I recently stayed at a hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful pool area. The location was convenient, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

每次去中山都選凱里亞德，除了性價比超高之外，還很喜歡它們家的早餐，這個粉賣相不錯味道更加不錯。入住的時候，前台小姐姐還給小朋友準備了拖鞋和牙刷，體驗還是那麼好！

好評！回中山常住的酒店，但這次入住有點小插曲，進房間發現很多頭髮沒打掃乾淨，服務員馬上拿吸塵器過來清理，還幫我更換了房間，服務非常好！另外就是連續兩天打掃房間都沒有補充茶包和咖啡！

酒店前台客房服務熱情有禮，房間很大，床軟硬適中。晚上11:30準備睡覺，拉窗簾的時候發現有一大塊類似嘔吐物的東西在窗簾上，客房服務員拿來刷子清潔。睡前刷牙才發現牙刷只有一套。衛生差，細節不到位。下次不會再選擇。

這家酒店前幾個月來住過。總體感覺還可以吧。房間比較大。但靠馬路比較吵。停車還算比較方便。早餐也不錯。

24號晚入住、出差一天很累到酒店、前台戴眼鏡一個男留妹妹髮型的男收銀員服務很差、一張像是差他錢一樣不高興一樣、掛着一張不高興嘴臉、和另外一個收銀員説事、他插了一句，有不理人，衞生間衞生差、枕頭不行、真實體驗、希望總經理嚴格培訓收銀員表情、禮貌禮節

Risposta dalla struttura: 感謝您的入住。對於此次入住給您帶來不好的感受門店深表歉意，對於您提出來的服務問題我們會跟進並進行完善，我們會聽取您的建議立即召開會議，每日交接班會重點培訓，日常多關注對客服務。針對服務意識、態度問題進行培訓整改提升。通過監控調查我們的服務員無服務不好的情況，確實有戴眼鏡的服務員插了一句話但是並不是不敬，您要求酒店贈送早餐，前台員工確實沒有這個權限，我們也會思考增加前台員工權限；房間的枕頭都是集團統一的，兩個厚枕兩個薄枕，不夠也可再另加枕頭，衞生間的地板不是污漬清潔不乾淨，是大理石的顏色問題，我們會想辦法解決問題，但是這需要一定時間，您在淋浴間沖涼的時候，我相信可以明顯感受到這不是污垢。很抱歉工作不到位給您帶來了不愉悦，再次致歉！也誠摯邀請作為酒店同行的您再回來體驗和再指導，期待您的下次到來，爭取拿到您5分好評
