Il mio recente soggiorno in questo hotel è stato generalmente insoddisfacente. Sebbene le camere siano spaziose, i servizi sono obsoleti. L'hotel non fornisce acqua gratuita, ma fa pagare 6 $ per una bottiglia da 500 ml. L'aria condizionata non è stata accesa prima del check-in, il che dimostra una mancanza di preparazione. La reception è gravemente carente di personale, con un solo dipendente, il che si traduce in code ogni volta che si ha bisogno di assistenza. La qualità del servizio deve essere migliorata: non forniscono un servizio in camera di base, come la consegna del dentifricio in camera. 酒店位於校園南部，沿着六街或四街步行三十分鐘可達綠街，一路可觀賞校園建築草坪及各類體育場館，這個時節温度怡人，風景如畫，如果想開車或乘公交也非常方便，酒店可以免費停車，校園內停車一般用咪表，不過一般出去晚餐的話，過六點就不用付停車費了。公交可以用一元紙幣，車站就在酒店門口。酒店服務熱情，退房的時候按金當場完成沖正，每天打掃很乾凈，房間大，設施也新，洗漱用品除了沒有拖鞋和牙膏牙刷，其他都有了。 免費贈送的歐式早餐也不錯，品種不多，但營養全面，在此一共住了七晚，在有温度的距離中陪伴親人，並享受閑適的小鎮生活，一段非常美好的時光。 順便説一句，香檳的中餐和各類亞洲餐真的太豐富了，每天午餐晚餐都能不重樣的，可以放心孩子在這裏吃得不錯，每餐含税含小費每人不超過20美元，實際上人均14美元就可以吃得很好。

Stayed here for our trip to Medieval times. It was near the venue. Staff were friendly and gave cookies for each room. I was disappointed that they didn't have the room I requested available and so had to stay in a different type of room.

At first glance, this seems like a fine hotel, but our stay was very disappointing. The floor above our room was extremely thin and poorly insulated, making every step clearly audible. Unfortunately, there were dogs running back and forth almost constantly, which meant we got virtually no sleep during our stay. While the hotel itself is decent, the lack of soundproofing makes it very uncomfortable. For this reason, I cannot recommend it.

我們是從 附近温德姆花園酒店搬過來的 那家實在是太差了 搬到這家後才感覺到酒店的感覺 一個是離香檳近 步行即可前往娃的宿舍和綠街 服務也比較滿意 每天能按時清理房間 早餐也比較豐盛 起碼美式早餐該有的都有 下次來還是住這家（大家在香檳住過那個温德姆花園酒店 就知道最差能差到啥地步了 所以這家真是好太多了）

I was so pleased with my stay at the Hotel Saint Clair. I arrived in Chicago very early and they allowed me to check my bag until check in. After a morning of exploring, I came back to the hotel tired from traveling and they were able to get me in my room an hour early. The room was cozy and clean. Great location, friendly staff, I would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you.
