I visited roseate house a dew days back and I was really tired at the time of check in but your employee Ms. Priyanka helped me a lot during the process as a result of which my tiredness level decreased and it become my memorable stay in Delhi NCR.

Room was very neat and clean. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Very good with their work. Mr . Ravinder Kumar and Mr. Nilesh was very attentive and cleaned the room at earliest . Hotel was maintained the hygienic level at its best. Staff’s behaviour was really awesome. Very hardworking staffs

It was a good experience. The staff trilok was really helpful he bought my order in the correct time.Appointing staffs using sign languages are really a good gesture by the team. The setup here is very good. Appreciate it………..…….. 👍👍👍👍

Everything was perfect I am first time staying in this hotel it’s a memorable and comfortable both we are very happy 😊 happy very good food and quality staff behavior very good I like the girls who is wearing saree they just looking like a waww

This hotel is advertised as a 4* hotel on Google (see screenshot below) but it is not (see cons below)! Pros: - Clean rooms. - Good food at the hotel restaurant. - In-room fridge. Cons: - Hot water for a shower only lasted 10 minutes the 2 days we stayed there. - The in-room telephone wasn't working. - The in-room AC and TV weren't working. We tried to communicate this to the staff at the front desk but English was a language barrier. - The hotel restaurant didn't carry simple items like soft drinks/pop/soda, ice, or salt. - The hotel is listed as having a fitness center on another website (see screenshot below); however, at the front desk the staff clarified to me that there was NO fitness center on-site. - The hotel is listed as having a 24-hour front-desk. This is not true as when I went to the front desk at 2 am, no one was around. This hotel is really a 2.5* star hotel - calling it a 3* would be a stretch.

I really Like the stay as we got nice room that was 905. Ambience of Hotel was amazing. Also the Breakfast. Kiran Kaur was very helpful as she really to welcome all the guest with her Beautiful smile. Chetan Also the ***ager Rohit gave us Late Checklout.

Google reviews are most likely fake, terrible service, guy on check in was extremely unfriendly, we had very bad internet which made working impossible, charged us 1000 extra rupees for better internet didn’t work then as well. Bad experience

Hotel looks nice, rooms are good and clean but customer service experience is very bad front desk person was very very rude. Does not know how to talk politely raises his voice and does not know how to listen.
