Hotel in zona Zia-Ul-Karam Islamic Center Inc., New York

La posizione ideale dell'hotel permette di viaggiare facilmente su bt su metropolitana a Manhattan. L'hotel pulito permette di soggiornare confortevolmente. Vicino alla città di Chinatown a Brooklyn, situato nella 8a Avenue a Brooklyn. La stazione della metropolitana è intorno all'angolo, la stazione della metropolitana è 8th Avenue a Brooklyn. Molti ristoranti asiatici nelle vicinanze e un Popeyes intorno all'angolo. Solo 30 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana di Manhattan. Nella stessa strada dell'hotel troverete molti ristoranti asiatici deliziosi e a prezzi accessibili. Ci sono anche un posto di bowling e una tavola da piscina situato nella stessa strada dell'Hotel Insignia Brooklyn. Ci siamo trasferiti qui per una settimana e abbiamo una stanza con due letti regina. Abbiamo avuto vista stradale sulla strada e una spaziosa bagno. Il condizionamento d'aria funziona bene e freddo. Ci sono un bel e semplice colazione ogni giorno da 7 a 9 a piedi al lobby. Ci sono sempre tè, acqua calda a caffè disponibile a piedi.

L'indirizzo di prenotazione è stato sbagliato,  viveva in  Manhattan,  è stato sbagliato per andare a Brooklyn.  è il mio errore, non posso sorprendere l'hotel.Ma il luogo è un po' lontano, non è molto conveniente, il rapporto prezzo non è alto.

Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno qui molti ristoranti vicino alla metropolitana e fanno colazione e il parcheggio non può battere questi servizi a Brooklyn e una vista molto bella della città

Per non parlare della posizione, il Tongniu è accanto, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Molo della Statua della Libertà e dal Museo Indiano, e anche la metropolitana è molto comoda. Tuttavia, devo lamentarmi di questo ascensore al 44esimo piano. ci sono stanze densamente popolate e due ascensori. E quando ho chiesto dell'acqua il giorno successivo, hanno detto che l'avrebbero data solo per il primo soggiorno, e non c'era acqua minerale il secondo giorno. Tuttavia, quando mio figlio è andato a prenderla il terzo giorno, gli è stata data tre bottiglie Lo standard di servizio non era uniforme.

I booked at Nap York Central park in June 2022 for September/October 2022. I chose the discounted flexible rate, as I didn’t see having to cancel or move my dates at all - my flight was paid for. Earlier this month my father suffered a stroke, was diagnosed with cancer, and was told he was in need of an operation on his heart. His quality of living went from active and healthy to in need of 24/7 care overnight. I contacted this property to see if even though the flexible option was non-refundable if there might be some leniency with this as I don’t see being able to travel in the near future, even at a partial refund (mostly for the $500 I already paid to be used for medical bills/needs). You cannot actually call or speak to anyone - they do not have phones. You can only communicate through a chat service. They don’t provide any details as to who you are talking to and my questions as to whether there is a management company I might reach out to were unanswered, and then I was just told ‘we don’t have phones’. After explaining my situation, they let me know they would not refund anything but would move the dates. According to my original booking, I would have six months to reschedule. Speaking to someone through the chat service, I was only given four months to reschedule and many dates blocked out and unavailable to me due to holidays. I pointed out that it was less time than my original booking stated and that went unaddressed, the person let me know that ‘my situation’ (my father possibly terminally ill) ‘was not their responsibility’ and they wouldn’t refund my payment or add any dates (which really would have just been giving me what I should have anyway, not exactly doing me any extra favors) and again - all questions as to whether there is an actual number or company to contact with questions was not provided. While I understand my original request for a refund was outside of the original terms, they don’t even offer the terms that are paid for and clearly stated. I’ve also worked at hotels and lodges in the past to know that they often make allowances for nonrefundable stays in cases of extreme circumstances. Booking.com reached out to try to negotiate and the only response they received was ‘no refund’. I’ve also had travel plans in the past change slightly and have been out money and have not asked for special accommodations or refunds from locations, but with the stress of my father’s health and rising costs, and so suddenly, I was looking for some empathy here. United Airlines is notorious for delayed customer service or non-negotiable refunds and I was able to explain my situation and received a full refund immediately. After some of the language used by whoever manages their chat service, I wouldn’t stay at this location at this point. I've attached some of the reviews on google, as well as management's insane responses (including taunting people about calling the police, or pointing out they don't speak English).

La camera era molto bella ma adeguata. Avrei apprezzato un cestino per i rifiuti in camera. La temperatura nella stanza era perfetta anche se non poteva essere regolata. Il bagno nel corridoio è stato il più deludente. Un bagno era chiuso a chiave e non utilizzabile, un altro non aveva una porta con serratura e il distributore di servizi igienici del terzo si intrometteva nel tuo spazio personale. Le tende della doccia avevano macchie di muffa. C'era spazio limitato per sistemare i tuoi articoli da toeletta. La porta del bagno delle donne era socchiusa, il che riduceva la privacy.

Estremamente povero. Dalla preautorizzazione risultava che il pagamento era già stato effettuato ma diceva che non era stata strisciata e ho cambiato tre carte. Non c'era niente nella stanza tranne alcune bottiglie di shampoo e articoli da toeletta, nemmeno una descrizione della stanza. L'asciugacapelli era rotto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza era pessima e la moquette era sporca. La colazione non era niente di buono. La cosa più strana è che il rasoio, il sapone e una bottiglia piena di detergente viso HR che avevo portato mi sono stati portati via dal cameriere, e nessuno si è fatto carico delle successive perquisizioni, spingendoli di qua e di là. Non ho mai visto un hotel a stelle così brutto! ! !

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un gioco di calcio al MetLife Stadium. La posizione è grande e il parcheggio è gratuito. Avevamo una macchina per il gioco e era una rapida guida allo stadio. L'hotel aveva segni per una navetta al gioco (fornita da un'altra società locale). Quindi hai le opzioni per un gioco. Un fermo di autobus è situato proprio fuori dall'hotel che ti porta all'Autorità Portuale di NYC. Abbiamo ricevuto il parere che Ubers è difficile da ottenere. Una volta che il pilota vede che stai andando a NYC, spesso cancelleranno. Il personale ha detto che l'autobus è il modo più conveniente e più economico per andare. Il bus offre ”tasse senior” che erano $4.50/person, quindi non si può battere. Le camere erano pulite. La mattress nella nostra stanza aveva bisogno di una sostituzione. Era concava. Avevamo avvertito il personale, così speriamo che la sostituiranno. Il personale è stato piacevole e utile nel complesso, siamo stati molto felici della nostra selezione e lo consiglierei certamente.

We were at this hotel for one night. There was a power failure which affected the hotel, and of course, this was not the hotel's fault, although it did result in inconvenience and discomfort to our stay. In addition, some guests were having a noisy party just outside the front entrance which was loud enough to keep me awake in the middle of the night -- our room was a few floors up overlooking the party. I felt that we deserved either compensation or credit for a future stay at a Hilton property, so I went to speak to the manager in the morning. However, there was a long line of people waiting to complain to the manager, and we had to leave, so I didn't get to speak with him. I subsequently emailed the manager 3 times to ask for compensation and he never replied. I called 5 times and the manager was supposedly never there. Finally, I spoke to the assistant manager. He listened attentively assured me that someone would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. I am very disappointed in this poor customer service and unprofessional behavior of their managerial staff.

We really enjoyed our stay. Only a $4.50 bus ride to NYC. Bus picks you up in front of hotel. Also close to dream mall. Rooms were clean, good breakfast, and showers were hot. Hotel is a short ride to American Dream Mall. Very reasonably priced. Will stay again.
