Un soggiorno piacevole. La camera è bella e spaziosa. Il letto è comodo. Buona posizione, all'interno del PIK Avenue Mall. Conveniente per gli acquirenti. Secondo soggiorno. Consigliato.

Questo è un hotel molto raccomandato. La pulizia, il cibo, il servizio e persino il personale cordiale sono pronti ad assistervi 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Ci tornerò in un'altra occasione

Un caloroso benvenuto da parte del team Swissotel. Grazie per la sorpresa di compleanno! Tutti in famiglia li apprezzano davvero! Sempre un hotel consigliato, coerente con il servizio generale e la pulizia. E poiché è collegato a un centro commerciale, è molto comodo soprattutto per i turisti.

Il posto era così carino perché esattamente accanto al centro commerciale PIK Avenue, è più facile comprare qualcosa. E anche il personale è molto gentile

Booked a Swiss Advantage type room but was informed that the room is exactly the same as the normal rooms, apart from it being located on the high floors. The price difference per night is around S$30, so for those that only comes back at night to sleep it's probably not worth paying more for high floors. I feel that the differences in the room-type can be better communicated to us in your website. The room decor itself is modern and clean. However, some of the furnishings are not well maintained and can see signs of aging. Location is no-doubt the best feature of the hotel, located 15mins drive from the Airport and is directly connected to PIK Avenue Mall. The mall itself is huge, but seems empty. They have the usual brands like Uniqlo and Cinema. Massage places are lacking; we went to Meiso Reflexology (few stalls beside the Cinema). Small stall and basic, but they've nice massages. Check-in was prompt and service was well. Requested for late check-in and was given an hour extension to 1pm. Breakfast variety is decent, but the tastes are lacking. Personally, I'd rather venture out and eat the local delicacies. Nearby the hotel is the PIK market (around 10mins walking distance)

Cozy hotel and good location

I stayed few years back before pandemic. They service really nice breakfast at the hotel. This round of stay actually is below my expectation. But overall is still a nice hotel.

My new favorite in Jakarta. Close to where I need to get to for business purposes. Connected to a mall with plenty of f&b outlets. Very satisfied stay overall. Will be back.

Good location, clean and comfortable room. It’s located beside the shopping mall so you don’t need to get stuck in the traffic.
