Hotel in zona Kinderspielplatz, Monaco Di Baviera

Wir waren im Juni dort für eine Nacht zu Gast. Eig war der Grund unseres Besuchs in München die dort stattfindende Fußball-EM. Da wir durch die Absage des Turniers nun gerne zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt kommen wollten, baten wir um eine Umbuchung. Erstmal war es extrem schwierig den Hotelmanager ans Telefon zu bekommen. Und wenn man ihn dann zu sprechen bekam, hat er einen immer nur vertröstet. Das Umbuchen war äußerst kompliziert, die schriftliche Bestätigung haben wir erst einen Tag vorher bekommen. Vor Ort wurde uns gesagt, dass man durch die Umbuchung einen niedrigeren Preis zahlen müsse. Die Rückzahlung müsse nun nur durch den Hotelmanager genehmigt werden. Wir bekamen dann eine Mail, in der geschrieben stand, dass wir froh sein können, dass wir umbuchen konnten. Kulanterweise haben sie uns das gebuchte Frühstück erlassen, dass wir storniert haben, weil wir in der Innenstadt frühstücken gehen wollten. Wir haben die Leistung nicht in Anspruch genommen und mussten sie sogar auch nicht bezahlen!! Wow!! Wenn wir früher einchecken wollten (das Hotel war ziemlich leer und das Zimmer schon hergerichtet!!) hätten wir pro Zimmer 20€ zahlen sollen! Völlig übertrieben!!! Ich kann dieses Hotel von den Zimmer her bedingt für eine Nacht empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber klein. Unser Wasserhahn war nicht fest und ließ sich nicht richtig bedienen. Wir werden dort auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen!

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria centrale (Stazione: Harras), quindi non è stato difficile arrivare. L'infrastruttura della città è tale che il giro è relativamente facile. Si deve seguire le direzioni su una mappa, sia fisica che online, e si può andare bene. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice. Mi rendo conto che l'hotel è molto grande, quindi se non si può camminare molto, chiedete una stanza vicino all'ascensore. La stanza è grande e ben mantenuta. La ricetta è a pochi passi da un colazione, se non vuoi avere colazione all'hotel. Non è una questione di minore importanza, ma dice nel registro dei servizi che i prodotti di lavanderia inviati prima dell'8.30am saranno restituiti alle 7:00 lo stesso giorno. Tuttavia, la mia non era e fortunatamente non me ne andavo l'hotel il giorno successivo. Il gruppo di lavoro front desk ha detto che è stato attribuito a una carenza di manodopera, e so che è una questione prevalente in tutto il mondo. Se decidete di lasciare il servizio della vostra stanza, appendete un sacchetto “vai verde” sul nodo della porta e ricevete un regalo sorpresa. Oltre alla panna intorno all'angolo, ci sono pochi cibi vicino. Nonostante le carenze, è stato un piacevole soggiorno senza stronzate.

The hotel is really cozy and easy to find. I just stayed one night in München for a event close to the hotel so the location was perfect for me. The room is clean and spacious, same thing for the bathroom. The staff was super nice during the check-in and check-out.

La stanza non è grande ma sufficiente per aprire la valigia ed è pulita molto bene. L'attrezzatura è completa. Il personale della reception è cordiale e la colazione è ricca. Non è presente il servizio di deposito bagagli. Il prezzo è molto conveniente considerando la vicinanza alla stazione. Tuttavia, le notti del fine settimana vicino alla stazione di Monaco sono molto sporche e rumorose. Se non è necessario, si consiglia di portare la MRT in altri luoghi di soggiorno.

Il personale è molto cordiale. La stanza corrisponde pienamente alla descrizione. La camera dispone di un bollitore elettrico con tè e caffè, e il bagno è dotato di asciugacapelli. La camera era pulita, il che è stato molto piacevole. Anche se la ferrovia è molto vicina, non la senti affatto. Al mattino potrete fare un'abbondante e deliziosa colazione e fare commissioni. Vorrei davvero menzionare i deliziosi pasticcini a colazione. L'hotel è situato in modo che sia comodo e veloce raggiungere le attrazioni.

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

Quando dovevamo prenotare un hotel a Monaco, la maggior parte degli altri hotel erano molto costosi o erano prenotati. Il niu loco ha ancora offerto camere inferiori a 100€ per notte (con colazione inclusa!) in condizioni eque. Il niu non è lontano dall'autostrada. Il quartiere/i dintorni non sono bellissimi. Fortunatamente, il traffico pesante fuori non poteva essere sentito in tutto l'edificio. Puoi parcheggiare la tua auto sottoterra per 10€ per notte. La prossima stazione di tubo è a facile raggiungimento: si può camminare lì in 5-10 minuti. Linea 6 vi porta a Schwabing e Marienplatz direttamente (3€50 per una volta). La mia camera era tranquilla, pulita e accogliente. Il letto era comodo. Non c'era un minibar, ma una TV con una grande schermata. In una scatola c'erano alcuni giochi e un giocattolo per bambini. Il bagno era estremamente pulito. Mi fascinava la lampada di disco, che produsse effetti luminosi “psicedelica” sul tetto e sulle pareti. Il salotto si apre nella sala colazione. Il loro colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di rulli, diversi tipi di pane tedesco delizioso, vari gioielli, salsicce, frutta, yogurt e muffole. Il caffè ha gusto bene. A differenza di quanto si può leggere in alcuni degli altri recensioni, ho trovato il personale aperto e cooperativo. In un nutshell, mi rivolgerò facilmente al niu loco, perché ha molti più vantaggi che svantaggi. Il mio collega vuole tornare con la sua famiglia.

La stanza è moderna, pulita e carina. Molto comodo in cui soggiornare. Ci sono molti servizi e la hall è carina. Il personale era gentile.

L'hotel era situato vicino alla metropolitana. Più facile andare ovunque. Anche il personale era amichevole e utile.

Hotel situato nella zona del parco olimpico, dispone di un parcheggio in garage privato, a pagamento. Sotto l'hotel fermano autobus che in un paio di minuti, portano alla stazione della metropolitana che porta in centro città in non più di 10/15 minuti. Accoglienza molto gentile e personale estremamente disponibile. Ambiente giovane e frizzante. Camera semplice, con i comfort essenziali, dotata di smart tv ma di dimensioni un pò ridotte. Varrebbe la pena spendere qualcosa in più per averne una un pò più grande. Colazione varia e di buona qualità. Attenti all'ambiente. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo.
