C'erano insetti nella stanza. C'erano insetti in due delle tre notti. Ero anche molto pruriginoso e avevo un grosso morso.

Per il posizionamento di questo hotel, l'igiene nella stanza è nella media. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia è troppo alta e l'acqua del bagno colpisce il corpo 😑 La pressione dell'acqua nel luogo in cui ti lavi il viso è troppo bassa. Anche l'acqua massima è molto piccola. Se prenoti una tipologia di camera base, sarà super piccola durante le vacanze. Non vale la pena vedere una piccola parte dello scenario

Good location in the heart of Chongqing and very close to the metro - this is the key selling point of this hotel. The hotel itself is in the 51st+ floors of a building with reception on the 51st floor. There is no clothes dryer available, just two washing machines. The front desk staff were a bit confused with communication through google translate.

Good location. However, maintenance required to improve services. There should be segregation between smoking room and non-smoking room for comfort of non-smoker guest.

No doubt the view from the room is amazing but the amenities within the hotel room could be improved. Personally, i think that the height of the basin from the bathroom was build too low to use comfortably. Water shower is either too cold or too hot, even if you manage to adjust it to how you like it, the temperature could not sustain. Apart from that, the staff from the front desk is friendly and helpful. The hotel even provide free use of laundry room 24/7. However, do note that it is difficult to find a spot within the room to hang dry the clothes. The room is big but there isn't much wardrobe space available. The bathroom do have hanging line but the moisture is unable to dissipate as it doesn't have a ventilator, causing the clothes to smell. I would consider this hotel for short stay. At least it is clean. This is the first hotel I've been to that ever provide bathroom slippers for their guest. Extra bottled water when asked. Cigarette smell free if that is an important factor for you like it is for me.

衞生條件一般，地面明顯泥土灰塵，桌縫裡也都是食物殘渣 設備設施：智能馬桶老舊的很，時間長了都不白凈了，房間大但衣櫃過於小了，掛了兩件薄羽絨服三件外套啥也掛不下了，排風聲音大得很，就算關掉了還是有聲音，房間的燈整體下來還是有些暗了 服務：酒店服務態度很好，無論幾點發出消息都能很快回復你，並會上門查看，第二天找師傅解決，隔音效果一般

特別愉快的住宿體驗，住得很高，視野超級好，能俯瞰看到整個朝天門區域，心曠神怡。現在是淡季，價格也特別划算。夜景非常壯觀。房間非常乾淨衞生，每天打掃得一塵不染。舒適的住宿增加了我在重慶旅行期間的愉悦感。好評！

很喜歡重慶 也很開心的一次入住。酒店位於小什字這棟樓交通方便位置便利 就是酒店樓層很高，樓上有一個雲端之眼景點需要換乘電梯，其他的都很不錯的，前台服務人員都超級熱情，客房阿姨也很温柔，就是這幾天重慶天氣不太好，看到的景色不是很多，重慶不愧是霧都，但是夜景還是非常漂亮 燈光特別好看。下次有機會的話來重慶還訂這家酒店，前台服務可以加微信，基本上都是有求必應的，有什麼不懂的也可以詢問前台也會發旅遊攻略的，還會耐心給我解答，特別滿意！
