Neo Plus è un hotel senza pretese, situato vicino al cuore di George Town, il che lo rende un'ottima soluzione per i viaggiatori. Il mio soggiorno includeva la colazione gratuita e l'opzione per i pasti era molto semplice, ma comunque comoda per i viaggiatori.

Posizione strategica per ogni luogo. L'insonorizzazione è scarsa, anche se l'hotel mi ha assegnato un piano più alto, 19 piani per l'esattezza. Fortunatamente non ho problemi a dormire/sono un buon dormiglione. Penso che sia qualcosa di inevitabile, data la posizione nel caos della città. Come utente di trip.com per la prima volta, quindi ho ottenuto uno sconto sul pagamento del conto totale. La cosa che adoro di più è il distributore d'acqua. Posso riempirlo facilmente e rimanere idratato durante tutto il soggiorno. La bella vista del komtar di notte è un punto a favore.

La posizione è un po' lontana dal centro storico ma vicino a Top Penang. C'è un ristorante di massaggi nelle vicinanze. Buono tranne che per l'insonorizzazione del bagno

La posizione è buona, il servizio è buono e la posizione è buona. Il mio amico era già stato deluso a Penang, ma questa è una sorpresa. Consigliatissimo, la piscina è esterna all'ultimo piano e si vede il mare, che è molto bello. Possiamo anche vedere il mare dalla nostra camera, il che è una lode.

La posizione è ottima, ci sono ristoranti nei dintorni, snack notturni, un grande supermercato nelle vicinanze e vicino alle attrazioni.

Great location! Centre of Penang town with walking distance, save a lot of times as Penang traffic is quite bad. The room is spacious, they do provide free car park, water dispenser and iron board set. I will definitely stay with Neo again!

The hotel location is very good, all the interesting places we wanted to visit are within the walking distance. The room is huge and comfortable, we also got a good view from our room which includes a glimpse of the sea and sunrise. Breakfast option is also varied with western and local dishes to choose from. Their nasi lemak tastes very good as well. If there is anything this hotel could improve is the song list in the lobby. It seemed that they only have the same 5 songs played and replayed everyday. It is also the cover versions, not the original ones.

We booked two rooms and had an outstanding experience at this hotel. Although both rooms were the same type (21m²), Room 1615 felt more spacious than Room 1609. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the night street food market on Lebuh Presgrave, 12 minutes to Cecil Market, and 8 minutes to the 24-hour McDonald's at Birch House. There’s also a hidden bar, Good Friend Club, less than 100 meters from the hotel entrance, and another one, Magazine 63, about 10 minutes away, across from 1st Avenue Mall. Just 2 minutes away is GAMA Supermarket, which includes a small pharmacy and bakery—very convenient for anything you need. 5 min away from Komtar also. Opposite hotel is the Hin Bus Depot. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was quite loud (though manageable if turned off after use), and the room lighting was a bit dim—adding a floor or table lamp would be helpful. The water heater took about 3 minutes to produce hot water, which could be improved to reduce water waste. Soundproofing wasn’t the best, as I could hear the neighboring shower, but it wasn’t a major issue for me. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool @ roof top level-25, though we didn’t have time to use them. The facilities well-maintained. Overall, we had a great stay. The staff and security were friendly and welcoming. Keep up the great work and continue maintaining the cleanliness and service standards! This hotel tends to get fully booked quickly. If you want to book this Hotel, please plan and book early Will stay again when I go Penang next time.

The room is Clean and quick check in. Very spacious room. Overall it is very convenient and walking distance to the famous Weekend Market Hin Bus Depot, 888 Hokkien Mee restaurant, Good Friend Bojio is just opposite hotel for a late evening drink. Grab is very fast and efficient in Penang (my first time by flight) save a lot of my time for parking and traffic jam. Highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location with various eateries in walking distance. Free parking for travellers who drive there, just park your car and walk around to avoid busy traffic. Room was clean. Sound insulation wasn’t good enough, can hear neighbouring rooms turning on tap or people walking at corridors. Specifically love the water dispenser at each floor, convenient enough to get hot water and as an effort to reduce single use plastic bottles. Value for the money.
