Ottimo.Piazza vicino al centro commerciale.Facile entrare nel centro commerciale.Il personale è molto amichevole.

L'ospite Luby è il miglior ospite del mondo! Era così gentile e sempre rispose alla mia domanda. La piscina è davvero bello. Tuttavia non siamo abituati a sentire odore di camera. E abbiamo sentito il rumore del motocicletta tutta la notte. La posizione è perfetta e il ristorante vicino è tutto costoso. Tuttavia, Artsy caffè è stato così bello! Grazie per aver ospitato Luby!

Un hotel stupendo con un servizio sfavorevole. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole uscire dall'aeroporto e per rilassarsi. Le strutture sono di prima classe e le opzioni alimentari sono buone. Ma, Il servizio è così povero rispetto alla Shangri-la Ria rasa, proprio in fondo alla strada. Dopo essere rimasti in entrambi, si sente come diverse aziende. Prima di arrivare ho chiesto consigli di escursione e di attività a entrambi gli hotel. Ria rasa ha aiutato e prenotato molteplici tour eccitanti. Questo hotel non ha risposto più volte, quindi ho cacciato e mailto di nuovo e di nuovo. Infine, è stato inviato un link a una compagnia di escursione con tonnellate di 3-5 giornata di tour della giungla. Questo è stato un soggiorno di due notti. Quando siamo arrivati, mi sono chiesto di nuovo le attività, mi sono mandato a un ufficio che nessuno era in piedi, aspettato troppo, trovato un codice qr messaggiato e mi è stato detto che non era il loro lavoro. Alla fine ho trovato i dettagli di contatto per la pesca e la visita a barca nel manuale degli ospiti. Non ho ricevuto una risposta fino a quando non dopo tutte le visite dei prossimi giorni, ho detto che siamo pieni. Se avete la scelta, consiglierei molto il trasferimento leggermente più lungo e la vostra guida alla Shangri-la Ria Rasa.

The location was good as all the eateries and convenience stores were within walking distance. However, I could only give as little as 1 star to its cleanliness. My wife found out that there was a blood stain on the bedsheet and we requested it to be changed to the guy at the reception. We requested it while on our way out for dinner and the receptionist notified the housekeeper to handle it before we got back. When we returned, the bedsheet was still where it was, so I called reception again and I was appalled that he told me they got to the wrong room. The room number was mentioned to the reception earlier, but I was just shocked they could make such a silly mistake as tedious as this one.

Overall our 2-night stay at Hyatt Centric KK was comfy n relaxing. The lobby n top floor lounge ambience is excellent~feeling of calmness. Rooms are spacious n clean with beautiful sunset seaview. We especially like the bathroom with sitting bench~ a considerate design for guests who prefer to sit n shower. Restaurant staff were very well-mannered n helpful. The hotel is well located just opposite the Sabah Suria shopping mall, so it's very convenient if you wish to dine out or shop around…

Molto buona posizione. Vicino al mercato filipino, Gaya Street (mercato notturno di sabato sera e mercato bagnato di domenica mattina), negozi convenienti, ristoranti. Tutti a distanza di cammino. Inoltre, karaoke, salone, massaggio (rm50/hr) anche a distanza di cammino. L'hotel è in posizione di Angkut Van che può portare a molte altre città come Kota Belud, Ranau, Marudu, ecc. Anche l'autobus per Uitm & UPM. L'unica cosa che è il tavolo di ferro è una stanza esterna (spazio di base condiviso davanti al ascensore) e il asciugacapelli è attaccato al bagno e richiede così tanto tempo per asciugare i capelli)

Arrivato tardi dall'aeroporto di KK e ha fatto un check-in tardi fino a quasi mezzanotte. La ricezione era occupata a quest'ora con un altro gruppo di 6 (famiglie) coreani che facevano anche il check-in. Per la prima notte, l'aria condizionata non ha raffreddato la stanza, ma ha informato la custodia e la manutenzione della mattina prossima durante il colazione e l'equipaggio ha risolto la questione immediatamente . La camera è spaziosa e può essere adattata a 2 letti singoli! La colazione è ampio e si vede una buona vista sul mare E un sito di costruzione di un futuro Condominio. Mi piace questa zona di piscina hotel e il bar di piscina con la bella vista sul mare e il sole . La palestra si trova allo stesso piano della piscina. La TV in camera è una TV intelligente, potrei surfare e visualizzare i canali youtube direttamente . Vuoi restare qui ancora? Sì, e scegliere una categoria Deluxe come queste camere si trovano direttamente sul mare (sono anche giù il sole)

Despite being an older property, the recent renovations have transformed its exterior into a modern and stylish design, giving it a fresh and appealing look. While the rooms retain their classic contemporary charm, they are still very comfortable. The food is outstanding, and the golf course is absolutely fantastic. However, there is a drawback. Since the rooms maintain much of their original state, some fixtures, like faucets and water taps, were not functioning properly. I had to call for maintenance, and unfortunately, it took almost 20 minutes for assistance to arrive, which was a bit inconvenient when trying to use the bathroom. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, but a bit more attention to room maintenance would make the experience even better.

After a long trip arrived at hotel and quickly signed in. We were upgraded to a fantastic room, however phone and TV not working but a great balcony view of the South. China Sea and to the left the jungle. It was lovely to sit and watch the various birds and fireflies. Malaysia Airlines had lost one of our bags and did not seem concerned however after no success we spoke with James at reception who soon sorted it out and it arrived at 9pm. One day wasted Thanks Malaysia Airlines. The next day we had a leisurely breakfast plentiful and good choices of Malay and Western. Very courteous staff. Saw our first monitor lizard and had a garden tour by. a very informative employee Roy. Decided against the nature walk as advised not much to see this time of year. Spent most the day on the empty beach ( Some jellyfish but otherwise a nice dip) and in empty swimming pool. 3 linked pools lovely and warm but needs some maintenance and jacuzzi not working. Only a couple of restaurants were open and although quality of food was good the menus were similar. On our last day we had a very good Chinese style meal in The Noble House (Only open until early evening). As with most meals we were the only ones in the restaurant. All meals were very reasonably priced. The advertised firefly. tour was cancelled due to low tide but Christina arranged a private trip to see them and also the proboscis monkey. Well worth it. . Points to Note Low occupancy with the majority of guests staying overnight only, meant we had pools and beach to ourselves and the restaurants were virtually empty. Disadvantage was that some restaurants. and snack places did not open. Lovely remote location fantastic view , beach and garden walks however nothing in walking distance of the resort so unless taking a. taxi or day trip would not see or meet other local people restaurants or shops. Note the hotel shop has very limited souvenirs and only a few crisps and drinks. We had a great relaxing time, the hotel needs some updating and maintenance but that did not affect our.enjoyment. Staff were helpful and courteous and room clean and well stocked with water tea and coffee. A/C fine. So if you want a relaxing beach and pool holiday with good food and when we were there tranquility we recommend Nexus. PS book trips at the hotel as the one we booked through our agent was about 3 times more.

Overall my stay is good. Room was good is just the water is a bit light Chocolate in colour due to maintenance. Surrounding is good . Easy to find food things. Parking is good and staff are friendly.
