Ottima posizione perché a due passi dalle fermate dalle linee U ed S delle metropolitana tedesca che ti portano in circa 15 minuti in pieno centro a Monaco.

In generale tutto ok, mi dispiace che l’wifi sia a pagamento

L'unico hotel in Germania che abbia mai vissuto e che forniva pantofole e spazzolino monouso. Vicino ai blocchi Siemens. Atmosfera natalizia molto bella e calda.

La reception è stata utile. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato, la TV non funzionava e mi hanno spostato in un'altra stanza. Nel complesso era una stanza confortevole. Il letto e il cuscino erano puliti. La posizione era piuttosto comoda dalla stazione Theresa Giehse-Alle. Un centro commerciale era raggiungibile a piedi e facile accesso ai minimarket per un pasto veloce.

L'hotel non è molto vicino al centro della città, ma è a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, quindi non è poi così male. Ci sono diversi supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. La camera era piuttosto semplice ma confortevole. Non c'è l'aria condizionata nella stanza, quindi fa abbastanza caldo. La doccia non può essere chiusa con una porta separata, quindi ne esce un po' d'acqua. C'è una cassaforte, un frigorifero e un bollitore con bustine di tè e caffè. La colazione era buona ma c'erano pochissima frutta e verdura fresca. C'erano molti tipi di pane.

After reading a lot of bad reviews we weren’t expecting much from the hotel, but it had everything needed for our stay. Clean spacious rooms, only a 15 minute underground ride from the middle of Munich

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

Everything is perfect !

All was very nice, the room like from the some advirtising paper, clean, new furniture... Only the door from bathroom could not be closed as needs repair. But the bathroom was new and clean. Good location near bus, metro and train station. The garage place is small for bigger cars. Only what disturbed me was morning knocking and knocking on the door (08:20), until I opened, as they asked me, if we are finished with the saty to clean. Common, we arrived their at 00:30 and knocking disturbed my sleeping.

Excellent hotel to stay and enjoy beautiful places in München.

這麼冷的天氣，酒店裡既沒有暖氣，也沒有空調，凍死了。門上可以調整成免打擾模式的轉鈕不好用，住了兩個晚上，每天早上都有人來敲門，敲門也就罷了，不等迴應會有男的直接打開門進來。。。太嚇人了。 有兩個用來飲水的杯子，其中一個直接沒有洗，也沒有放回原處。馬桶旁邊的衞生紙沒有換新的，是上一個人用剩下的。

Mein Aufenthalt im Mercure Hotel Neuperlach Süd war rundum gelungen! Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, insbesondere für Geschäftsreisende oder Besucher, die einen guten Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schätzen – die U-Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, professionell und immer hilfsbereit. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung beim Check-in bis hin zur schnellen Hilfe bei Fragen habe ich mich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm war das bequeme Bett, das für eine erholsame Nacht gesorgt hat. Auch das Badezimmer war großzügig und makellos sauber, was für mich immer ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein absolutes Highlight! Eine tolle Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Speisen, die keine Wünsche offen ließ – von leckeren Brötchen über Obst bis hin zu warmen Speisen war alles dabei. Ein weiteres Plus war die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel. Ob in der Lobby, im Restaurant oder in der Bar – überall fühlte es sich einladend und gemütlich an. Ich kann das Mercure Hotel Neuperlach Süd wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den hervorragenden Service!
