Hotel nuovissimo, servizi eccellenti, camera spaziosa e molto comoda, palestra completa e pulita. Colazione eccellente, unico neo é che quando l’hotel è pieno si forma una lunga coda dalla postazione dove fanno le uova al momento, e questa blocca tutto il resto delle persone, andrebbe separato dal resto dei prodotti che sono veramente abbondanti e di qualità. Tram 19 che ti porta in centro in 20/15 minuti. Assolutamente consigliato

Nel complesso bel posto e colazione molto buona. Il servizio ha avuto alcuni intoppi, ma il personale in loco è stato molto gentile. L'aria condizionata nelle stanze sembra essere molto debole e le finestre non possono aprirsi, siamo passati a un'altra stanza con aria condizionata leggermente migliore. Il design è piuttosto elegante e moderno e una palestra decente è disponibile gratuitamente.

Non vicino al centro città, ma puoi prendere il tram direttamente per la maggior parte dei punti di attrazione. L'hotel sembra nuovo, la camera era pulita e confortevole. Tuttavia, ho trovato alcune scatole vuote dell'ultimo residente rimasto nel gabinetto e l'odore non era così buono quando sono entrato nella stanza. Inoltre, il condizionatore d'aria era troppo caldo anche a 18°C. A parte questo, è un bell'albergo con un buon prezzo a Monaco.

Hotel nuovo di zecca, mi è piaciuto tutto. La posizione non è sicuramente centrale ma ci sono buoni mezzi di trasporto intorno e puoi raggiungere il centro città per 10-15 minuti Palestra molto bella, è sempre così importante per me, buone attrezzature, grandi finestre

La colazione è quasi la stessa ogni giorno, il parcheggio è buono, consiglio di rimanere se hai la macchina.

A wonderful stay, a complete hotel with everything you need. Everything was available in the room. On the first day, there was a problem with the Wi-Fi, but other than that, everything was good.

Free drinks provided and refilled daily. Clean and the room condition is good.

A good choice to stay in Munich. It's about 4 kilometer walk to the center of Munich, good exercise. Easy to go around by car too.

Overpriced &Overrated – Terrible Value for Money! ★☆☆☆☆ I honestly don’t understand how Hyperion Hotel Munich claims to be a 5-star hotel. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First of all, everything costs extra – even the basics! Dental kits, shaving kits, slippers, and other essentials are NOT included. You have to pay separately for every little thing, which is ridiculous for a hotel in this price range. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was cold and unhelpful. It felt like they cared more about charging extra fees than actually making guests comfortable. The service was far below what you would expect from a luxury hotel, and the overall atmosphere felt cheap despite the high prices. For the amount they charge, you’d expect a premium experience, but instead, you get nickel-and-dimed for everything. Honestly, there are much better hotels in Munich that actually know what real 5-star service means. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your money and comfort.

5th stay at the hotel. alway recommended. very close to a tram station. every 10min to downtown.

Fabulous hotel. On the outskirts of Munich. Clean. Free mini bar, under floor heating in the bathroom. Comfortable big bed. Helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommended.

I’m Very sad.. The company is not trying to help me. They did not refund my money. They did not change the reservation date. I could not go to the hotel. My money was gone.
