Vic8no Mutra, quindi facile raggiungere la città vecchia, ma lontano da tutto il resto Struttura stantia, desolata, piscina vecchia, giardino non curato. Tutto molto abbandonato. Colazione durante il Ramadan nella piccola lounge, con scelta molto limitata, e qualità scadente. L'unica nota positiva è il personale della sala colazione che ha cercato in tutti i modi di compensare le limitazioni dell'offerta e il personale in generale. Non c'è concierge e se si chiede consiglio in reception su ristoranti in cui cenare difficilmente si viene aiutati. Lo sconsiglio, è un 3 stelle.

Hotel molto pulito e con grandi servizi

La tipologia della camera è buona, anche l'ambiente è buono, la cena è così così, soprattutto il buffet, non c'è niente da mangiare, la cena barbecue a buffet all'aperto era ok, sento che la cena può essere notevolmente migliorata

Hotel molto buono, soggiorno confortevole, tutti gli aspetti sono molto buoni 👍 Ci sono molte varietà di colazione, ne rimarrai soddisfatto. Tornerò qui la prossima volta.

The hotel has a great charm and deep feeling of its history which corresponds to its classic design. The territory is not big, but well enough for a city and business hotel, there was a swimming pool outside and inside. We booked a club room, which was a very nice. Breakfast was delicious with variety of cheese, hot bites, and even salmon, as well as fruits and fresh juices. Hotel staff was very kind and professional.

No true complaints that would be the fault of the establishment. It was my Ramadan and def my fault for not doing more thorough research. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere or at least that’s how I felt. The food was pretty good though a bit pricey. Since it was Ramadan options were slim to none outside of the hotel during certain hours. I will say the staff was very sweet and beyond kind. On our last morning we left the hotel around 5am. We were provided with a full, cooked to order breakfast and beverage to take away. What I thought would be a bagel and juice was a complete meal of eggs (cooked as requested), oats and fresh fruit and then some.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton Oman. The staff were wonderful- they bent over backwards to help us. I had a couple minor issues with my room, and they came as soon as I informed them, and were fixed immediately. One of the housekeepers picked up the robe I’d been using when they were cleaning and when I asked for a replacement they brought 2 more! They were happy to bring me extra nespresso pods and milk a couple times too. The restaurant staff were so attentive and helpful- Tharindu, Pravda and Khalid and the chef, Krishna- they brought us out coffees and juices at breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. They allowed my friend and I to eat off the a la carte menu at dinner instead of the iftar menu, since the other hotel restaurants were closed for Ramadan; and when we said we had to leave early at 5am for our flight they packed a lovely to-go box with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. I personally really appreciated that the gym was open 24 hours so I could work out before breakfast, and the equipment was pretty good for a hotel gym! My only note for other travelers would be that the hotel is a little far from some of the touristy sights of Muscat. Also, there aren’t many alternative food options around the hotel. But the hotel itself has lots of great options so for us it worked out absolutely fine.

- room was pretty dusty and i asked 2 time to clean and they finally sent clean service after 3 hours ! - breakfast is most horrible taste i've ever tried among same range hotel ! ( Do not pay for breakfast it doesnt worth 8 Rial per person ) - gym is pretty quiet with awesome equipments ! - first floor café waiters are pretty lazy to take your order and barely can see them to raise your hand for order !

The hotel is very clean and suitable for buiseness trips. Services including laundry and in room dining are exemplery.

너무 행복한 경험이였어요 직원들은 너무 친절했고 무료로 레이트체크아웃을 해주었어요 웰컴드링크와 커피도 완벽했어요 조식은 제가 채식주의자가아니지만 배부르게 잘 먹었고 다양한음식과 좋은분위기 친절한직원이 너무좋았고 수영장이 완벽했어요 다만 아침10시부터12시는 여자들만 수영장을 사용할수있어요
