管理極度混亂，給了房卡開門發現有人住😂，又給一張開門有兩人在床上躺着，我都害怕晚上我睡覺再有人進來

辦好入住，居然給我一間還沒整理過的房間。

房間不提供拖鞋

Barkeeper war immer alleine, daher musste man etwas länger auf Bestellung warten. Lag nicht an dem Barkeeper:)

No connection with the hotel. They do not answer the phone or email. We arrived and were told that there were no air conditioners working. We were not even offered another room or any alternative and simply had to pay for another hotel. Disgraceful conduct. Demands an immediate refund.

This hotel was pretty shocking… Despite paying ~€250 per night (granted the Euros were on - but price should still mean quality), I was in the Rilano 24/7 - the budget hotel in the other half of the building (even though when you book, you are supposedly booking “The Rilano” - it just depends which type of room you book). I was shown a room that was similar in quality to a low-quality student accommodation at university… a tiny window, a bathroom older than me with a tiny bath, uncomfortable bed and just 2 hangers in the wardrobe. My biggest issues: - tiny bathroom, tiny bath, shower head couldnt stay up and would drop every time, shower door bent in so could barely stand straight - the room was dirty, especially the toilet and bathroom in general - no fridge (!!), no drinking water, tap water was warm and undrinkable. Only way not to dehydrate was to pay nearly €4 in reception for a small bottle… I’ve never known this!! - air con was appalling, if anything it made the room warmer (and I was here when it was 30° - not fun) - staff were rude and unhelpful - lifts, room, etc. clearly haven’t been decorated in at least 40 years - no phone in room for reception etc. - room service arrived, no drink (despite ordering one). When I went to reception, they acted like I was lying and trying to steal a drink (worth €4?) Any positives…? - breakfast was okay… not the best but have had worse - reception area was nice - clearly for the sake of the true “Rilano” guests

I ordered a room with air conditioning, but it did not work at all. The staff explained, that due to renovation it will work only after 2 months - unfortunately, when I ordered, nobody informed me about that. Then, the shower was broken - the only good thing, that the staff understood the situation and changed my room. I collected all my stuff after long trip in the late evening and moved to another one - unluckily, I left my personal in previous room. I came to reception in the morning to inform about this case and it is second day already, while my clothe is missing - nobody can tell how it disappeared from a room. Stolen? Probably yes. Very unpleasant experience in this hotel

We stayed here one night on our way back home after a summer break. The staff are so friendly and kind. They can’t do enough for you. The room was exceptionally comfortable with a firm mattress and fluffy duvet. The shower gel is a ginger fragrance and the shower itself has a clever sloping floor. (It is designed like that so I don’t know why another reviewer complained about it.) Excellent choice at breakfast. Shame we were there just the one night!

I stayed in both Rilano 24/7(left) and the Rilano Hotel Munchen(right) as they are in the same blog, share the same reception and restaurant. The 24/7 one, as the name suggests, is cheap, low quality. Don’t even think about it. The one on the lower blog on the right of the building is not great either. TV seems small. The worst thing is the shower door in the bathroom. It looks like they run out of budget to build the shower area. The door cannot block the water so after shower there is water everywhere and the shoes are going to get wet. I’ve never been to a hotel like this. Cannot imagine this is in Germany. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in Munich they are all great. Breakfast selection here is way too little. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.
