Hotel in zona forte Hamilton, New York

La stanza è molto piccola e il corridoio è davvero stretto. La reception è al secondo piano. La hall è piuttosto carina. I biscotti vengono forniti al momento del check-in e puoi effettuare il check-out direttamente alla cassetta all'ingresso del ristorante al primo piano. Puoi mettere i biscotti e andartene. C'è un ristorante al piano di sotto e una pizzeria piuttosto buona lì vicino (immagine allegata), ho dimenticato il nome. La metropolitana è piuttosto comoda, con diverse linee nelle vicinanze. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da Wall Street e da lì si possono vedere anche i grandi tori. A pochi minuti a piedi si trova un battello turistico che vi porterà alla scoperta del luogo. La posizione geografica è eccellente.

We weren't even supposed to be at this hotel in the first place but I'm so glad that we were able to be relocated to this hotel! The rooms are so comfy and modern which I loved very much. Every staff I talked to at the hotel were very kind, they all treated us with such great service, kindness and love. A very pleasant stay. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York, also am amazing location in the financial district for shopping and close to Manhattan. It is the first time that we find a hotel room where the TV is bigger than the closet. Perhaps the hotel's policy is to set up the rooms differently depending on the season: large TV and small wardrobe during the warm season and small TV and large wardrobe during the winter season? Amazing! Considering that the space in the closet is only 23 inches (60cm) the suitcases cannot be emptied and must find a place around the bed in order to be opened. The positive consequence is that moving around the room helps to learn the Sirtaki dance steps: 4 steps on the side and two steps forward. The size of the bathroom is inconsistent with that of the room. The bathroom, in fact, is surprisingly large. The drains, on the other hand, are consistent with the narrowness of the room, in fact as soon as we arrived in the room we found the drains clogged (promptly purged by the hotel's ”specialist technician”). The air conditioning, turned on by default, reminds us of a subway station: the same movement of air and above all the same noise when the subway cars arrive. The same ”specialised technician” then intervened to activate the futuristic air conditioning control unit where, by going through labyrinthine menus, submenus and sub-submenus, in the end he was able to access the on/off disclaimer. Unfortunately the instruction manual for this control unit is not available in the room consequently we have replaced that bizarre electronic panel with that archaic tool called ”window” where with a marvelous handle one is able to change the air in the room. The operation of this tool is friendly enough that it does not need an instruction manual. The room is also equipped with a large screen through which at night you can watch the silhouette puppet show. The screen is the dividing wall between the bedroom and the bathroom built in opaque glass. It is enough to go to the bathroom and turn on the light, whoever is on the bed can enjoy the exhibition, free of charge. The restaurant is quite good and the prices are ok.

Ho soggiornato una notte per lavoro e ho trovato il personale molto gentile. Le camere sono un po' datate, ma sono servite allo scopo. La mia camera puzzava di prodotti per la pulizia (in senso positivo) all'ingresso. Buona posizione nel distretto finanziario con opzioni di trasporto, cibo e bev tutt'intorno. Facile passeggiata per il commercio mondiale. La costruzione ha fatto vibrare la stanza al mattino.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dal World Trade Center. La vista sul fiume Hudson è bellissima e si può vedere un bellissimo tramonto. Altamente raccomandato, sceglierò questo hotel la prossima volta che verrò.

La camera d'albergo in stile appartamento dispone di una piccola cucina. La colazione in hotel è deliziosa e fornisce molti alimenti proteici. Le pulizie vengono effettuate ogni giorno. L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente, la stazione della metropolitana è proprio accanto ed è l'incrocio di molte linee della stazione principale, quindi è molto comodo andare ovunque!

Abbiamo scelto l'hotel per la seconda volta quest'anno, e non è stato deluso. Abbiamo ricevuto la stessa attenzione e il riposo senza cura della prima volta. La manutenzione e la riparazione si sono svolte anche nel tempo tra le due occasioni, che posso confermare, come abbiamo chiesto e ricevuto la stessa stanza entrambe le volte, con cui ci siamo rallegrati; siamo quasi tornati a casa, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Il personale è meraviglioso, consapevole, autosacrificante. Sono estremamente attenti, abbiamo chiesto e ricevuto un frigorifero e una microonde. Amiamo la sua posizione, il suo ambiente è tranquillo, sicuro e spazioso. Le opzioni di shopping e trasporto sono facili da risolvere, con Hudson Jersey in fondo è bella. Grazie per averci lasciato passare il Natale con voi, vogliamo già tornare! Grazie!

Siamo riusciti a procurarci l'acqua gratuitamente al primo piano. La stanza non era grande, ma era una bella stanza. Ha un'illuminazione calma e un buon accesso. E' vicino alla stazione.

Questo hotel era in un'ottima posizione per esplorare il quartiere di Chelsea e visitare la galleria d'arte Moma! Mi è piaciuta molto l'atmosfera dato che c'era una terrazza all'esterno dove c'erano sempre persone sedute a chiacchierare, cenare e divertirsi. C'erano anche molti bei ristoranti nella zona! Anche la stanza era adorabile!

L'atteggiamento dell'hotel nei confronti del servizio è molto buono, le camere sono grandi e pulite e le strutture sono complete. Nel complesso sono abbastanza soddisfatto.
