La posizione è anche vicino alle Cascate del Niagara e il prezzo è molto ragionevole, quindi lo consiglio. È stato bello poter soggiornare a un prezzo accessibile, ad eccezione dei fine settimana.

Entrambi abbiamo pensato che questo fosse un buon hotel. e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Non esiteremo a sceglierlo di nuovo se torneremo sul lato USA delle Cascate del Niagara (anche se preferiamo il lato Canada in generale). Il Seneca Hotel ha delle belle camere, letti comodi, buona insonorizzazione. Non è molto nuovo, ma è comunque abbastanza buono. C'è un grande ****** attaccato alla hall. Le nostre uniche lamentele sono che i corridoi a volte puzzano di fumo di sigaretta. Vorrei che fosse vietato fumare, ma è comprensibile che l'hotel voglia accogliere tutti i clienti. Anche le lenzuola non erano le più morbide.

La camera era decente, spaziosa e pulita, ma c'è un persistente odore di fumo anche se era una camera non fumatori. Il servizio era essenziale: educato e faceva il proprio lavoro. La posizione era abbastanza vicina per raggiungere a piedi le Cascate del Niagara, ma con 2 bambini piccoli, abbiamo guidato dopo il primo tentativo poiché è necessario camminare di più dopo aver raggiunto il parco. Hubs è rimasto deluso dal fatto che la poker room sia chiusa, questo è stato il motivo per cui abbiamo scelto questo hotel

We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full ******, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore.

We stay 2day but they're not cleaning my room  And there have nothing to do just ******.... And swimming nothing for kids  Even out side too

It was shocking to see no EV charging in the hotel parking or garages

We came there on Friday about 30 minutes before the check In time. Had to wait almost 3 hours to get into room due ti a water line break. Had dinner reservations that we almost barley made it to. They did not offer any kind of compensation for this and was upset because of it. My wife had an appointment for a massage and had to be canceled also. Other than that trip was great. Great views

Great hotel located nicely in walking distance to Canada.

Pool and spa was closed. No compensation was awarded in return.lady on reception was not so welcoming.

The room was clean and large, the amenities are ok if a bit dated. Some cons: there was a hidden $20 “resort fee” that is charged as part of your holding deposit that is not refunded. Each time you enter the hotel you have to cross the ****** floor and potentially produce ID. There isn’t much nearby in the way of shops, restaurants, etc. They even charge you for bottled water, so best to bring your own or get some from 7/11.

I have to wait for my room even they said to me that thay will contact me till 18:00 pm.. but notthing happen. I need to go to check by myself.

Really close to everything. Nice views from the Hotel. The Hotel is so tall you can see it everywhere!! Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. 😃

Fun evening with Family & Friends. Great selection at Buffet, and vey tasty! Didn’t come away a winner unfortunately!
