepare yourself. It's on a thin mat on the floor. I stayed for one night and absolutely loved the hospitality.

地理位置就在中禪寺湖邊上～餐食很滿意！上菜服務也很好～好吃好吃好吃！！小夥伴：來日本這幾天，這次終於吃飽了😹温泉也好泡！因為房間數有限，就算沒約到貸切温泉，公共的温泉人也不多，基本包場！還驚喜的發現了可愛噗噗！酒店前台提示附近有🐒出沒，讓我們注意～然後出去閑逛的時候果然發現了好胖的🐒hhh 唯一遺憾的是去日光玩的這兩天天氣不太好，沒有遊船～湖景房沒發揮到極致😹但是還是很享受在日光的兩天時間的！天氣不好也有另一番煙雨朦朧的美嘛～打綠嚴選真的👍🏻喜歡上日光了！ 下次秋冬來日光還會想住這家！！

這個酒店在外面看着不起眼，裏面真不錯，房間很大關鍵窗外就是中禪寺湖。我住的房間在二樓窗前一顆大松樹，遠處湖水蕩漾、清澈見底，眼前好像巨大的盆景。湖水那個藍呀湛藍湛藍的，遠處山頂還有白白的雪，好美！晚餐樣式很隆重，一道道上菜很有品味。菜也非常好吃。

酒店在湖邊，一線湖景，地理位置非常好，房間格局就是普通的日式酒店，乾乾淨淨，也有年代感了。門口有公交車直接到日光站。總體來説是一個是一個短期度假的酒店選擇。重點推薦的還是他們家的餐飲，分量很足，味道也好，住了兩晚都是不一樣配餐。另外還要推薦一家酒店馬路對面的豬排店（也是賣肉的店），酒店經常有猴子光顧，注意不要開着窗。

強烈推薦！酒店坐落於中禪寺湖邊，房間數量不多，是一泊兩食的温泉旅館，服務熱情周到。晚餐和早餐菜色豐富，味道可口，真的很棒。此次定的是一樓不含浴室的傳統和式房間，窗就是中禪寺湖，景色無敵。湖上苑的温泉分為男士女士和私人三間，私人的温泉衹需在門口寫上使用時間即可享用。以後再來日光，還會選擇湖上苑，性價比非常高。
