Great location close to metro to get to the office everyday, while also being near to the tourist area for a chance to see a bit of Nanjing of an evening. Plenty of food options around.
Only downside was the light switches are led and bright - eye mask recommended if you like a dark room.
Not the newest hotel around, it was comfy, clean and had everything I needed. The wifi worked for me (not the case in some hotels I stayed in on this trip). The room was spacious, and the sitting area handy to keep luggage etc out of the way. Unfortunately no view from the window, but the window did open, which was nice.
The English name on the door was Grand Comfy Hotel

The staff was super friendly and borrowed us umbrellas and even didn't bother when we accidentally damaged one. The location is great, right next to the Confucius temple and close to the river too. The room is cozy and in Chinese style.

La posizione è buona, la stanza è pulita, vicino al punto di morte e turistico.
Solo voleva fare il feedback che la ricevitrice alle 1030pm, datato 31 ottobre 2024, non era professionale. Cercava di evitare il contatto oculare rispondendo alle nostre domande sul programma TV a pagamento e mantenendo il computer solo. Non riusciva a risolvere il nostro problema. Apprezzo la gestione per cercare di ottenere una migliore esperienza di servizio front desk.

In primo luogo, il personale ha avuto un po' di utilità e ha un po' di comprensione dell'inglese e ha anche cercato di rispondere e aiutare in inglese. Le signore che hanno lavorato per il turno di notte di giovedì 28 dicembre 2023 hanno anche suggerito un ristorante di pesce che ci ha molto piacere, grazie per la raccomandazione!
La seconda era pulita, il mio bagaglio era sicuro, la pulivano bene e riempirono tutto dopo la mia prima notte.
Poi il colazione era anche bello.
La metropolitana è a 8 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.
Ma i muri della mia stanza erano un po' troppo sottili, penso.Potevo lavorare in camera al mattino.
In generale, consiglierei il posto.

Davvero antico, silenzioso nel trambusto. L'hotel si trova proprio accanto al fiume Qinhuai, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Tempio di Confucio. L'hotel è molto grande poiché è stato progettato basandosi sui materiali degli edifici antichi, ci sono varie camere in vari stili. La camera doppia che abbiamo scelto era molto grande, molto interna, con un misterioso senso di percorsi tortuosi, e mi è piaciuto molto il design del tatami. La stanza è pulita e igienica e vengono fornite le pantofole necessarie, i sacchetti per la biancheria e l'acqua minerale. L'unica cosa è che la colazione è un po' inferiore, che è il livello degli snack speciali di Nanchino. Se tornerò la prossima volta, soggiornerò di nuovo qui, l'antica capitale delle Sei Dinastie, la casa di Qinhuai!

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. La strada pedonale 5A Scenic Area Tempio di Confucio è separata da un muro. È molto comodo. L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è molto buono. L'arredamento delle camere è nuovissimo, con aria condizionata e acqua calda, i servizi sono molto buoni, è anche molto comodo muoversi, ci sono metropolitane e autobus. La cosa più soddisfacente è guardare la via pedonale dal balcone al quinto piano. La rete è molto buona e la copertura è forte. Ottimo!

UUtente ospiteLocation - good, nearby to Nanjing train station, but need to know how to walk to hotel, go to the right exit (i went wrong exit and had to walk on road for approx 15mins). Local train/subway at doorstep. Approx 1 hour to airport by taxi. Easy to get taxi on Didi (walk to main road next to convenience shop, then book taxi)
Nearby F&B - has lots of small restaurants, and a Burger King within walking distance. Also has a couple of small convenience shops around.
Service - excellent and friendly front desk staff. Gave me a free breakfast upon knowing that i booked room without breakfast :). Upon check in they served a small warm cup of lemon water. Upon check out, they offer a small bottle mineral water.
Room - nice layout, sink is outside bathroom and open area. As per other reviews, the cleanliness is acceptable but not 100% (not for OCD people).
Amenities - toothbrush, handsoap, body wash, shampoo, etc all available
Drink availability - has kettle and some tea leaves to make tea
Laundry - free washer and dryer on 3rd floor to DIY your laundry
Security - key card entry into hotel floor, has a security on 1st floor.
Breakfast - nice small spread of local food. Has also some limited international selection like toast & eggs, and fruits. Has coffee machine and can takeaway coffee.
Overall, i would use this hotel for the location and their friendly staff as well as free laundry.

UUtente ospiteUn amico ci ha aiutato a prenotare il Nanjing Central Hotel. La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte a Deji. È molto comodo per fare shopping e mangiare. Il servizio è decisamente a cinque stelle. Non solo abbiamo aggiornato la camera, ma tutti, dalla direzione al personale di servizio, sono stati molto entusiasti e professionali, il che ha lasciato un'ottima impressione durante il viaggio della nostra famiglia a Nanchino. Inoltre, anche la colazione dell'hotel è davvero unica, con autentici wonton di Nanchino, vermicelli al sangue d'anatra... Ci sono molti tipi di cibo cinese e occidentale. Altamente raccomandato, ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che verrò a Nanchino!

CChariliServizi: Dall'inizio alla fine, si vede che si tratta di un hotel molto vecchio. La camera executive non ha una toilette intelligente e lo stereo non può utilizzare il Bluetooth. I cassetti dell'armadio sono gravemente danneggiati e non sono stati riparati. La lanugine sul il piccolo cuscino è molto evidente e sembra che stia per marcire.La doccia Lo scaffale sembra sul punto di cadere. Prima di prenotare, ho letto recensioni negative che dicevano che di notte si vede il riflesso del vetro della finestra nella stanza accanto. Quando ho fatto il check-in, ho scoperto che era proprio così. Il design è davvero scioccante. Anche se ci sono segnali di avvertimento in camera, si consiglia comunque di ricordarlo al momento del check-in.
Igiene: un problema comune negli hotel, il fondo del bollitore dell'acqua calda è molto ammuffito (anche se non lo uso), la zia della stanza lo ha pulito molto bene. Quando sono uscito, ho visto un promemoria sul meteo e sulla temperatura lasciato dalla zia che ha rifiutato la camera degli ospiti Xiao I dettagli sono ben fatti 👍
Servizio: Il check-in è stato effettuato stando in piedi alla reception, non so se questa è una caratteristica di AccorHotels o perché Fairmont era a corto di personale durante la recente asta, quindi non è stato portato nella lounge per il check-in .
Il personale della lounge è molto entusiasta, proattivo e reattivo. Non è facile mantenere lo standard quando il personale dell'hotel è così gravemente compresso.
Ambiente: Le strutture di supporto di base sono nella media degli hotel emergenti, tuttavia è sorprendente che accanto alla piscina ci sia un bagno turco e si possa fare il bagno.
Le categorie happy hour e tè pomeridiano nella lounge sono molto singole, il che è molto deludente e non sono nemmeno all'altezza dello standard medio del Marriott. C'è un problema con il personale. Nella maggior parte dei casi il servizio non è disponibile e gli ospiti devono aiutarsi da soli. Nel complesso, sembra una situazione controproducente.

EEric John GrahamStaying at the Jumeirah Nanjing is a ”must” experience for all travelers to the city. The hotel has a perfect location, being only 5min from the olympic stadium area and the Nanjing eye scenic area. The hotel staff are polite, friendly, and speak perfect english. The hotel rooms, whether city view or river view, are all sublime. Spacious room with spacious bathroom and complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, the holiday feeling when you enter the room is immediate. The hotel has is home to a number of restaurants that offer a range of meals. Additionally, the hotel buffet is great (cost approx 350CNY) and includes a variety of meal options from seafood to steak to vegetarian options. I stay at this hotel once or twice per year and i thoroughly enjoy the stay each time.

SsteelbossI am from New York and am based in Suzhou, China. I stayed at this hotel during a busy holiday and was very concerned about Nanjing traffic. This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

The hotel boasts a prime location, right in the heart of Nanjing. It is conveniently situated close to Deji Plaza and Xinjiekou MRT, which is one of the city's premier shopping and dining destinations. Additionally, there are numerous excellent restaurants just opposite the hotel, providing a wide variety of dining options. The ease of access to transportation was another highlight, making it simple to explore the rest of the city.
Rooms:
The rooms at Novotel Nanjing Central Suning are incredibly clean, spacious, and smoke-free, which is a huge plus for those who prefer a fresh and healthy environment. The design of the rooms is modern and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing or business meetings. The central location of the hotel also ensures that many rooms offer stunning city views, adding to the overall experience.
Service:
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was professional and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.

Avevamo bisogno di un posto vicino all'ospedale e abbiamo deciso di provare l'hotel Qingmu perché era situato in una posizione comoda e sembrava confortevole dall'esterno e aveva recensioni per lo più positive su trip.com.
Essendo uno straniero che parla pochissimo mandarino, ero preoccupato per la comunicazione con lo staff dell'hotel. Ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'efficienza con cui hanno gestito questo problema. Siamo stati in grado di chattare con l'aiuto di WeChat e Google Translate. Conoscevano anche più inglese di quanto pensassi. Ben presto siamo diventati molto amichevoli e abbiamo trovato un modo produttivo per comunicare le mie esigenze e ottenere la migliore stanza possibile. Ci hanno anche aiutato con le nostre borse da viaggio e ci hanno fornito acqua e uno spuntino. Mi sono sentito molto felice e a mio agio con i loro servizi e mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa più che come un soggiorno in hotel.
La camera era molto invitante e profumava di fresca di pulizia. Il letto era molto comodo e mia moglie ha avuto mal di schiena ma ha detto che il letto era perfetto per lei. È stato bello che abbiano potuto conservare i nostri farmaci in un frigorifero a temperatura controllata mentre noi continuavamo a lavorare per il concepimento. Avevamo una vista meravigliosa sulla città e il bagno aveva gli elementi essenziali per aiutarci a rinfrescarci tra una sessione e l'altra. La doccia aveva acqua calda e soffione rimovibile e poteva ospitare due persone.
Avevamo accesso a un forno a microonde per riscaldare il nostro pranzo e a un centro lavanderia per soddisfare le nostre esigenze di pulizia degli indumenti da viaggio.
L'hotel si trova vicino alla metropolitana ed è circondato da numerosi ristoranti e altre forme di intrattenimento. Soggiornando qui durante il Capodanno cinese potrai sentire i festeggiamenti intorno a te, con decorazioni e musica dai colori vivaci.
L'hotel è stato inoltre piacevolmente decorato con fiori nelle nostre camere e nella hall.
Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno fantastico, a un prezzo ancora migliore, io e mia moglie torneremo sicuramente qui. Ho allegato alcune foto del mio soggiorno qui sotto.
