Questo hotel è un piccolo gioiello e un prezzo d'occasione. Ti consiglio vivamente di rimanere qui mentre visiti Delhi. L'hotel dispone di camere ampie, molto pulite e dotate di cassaforte, bollitore per il tè, tv e l'ambiente più incantevole con un letto comodo. La posizione è perfetta. È una fermata dall'aeroporto all'aeroporto per New Delhi express. Sono circa 10 minuti per l'aeroporto. La stazione ferroviaria è a pochi passi dall'hotel. La stessa stazione ti porterà a Nuova Delhi molto velocemente e la tariffa è di circa 5 centesimi! Il problema più grande è che l'orario di check-in è alle 14:00. Quindi se atterri presto devi aspettare fino alle 14:00.

Mia moglie e io siamo appena tornati da un viaggio di tre settimane per volare in India. Hotel Shanti Palace è stato il peggiore posto in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Anche se la stanza era comoda, il cibo era molto cattivo e ci ha preoccupato di farci male da esso. Il personale ha fatto la richiesta più piccola e ci ha chiesto di pagare il colazione, anche se era incluso nel contratto del nostro gruppo, eccezione per i incontri molto amichevoli che abbiamo avuto con tutti gli indiani durante il nostro viaggio.

Hans mi guardava in linea centrale e un classico, e ho scelto per la sua posizione. Il personale era molto in arrivo, mi hanno lasciato controllare in anticipo, ma la stanza che mi hanno dato non era quella che ho prenotato (era più piccola). Dopo aver controllato, sono stato cambiato in una più grande, quella che ho prenotato inizialmente. In generale l'hotel è vecchio, il lavoro in legno è indossato, le pareti avevano bagagli ***y involucri, le tole erano troppo lavate ***y volte. Anche le finestre hanno bisogno di una profonda pulizia. Delhi è una città dura per gestire un hotel. L'hotel è buono per una notte o cosa, ma ha bisogno di qualche TLC

L'hotel è abbastanza comodo. La stanza è molto pulita. Lenzuola da letto, asciugamani - tutto bianco pulito. Il personale è ospite. Ho ordinato un incontro all'aeroporto. Mi sono incontrato presto la mattina, sono andato all'hotel e si sono sistemati molto rapidamente. Sono stato soddisfatto della scelta dell'hotel.

Great hotel, Vanshika was literally the best! From start to finish, she made me feel at ease. It was my first time in India and coming from England, I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I was served by her. She's so kind, welcoming and cares about the customers. She had checked us in early as our flight landed early. Whilst I was checking in, my mum who has difficulty walking was looked after by her staff, she personally got my mum and made sure she got to the toilet safely. Overall she was amazing, put me ease and genuinely such a kind person, a true asset to Novotel and great example of excellent customer service, I'd come back again because of her. The hotel has great facilities overall, good food at the restaurant, clean, kind and courteous staff and a good location to the local food spots. Special thanks to Vanshika and Novotel. From Ravi N.

Avoid if possible. The ladies at the Reception are arrogant and make it look like the guest is there to bother them. I had 2 male staff insisting to send me to my room even though I only had 1 bag just for the tips. The Hotel is by the main road and as such it is noisy. You can hear vehicles sounding their horns all the time. Breakfast was nothing write about......somewhat basic I would say. The wifi here is cumbersome. While the connectivity is good, you need to collect a coupon from the Reception. Once you step out of the Hotel, you need another code to access the Wifi.

We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!

Very warm ambience lively music and lighting the hostess Rainae was professional the staff anant alvin Subhash and brijesh suggested great options from the menu the food was excellent thanks to chef puran and his team. Lived the mocktails too and the Mr Susham was very hospitable
