After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

Noi (5 adulti) siamo stati 1 notte in un appartamento di 2 camere (unità angolare). Il controllo in procedura è stato regolare e fatto a distanza con l'ospite senza alcuna ricevuta. Luby l'ospite è stato molto amichevole per le chat WhatsApp e accogliente. L'appartamento era pulito e tempestivo. Le camere erano ben tenute con ogni camera un letto regina e 1 letto singolo con bagno attaccato. La seconda camera aveva 2 letti regina. Un bagno comune era vicino alla porta principale. Tutte le strutture erano disponibili. L'unità si trova di fronte al mare con una grande vista sul Pulau ***a e piscina sul 7o piano. Il parcheggio è stato facile e abbondante dal livello 3 al livello 6. E 'stato un piacevole soggiorno e posso raccomandarlo per un gruppo di 6-7 persone.

all are fine except the parking fee refund that organize by Wilson company. im stayting from 24th-26th May 2024. until today 5th June 2024 i still havent got my refund MR235.60. the parking fee is using auto debit each time your going in and out from the hotel using car. hopefuly hotel management will tackle this issue ASAP

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

Cleanliness, location ,service and amenities is good.. keep it up .. but i expecting that we got same tv channel like before this 😅, then i think maybe it still under maintenance..

Location, strategic 👍👍👍👍👍 However, I hate it when hoteliers collect deposit, I'm cashless type so need to go to bank to withdraw some 🥲 Parking is a issue, not systematic.👎👎👎👎 Upon check in not clearly informed about parking system, guest need to pay RM5. Upon check out ticket to be collect at parking then need to go lobby for stamp then only can pay RM5. They put QR code but claimed 'offline', must be cash. Nowadays, we prefer cashless. Take note.

Clean & well maintain hotel. E ' pieno di turisti all'estero, così è successo a bassa voce con il grande gruppo turista al check-in. Rumore e nessun posto per sedersi mentre aspettavo la mia stanza. Fortunatamente c'è un Starbucks vicino alla porta per scappare. Consigliere gentile di evitare il check-out durante il check-in. 😁😄 Nel frattempo, grazie a Noveera alla reception contro il suo servizio professionale.

L'ambiente non è bello come mi aspettavo. Ho sentito che le camere a Saliya Shangri-La non sono molto vecchie e l'ambiente è molto bello, quindi ho scelto questo posto. Ma la stanza vera e propria è molto vecchia e non c'è la doccia, solo una vasca da bagno con una tenda da doccia! Sentirsi male. Inoltre, non so se la camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato fosse una parte separata della suite e l'isolamento acustico era pessimo. Ci sono molte attività e piccole attrazioni nell'hotel scritte nel pacchetto. La cosiddetta cascata è davvero molto piccola. Sono sorpreso che possa essere chiamata cascata. Lo scenario non è poi così bello. Ovviamente non abbiamo partecipato al percorso escursionistico, quindi non sappiamo come. Anche la spiaggia privata non ci è sembrata così bella. Forse non abbiamo remato e non sapevamo che ci fossero delle belle isole nelle vicinanze. Il tramonto era ok, ma era più breve e non bello come quelli visti allo Sky Mirror e al Tanjong Shangri-La. Nel ristorante dell'hotel non c'è niente di delizioso, non c'è molta scelta e il sapore non è buono. Il prezzo non è davvero economico. Alla fine, la gestione del personale di questo hotel è stata davvero pessima. Ho incontrato un impiegato della portineria con scarsa integrità. Ha promesso di prendere i soldi che abbiamo restituito e di aiutarci a richiedere un rimborso, ma non lo ha fatto. Anche la comunicazione via e-mail con l'hotel non è stata fluida. Alla fine, ho presentato un reclamo alla sede centrale e ho chiesto il monitoraggio e la questione è stata risolta. Altamente sconsigliato.

La camera di base, ma ha tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno. Gd comodi letti, fogli puliti, aria condizionata forte, riscaldatore d'acqua gd e pressione. La progettazione della camera può essere migliorata cos non c'è cortina nera, quindi con 6.40am la camera è luminosa. Quando si fa la doccia al piano della zona della piscina, tutto viene umido. I custodi Jamiahas e Avite si sono puliti molto bene.

Check in : Room not ready, check in at 6pm but receptionist said not ready. Need to wait for 10 minutes. Room : Spacious. Avrg clean (as housekeeping rushing to clean). Separated between bed room, living room and kitchen - good for family of 4. However only give 2 towel, additional towel RM10… :( Facility : Just ok, swimming pool nice view. Overall : Average rating, good for avrg size family, improvement needed from their daily housekeeping which somehow forget to vacuum the room… wired.
