We stayed there 42 nights and tried to stay for a third and they Said we are on the no Said we are on the kno rent list which is An impossibility. we were extremely confused and f****** frustrated as to how this could happen because it's an impossibility altogether. Couldn't ever have f****** happened on top of that? I said Merry Christmas to the b**** and she said. **** younder her breath as I was walking out of the door. If I could give this. Hotel a lower score I would as far as service.

It was nice but the staff could have been nicer to us when we got yhere

Hotel very out dated. Room was in need of repairs, toilet barley flushed after several attempts. Room had a bad odor. Fire alarm went off in entire area for several minutes. Would not revisit this hotel.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and the beds are extremely comfortable! Plus you get a pool and hot tub and breakfast in the morning. All around decent place and safe with high cleanliness standards.

Check-in was easy, front desk clerk polite. Room was nice. In room counters and bath were very clean. The floor in room hadn’t been swept/vacuumed. Old dust in bathroom and around bed. Wore my flip flops in room.

Place was small but had enough space. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a great option. Only reason docked a star. Our neighbors stayed up very late hanging out and drinking in the parking lot. No Karen here but definitely a nuisance.

Front desk at check in was great. I was in a pet room but it was very loud from both the freeway exit and the hallway from parking lot to parking lot. I’m used to it being quieter but it’s a busy property

Every time I’m in Sacramento I always look to stay in la Quinta and I always recommend to friends and family..

I’m really big on customer service and there’s a customer I don’t complain. But I was there for a volleyball tournament and I let the lady know that and it was such a big deal that we had breakfast because my girl plays all day long. There was no going the extra mile I even asked could I even get a yogurt a few minutes before seven because we had to be at our event at seven and she kind of said no and I just felt like other hotels go above and beyond or try to make something work for people that used to stay there. It wasn’t awful, but I will probably never stay there again

Let’s start from the beginning, took long time to check in not sure why but it was ridiculous. Room bedding was dirty on both beds. Beds extremely low to floor and every time you turned it creaked which woke you up. Room smelled musty.

We will not say here again. Check in was a zoo. Remote didn’t work. Beds were the worst. So uncomfortable and made noise with every movement. 🙃

Have a bum knee and was made climb to the third floor with my luggage. Breakfast was scarce and awful.
