Stai lontano se: 1. Non mi piace il rumore: puoi sentire tutto - il muro e la porta sono sottili. Sfortunatamente, durante il nostro soggiorno, i vicini sullo stesso piano erano piuttosto rumorosi. Camminare e parlare al telefono (usando parla) lungo il corridoio. TV e chat dalle stanze accanto. La gente ha sbattuto porte e mobili a tarda notte e al mattino presto. 2. Ho bisogno di pulizie tutti i giorni: non sapevamo che la camera non sarebbe stata pulita affatto durante l'intero soggiorno (4 giorni e 3 notti) se non richiedendo un giorno prima. Quando hai chiamato il servizio di pulizia, il telefono è andato alla reception di 1 uomo. Deve controllare tutti gli ospiti che aspettano in fila e prendere il tuo shampoo o altro perché finisci durante il tuo soggiorno. 3. Hai bisogno di pulizia: puoi vedere solo la spazzatura nel corridoio. Non so davvero quanto spesso puliscono per ogni piano. 4. Hai bisogno di un vero letto matrimoniale: il letto matrimoniale delle avversità è più piccolo di quello che avevamo a casa. Se non ti interessa nessuno dei precedenti, ecco un paio di aspetti positivi: 1. Vicino alla fermata del treno R: a piedi in 5 minuti. 2. Vicino a negozi e ristoranti

Ottimo hotel con Burger King accanto! Pulito, camera grande. E personale e manager calorosi e gentili. Viaggiamo dall'altra parte del mondo e hanno concesso ore extra in anticipo per il check-in. Grazie ragazzi per la calorosa ospitalità.

I booked a 1 queen bed Room but when I arrived they give me 2 single bed & they said if I don't want they will return my money. It's not good like this I was with my wife and we sleeps in separate bed.

酒店位置甚佳,樓下就是Burger King,步行約五分鐘穿過小公園便可到達包括Costco的大商埸,往Queens Blvd方向走5分鐘左右便找到Subway地鐵站,交通十分方便。酒店設施較新,兩大床的房間面積適中,唯一值得批評的是酒店人手不足,一般三天才做清潔和換床單,住客生活用品如浴帽、牙刷甚至飲用熱水均欠奉。

Unless, they make some serious evaluations, and take some serious steps to improve their management, find another place to stay. Airlines should not use this hotel for their guest who arrive after 7 pm.

Horrible don't waste your money, the photos of Wyndham Hotels online looks nothing like this hotel at all. There is no restaurant or bar there is no food of any type in the lobby there is one vending machine for soda, everything is dirty and smells like a wet mop, the rooms are old and outdated the smell is not great, the air conditioning/ heater is loud and obnoxious the beds are completely uncomfortable. And you can hear your neighbors at all times

The room was clean but space was very limited.To get from one end of the room to the other you had to plan it with the other people in the room. We had a problem with the TV not working and we were told that it would be fixed for our second night, but it wasn’t. 🤥

Clean room, decent service and situated directly above a gym. The noise is absolutely unbearable. Every couple minutes, you can literally feel someone dropping barbells below you. The noise might be better on the fourth floor, but the third floor has a nice walk-out terrace from your room.

no room service in three days, Very bad service, they did not clean the room, I asked the cleaning person and she said yes, At night when I returned everything was the same. I told the person at the front desk about it and he said I can give you other room, give me 20 minutes and I'll call you, almost an hour I called the front desk and left me on hold. So I when down stairs he told me all I can do is give you clean towels and sheets I had no choice but to accept, it was almost 11 at night in New York. The last time we used this place.

Just the necessities provided, pleasant staff, and room acceptably clean. Conveniently located near subway and walking distance to mall, coffee shops and other restaurants No issues. Would recommend as no frills hotel.

During my visit to New York in September 2023, I stayed at Wyndham Garden Hotel in Queens given its good location. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and the Subway Station is 3 to 4 minutes walking distance. Staying in Wyndham Garden hotel was a great choice and I would likes to express my sincere gratitude for the staff wonderful hospitality. Thank you all for your kindness, dedication and above all your patience with your guests. Hospitality is making your guests feel at home, and it is usually done through personalization. The front office team (Crystal, Alex, James and Chris) provide a superb service at any time of the day and my stay there was very relaxing. They provided me with comfortable and homely place, answered patiently all my questions and offered me different travel options around the city. They went the extra length to help me plan my daily trips and suggested ways to make the most of it. It is important to note that when cleaning the rooms, they did not give us towels and toiletries, and when we asked, they told us to go downstairs and get them, which made it uncomfortable for us to get out of the bathroom and go downstairs. There is no room for guests who have to check in early and wait until the actual departure from the hotel, we had a late flight even though we asked for a late departure from the rooms and even paid - we were refused.
