Entrambi pensavamo che questo fosse un buon hotel. ed eccellente valore. Non esitaremo a scegliere di nuovo se torniamo a fianco degli Stati Uniti se si torna a fianco di Niagra Falls (anche se preferiamo il fianco del Canada in generale). L'Hotel Seneca ha buone camere, comode letti, buona prova del suono. Non è molto nuovo, ma è ancora abbastanza buono. C'è un grande ****** attaccato al lobby. Le nostre uniche denunce sono che le strade talvolta profumate di fumo di sigarette. Vorrei che il fumo fosse vietato, ma è comprensibile che l'hotel vuole accogliere tutti i clienti. Neanche le letti da letto non erano più morbide.

It is Sunday morning, the first day of May and a beautiful morning (at least for now) in Niagara Falls, NY, where we are staying at the Niagara Falls Courtyard. We arrived here last night after a six hour drive from Ann Arbor where we attended the University of Michigan graduation. We chose this hotel in part because it was approximately half way between Ann Arbor and our home in Albany plus it offered an opportunity to see the falls from a vantage point different from the Canadian side, where we typically stay when traveling between Michigan and New York. Having driven nearly 400 miles and arriving at 10:00 pm, we were very pleased to be welcomed by Chris who checked us in a personable, yet professional manner. Besides giving us our room keys, she gave us a quick overview of the hotel’s amenities, directed us to a luggage cart and then the elevator. This is the third Marriott property that we have stayed in during this trip and Chris’s welcome was by far the best we had received Also, when I asked about what seemed to be a hint of a chocolate scent in the entry way, she explained that the building used to be a Chocolate Factory. Maybe the gods were at play because I am a big fan of Chocolate Upon entry into our third floor room, we were first taken aback by its size but then realized that we had been staying in Residence Inns , whose suites are noticeably larger. Having said this, the room was perfect for the two if us, had a king size bed, a couch and sitting area, a desk, and even a small balcony. It was decorated in what I would call semi-modern and everything was clean and the bathroom had plenty of towels, etc. Besides Chocolate, I also am a fan of Marriott pillows and was pleased to see the bed had four pillows plus a backing to sit up against. Our one complaint was the lack of enough coffee packets (only two) and we had to go down to the lobby to purchase two Starbucks coffees which were excellent as was the service we received from Rachel. We then headed off to the Niagara Falls State Park, which was a relatively easy mile walk away. Overall, on a five point scale, I give the Niagara Falls Courtyard a rating of 4.5 I know this is long, but after checking in, I read some of the earlier reviews and we did not experience any of the problems mentioned in these. I hope that anyone who stays at this hotel has the same positive experience we have had.

È a circa 5 minuti dalle Cascate del Niagara, quindi il trasporto è comodo, tranquillo e il personale è molto cordiale. Tuttavia, ci sono ancora alcune fette di pizza di Papa John e una scatola di pizza nel cassetto della stanza. Forse il personale non ha ripulito ciò che gli ospiti precedenti hanno mangiato. I'm going to be down and dirty about this review. I asked for management to contact me but they have not as of yet. This hotel, despite my criticism is still likely the best hotel in the vicinity of the Niagara Fall Intl Airport. So let's get to the nitty gritty. I'm an average Joe, that has stayed a a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses. I love the brand and I love the concept. This hotel is not up to the standard I've come to expect for this brand. Call it petty, call it whay you will but these are my observations. 1. Hotel is an 8 minute walk from the airport, 7 minutes if you cut through parking lots and play frogger on the highway 62. There is no shuttle service. 2. Upon arrival there was a man with a sight impaired stick with tattoos all o er his face and body that seemed to be very annoyed with the reception clerk until she gave him a debit card and told him the numbers to use it. 3. The room itself was very nice. Very clean, everything worked well. No plumbing issues like low water pressure, or slow drains, etc. No issues at all. Very nice clean, quiet room. 4. Woke up in the AM and went downstairs to the entrance area to have some coffee. The entrance area was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts, various forms of trash, part of the awning has stucco missing and exposed wood, a d huge wasp nests. This hotel has fallen a long way since my last visit. It needs some serious asthetic overhaul like a pressure wash, cleaning up trash, and repair of the awning. 5. Breakfast was good, as expected of this brand. Only criticism was while I was outside there were three staff members sitting on the curb, directly next to the front door (which didn't close all the way / broken) smoking cigarettes whilst surrounded by a sea of discarded cigarette butts. Just not a good look, especially because one of the staff was the breakfast attendant. 6. Aside from all that, my flip flops actually stuck to the elevator floor due to some form of sticky mess thay had not been cleaned. I know I sound like I'm sharp shooting but this Holiday Inn Express did not feel like a safe, clean environment I've come to expect from this brand, however, I will say, it is still a lot nicer than any other hotels I've observed in the area. It is a shady area. If you travel through Niagara Intl Airport, this is the place to stay, but don't set you expectations to what you may have experienced at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Your room will be clean, everything works right, breakfast is good and ready, just a lot rougher on the eyes outside your room.

It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!

Dopo aver trascorso due notti in una camera Partial Fallsview ho prenotato l'American Fallsview per una terza notte e che differenza! Questa stanza è molto più grande, più bella, ha una vista migliore ed è più silenziosa. Ho trascorso la giornata presso la piscina sul tetto, che era super affollata ma molto carina. Le bevande sono decisamente troppo care ma nel complesso è stata un'esperienza incantevole.

I'm going to be down and dirty about this review. I asked for management to contact me but they have not as of yet. This hotel, despite my criticism is still likely the best hotel in the vicinity of the Niagara Fall Intl Airport. So let's get to the nitty gritty. I'm an average Joe, that has stayed a a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses. I love the brand and I love the concept. This hotel is not up to the standard I've come to expect for this brand. Call it petty, call it whay you will but these are my observations. 1. Hotel is an 8 minute walk from the airport, 7 minutes if you cut through parking lots and play frogger on the highway 62. There is no shuttle service. 2. Upon arrival there was a man with a sight impaired stick with tattoos all o er his face and body that seemed to be very annoyed with the reception clerk until she gave him a debit card and told him the numbers to use it. 3. The room itself was very nice. Very clean, everything worked well. No plumbing issues like low water pressure, or slow drains, etc. No issues at all. Very nice clean, quiet room. 4. Woke up in the AM and went downstairs to the entrance area to have some coffee. The entrance area was littered with hundreds of cigarette butts, various forms of trash, part of the awning has stucco missing and exposed wood, a d huge wasp nests. This hotel has fallen a long way since my last visit. It needs some serious asthetic overhaul like a pressure wash, cleaning up trash, and repair of the awning. 5. Breakfast was good, as expected of this brand. Only criticism was while I was outside there were three staff members sitting on the curb, directly next to the front door (which didn't close all the way / broken) smoking cigarettes whilst surrounded by a sea of discarded cigarette butts. Just not a good look, especially because one of the staff was the breakfast attendant. 6. Aside from all that, my flip flops actually stuck to the elevator floor due to some form of sticky mess thay had not been cleaned. I know I sound like I'm sharp shooting but this Holiday Inn Express did not feel like a safe, clean environment I've come to expect from this brand, however, I will say, it is still a lot nicer than any other hotels I've observed in the area. It is a shady area. If you travel through Niagara Intl Airport, this is the place to stay, but don't set you expectations to what you may have experienced at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Your room will be clean, everything works right, breakfast is good and ready, just a lot rougher on the eyes outside your room.

La posizione è incredibile, puoi prendere il volo per le cascate o fare una bella passeggiata. Prenditi il tuo tempo quando cammini è un'area molto deserta. Quindi consiglio di prendere lyft. ! Le camere sono pulite e grandi. Non abbiamo fatto colazione. I bagni sono puliti, nessuna pulizia anche quando l'ho richiesto la sera prima. Altamente raccomandato per chi viaggia alle cascate del niagra.
