Times Square New York|1.17km dal Riverbank
Hotel in pieno centro a manhattan.a 2 passi da time square. Stupenda palestra e giardino esterno. Consiglio vivamente e assegno 11 stelle🎉

Stayed in this IHG one night Sunday May 7th. Yes small bathrooms and small vanity but the breakfast and service was almost like a zombie apocalypse happened. We got down there way before breakfast ended and there was NOTHING left in terms of soemthing to drink. Name it, it was gone. No water, juice, milk. Oops the coffee machine to the left might have been working. My wife asked about it at front desk the lady cleaning up, but not really since all trash bins were overflowed, could not understand. I asked for a knife and finally when I acted it out did she get it. The frig, literally NOTHING IN IT. I have never seen that before at an IHG. No bagels, no muffins. When I got there there were 2 cinnamon rolls left, I got one of them. I took pics of the empty stuff, I took pics of the trash. This went off the rails when my wife asks for a muffin and tells of the situation and it's like come down sooner. Like what? No sorry? My wife was incensed. Then another lady, MUCH BETTER WITH hospitality skills, started passing out bottled water she got from storage for people. We got 2 of those. Yes there was PLENTY of eggs and sausage. That was literally it. I have never seen that before. Yes the bathroom vanity was small. The door kept opening even if you cracked it. The room was larger but built around the subway sound of the elevator shafts. The sound didn't bother us much but in am wow. Just a tough stay. The bed was nice. The room temp was easliy controlled. I am shocked at the disaster of the morning. Never seen that as Platinum member in almost 20 years of staying at IHG's. I feel I should write a letter to the hotel. The issue was just no way to fix anything. NO one was wow out of that, ok will get more. There was no one to really help anyone. I felt terrible for a set of parents with 2 kids. I was like not much around, try to get water. They had some sausage on a plate. There was a few slices of bread left as well. Stunningly bad. Happliy some guy came and braught my wife a frozen bagel we want to room and thawed with a hair-dryer. I took a pic of that too. We love IHG's over marriott but this was a fun on miss from what we saw at 910am on.

Hotel molto esclusivo e unico situato a New York.

The hotel was very nice. The staff is was really set the tone for the location. They were very attentive and nice throughout our visit. They answered all of our questions and requests. There are very good food options near by and transit is easy to get to. The location has been renovated but still needs some work that was halted due to the shutdown but it didn't hinder our experience at all. Overall i would recommend this hotel to people who need a nice place to rest and get great service.

Camera accogliente e confortevole, veniva tenuta pulita dalle pulizie giornaliere. Mi è piaciuto molto il letto perché puoi regolarlo su e giù.

As a solo traveler who just wants a clean, hassle free, comfortable, no surprises place to stay this was that and so much more. This place is more like an Air B&B, less like a hotel which I very much liked. It's a newly renovated 4 level brownstone and it was immaculate (Dec. 2023). I liked the fact that I had a front door code and room code emailed to me and that made check in quick and easy. Beautiful common area kitchen and sitting room which I didn't use but nice to see. My room was comfortable with a bed, desk, private bath. Nicely decorated but not over done. Doors and walls all new and freshly painted, it felt like I was their first guest. No TV which is fine for me. Laundry room available which I didn't use. There was no elevator so if that is an issue for you, know that up front. You enter the building through a typical street level gate to get to the lower level door into a very nice entry foyer. Your room could be on level 4 so if stair climbing is an issue with bags in tow you may want to reconsider. New AC/heating unit that works and an operable window. I stay in the city often, I see lots of beat up places, this is not one of them. I look forward to booking a room here on my next stay, for me it is exactly what I look for.

Molto buon hotel. 5/5 continuare a andare.
