ambiente del resort molto pulito, ben tenuto, ha una sensazione di serraggio legittima. NOTA; niente tv e vasca da bagno. tutto molto comodo. fondamentalmente ti vengono a prendere per andare ovunque con il passeggino. il servizio è buono anche tutti molto sorridenti e disponibili cibo quindi non puoi aspettarti molto ma un menù ampio. hanno una cucina diversa la camera è bella ma se piove il rumore è piuttosto forte. questa camera del resort non ha la tv. attività. l'enorme laguna è profonda 2,5 m quindi fondamentalmente tutti coloro che entrano in piscina devono indossare il giubbotto di salvataggio. ci sono scivoli, parco giochi gonfiabile. alcune pagaie d'acqua, gommoni ecc. un bel po' di cose con cui giocare ma solo la piscina è profonda. con i bambini devi usare la potenza degli occhi.

Super hospitality and friendly towards visitors. Great flaming experience and kids love it! All communication with hotel via WhatsApp, and it’s convenient.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Glamping here was such a blast! The staff were super friendly and always greeted us with big smiles – really made the whole stay extra warm and welcoming. The place is super clean (yes, even the toilets 👏), and the tents are comfy yet still give you that “close to nature” vibe. Scooter rental was so easy – no stress, just hop on and go explore. Loved how everything was well taken care of, so we could just chill, eat, laugh, and enjoy the outdoors without worrying about a thing. Definitely recommend if you want the fun of camping but with way more comfort and good vibes! 🌿✨🏕️

The staff is very friendly and environment is good. But we didn’t have a good rest staying in this resort because the tent has no sound proof at all. The wind was very strong at night and we didn’t manage to sleep even with the ear plugs.

5min Drive from the Ferry Terminal. The resort offers an out-of-norm experience through glamping style accommodation. Choose to add in the BBQ dinner package for a full experience. The lagoon (operated by another operator) offers much water activities, but at a pricey rate. Overall a great experience for a short getaway.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the resort. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were well-maintained. Food selection wise however, we feel it can be improved. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly return for another stay.

Highly recommend this resort for a family holiday! 🌿🏖️ So many fun nature-friendly activities for kids 👧🏻 all surrounded by beautiful greenery 🍃🌳 It’s super convenient from Singapore 🇸🇬✨ After arriving at Bintan Port, there’s a shuttle bus 🚐 that takes you directly to the resort. So easy and comfortable! 😍 We’ll definitely come back again! 💚🌴

Love the place and the food is amazing! we had nothing but an amazing stay! We even extended are stay til 5pm and we were given a discount! Love the place and would recommend it to anybody thinking of short getaway!

Service staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Aircon was strong enough to combat the heat. Loved walking along the crystal bay area for a chill and tranquil stroll. Didn’t have much expectations for breakfast but felt that it was decent - sufficient selections. It was also easy to contact the reception via whatsapp and for room service etc.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. My nephew had such a great time! The staff were friendly, and it's a beautiful place to spend quality time with family. We especially appreciated the peaceful environment—no television or phones, just pure relaxation.

Location is very convenient, glamping concept is good, service staff are very friendly and helpful, but other than that the room is rather small and without any facilities. The toilet has a mild smell and the towel seems not been cleaned.

Recently returned from an unforgettable stay here, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, relaxing, and full of wonderful surprises. The destination itself was breathtaking—beautiful scenery, pristine beaches, and lush greenery everywhere. The weather was perfect, with clear blue skies and warm sunshine almost every day. It felt like a postcard come to life. The accommodation exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and stylish, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We filled our days with a mix of adventure and rest. Highlights included a trip to the dunes, exploring local markets, and indulging in delicious local cuisine—fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and flavorful dishes that we’ll be craving for weeks to come. What made the trip truly special, though, was the sense of peace and rejuvenation. It was the perfect escape from daily life, and returnin home feeling refreshed, recharged, and incredibly grateful. Would we go back? In a heartbeat.
