Hotel con parcheggio a Nuova Delhi

Il miglior hotel in India che abbia mai soggiornato. Il personale era grande. La posizione era magnifica. Il soggiorno era inoltrabile.

Ho effettuato 3 prenotazioni separate in questo hotel prima del mio arrivo perché sarei rimasto in India più a lungo del previsto. Ho soggiornato in totale 9 notti. Nelle note di prenotazione, ho chiesto se potevo rimanere nella stessa camera per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Ho prenotato una camera doppia con vista sulla piscina. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho fatto la stessa richiesta e il personale del check-in si è assicurato che potessi avere la stessa camera. La camera che mi è stata assegnata aveva un solo letto e si affacciava su un cantiere. Poi ho scoperto da solo che la piscina era in fase di ristrutturazione. La camera aveva anche una grande crepa sulla finestra. Ho informato il personale del problema e ho richiesto un cambio di camera, ma mi è stato detto che qualcuno sarebbe venuto ad aiutarmi a cambiare camera a un orario prestabilito. Ciò non è accaduto. Non si sono scusati. Durante il mio soggiorno, la chiave della mia camera è stata disattivata due volte (probabilmente a causa delle mie prenotazioni separate), la porta della camera ha funzionato male, la cassaforte non ha funzionato due volte e la TV ha perso il segnale due volte. Verso la fine, ho messo un cartello ”non disturbare”, ma ho ricevuto un'e-mail e una telefonata ininterrotta che mi chiedeva se ero sicuro di non aver bisogno delle pulizie. Nel complesso, anche se non è stata una brutta esperienza, ho avuto la sensazione di aver avuto troppe interazioni inutili con il personale per piccoli problemi.

Had a really good stay at New Delhi Homestay AC Dormitory. The AC runs 24 hours, so the dorm is comfortable throughout the day and night. Soft drinks and water bottles are available, and there is also a water dispenser with filtered drinking water for free. The dormitory is located on the 3rd floor and has easy connectivity. The metro station and bus stand are both nearby, which makes travelling around Delhi very convenient. Overall, a comfortable, budget-friendly place with good facilities and a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend it for travellers.

Ho soggiornato di recente presso la vostra struttura e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non ha soddisfatto gli standard che mi aspetto da un hotel a 5 stelle. Durante il mio soggiorno, l'aria condizionata nel corridoio e nell'ascensore non funzionava, rendendo l'ambiente piuttosto scomodo. Inoltre, erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione nel corridoio, che hanno causato un notevole rumore e disturbo durante tutto il giorno. Questi problemi hanno avuto un impatto significativo sul comfort e sulla qualità del mio soggiorno. Had a comfortable stay at Airport Hotel The Volga during my recent Delhi trip. One thing that really stood out was its location—being close to IGI Airport made the entire journey much easier, especially after a long flight. Reaching the hotel was quick and convenient, and for anyone with an early morning departure or late-night arrival, the location is definitely a big advantage. The hotel is also well connected to Mahipalpur market and nearby transport options, which adds to the convenience. What made the experience better was the staff behaviour. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, respectful, and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and whenever I needed assistance, the response was quick and professional. It’s rare to find staff who maintain such a polite and cooperative attitude consistently, and that genuinely improves the overall stay experience. Considering the price point, this hotel offers very good value for money. It is budget-friendly without compromising on the basic comforts that matter—clean rooms, proper hygiene, comfortable bedding, and a peaceful environment to relax. If someone is looking for an affordable stay near the airport with decent service and good hospitality, Airport Hotel The Volga is definitely a practical choice. Perfect for transit travelers, business visitors, or even short stays in Delhi.

Iva premium Very close from the airport and right beside the highway. So, no hassle of the crowded narrow dirty lanes of Mahipalpur. No noise. Very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's a new hotel. Exactly one year old. Hence it's very clean. No worn down, used look. Bathroom clean. Geyser installed in the bathroom. We can switch it on anytime. Bedsheets very clean. Towels also clean but not as crispy clean as the bedsheets. Room size comfortable for two people. We had a third bed provided and we could manage fairly well with 3 large suitcases inside the room. Fan and AC provided. Even outside the rooms, the corridors are wide and bright. And clean and fresh. There's an in-house restaurant on the ground floor. We had dinner there. Decent food - vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Not expensive. Our room booking had a complimentary breakfast option. But since we were going to take an early check-out at 4.15 am we assumed that we will not be able to avail the breakfast facility. But then their restaurant is open 24*7. So they said that if we wished to, we could get breakfast anytime before our checkout, even through room service. I assumed that we would just get toast, butter, jam and tea at that early hour. But they were ready to serve us anything off their breakfast menu. We had a hearty breakfast of stuffed parathas with pickle and yoghurt, hot toast, butter, jam and hot tea. Our booking didn't give us the option of picking free airport drop-off so we assumed that it's included (since the name of the hotel suggests the same). But it turned out that it wasn't included in our booking, yet they obliged us by giving us this service free of charge. I would surely recommend this hotel especially if you want proximity to the airport. It's right on the service road. You don't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic jams on the inner roads. Also, while looking out for decent hotels close to the airport I came across many hotels which were scams- they gave false information about proximity to the airport. Quite a few even displayed false photos of their premises and their rooms, their location etc . So I was genuinely worried about this hotel right from the time I booked it. But I had no cause for worry. It's clean, it's comfortable. Location is very convenient.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again.
