Stanze piccole con moquette molto antigienica e mobilio datato. Letto super comodo e vista bella sulla strada. Ubicazione ideale per raggiungere punti di interesse. In un 4 stelle è inaccettabile che alla recepción nessuno parli altre lingue minimo spagnolo. Colazione nella norma con personale molto gentile. Sinceramente mi aspettavo di più da un Hilton.

Can’t believe they have changed the restaurant fee even you not use it, so expensive and not really know this is hotel policy or not but this change should be public to let people know in first hand before making decisions.

The location was perfect for a first visit to New York. Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Central Park were all right out the front door. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, particularly at the front desk, who just went above and beyond with kindness and service. This was a great value and experience. Thank you!

The location is super best! Walking distance to everything from, SUBWAY STATION, to Theaters and to all Must See spots in New York! One thing though that is lacking, no complimentary drinking water available every day but somehow, the Starbucks Coffee available for free at the lobby saves it all! Had a truly wonderful stay!
