Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Ipoh

Bella vista, ambiente sereno, camera spaziosa, nuova e pulita con 2 posti auto con accesso diretto, design semplice in stile scandinavo. Un soggiorno fantastico per 2 giorni. I membri della famiglia hanno ricevuto un punteggio elevato per questa struttura. Un raro appartamento adatto ai veicoli elettrici a Ipoh, con 7 stazioni di ricarica all'interno del complesso. Altamente consigliato per coppie e famiglie in viaggio a Ipoh. Torneremo sicuramente al più presto. Un ringraziamento speciale all'host per il suo follow-up prima e dopo il nostro soggiorno. La vista è buona, la stanza era pulita e il parcheggio era in una buona posizione.

Hotel is clean and the decoration is very pretty. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Everything is perfect, overall we had a pleasant stay, would definitely stay again when we’re back to Ipoh.

Location and view is good as it facing the lost World. Got water filter is a plus point. The check in process is kind of complicated. Should state out clearly, as this condo arrmagemetn is slightly diff Then other condo. Usually need to use QR code scan in the guard house only can go to lobby to pick up the key. But this place is different. It is a separated area. Furthermore, I don’t know why the security guard outside the mailbox need to take again my info, like my ic/license, my tel no and etc.. It suppose using the QR code is sufficient. Parking actually got 2 not 1. If you have visitor coming in, owner will say park at G floor, but security actually don’t let visitors to park. Is very complicated and messy… They need to take our deposit by bank in to the owner. This is the first time I face this. And more than 24hours still not yet refund, after ask for twice only owner refund without send a simple message.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

Avevo un soggiorno di solito piacevole in questo soggiorno. L'unità era pulita, ben mantenuta e confortevole. La posizione è anche conveniente, con facile accesso alle strutture vicine. Una menzione speciale alle guardie di sicurezza, che erano eccezionalmente amichevole e benvenute, che hanno reso l'esperienza complessiva ancora migliore. Tuttavia, ci sono alcune aree che potrebbero essere migliorate. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia era estremamente bassa, così tanto che ha reso la doccia piuttosto difficile e inconfortabile. Inoltre, per un'unità a due camere, è stato fornito solo una carta d'accesso. Questo è stato piuttosto scomodo, poiché la carta è necessaria non solo per entrare nell'unità, ma anche per usare l'ascensore, rendendo difficile per più ospiti spostarsi liberamente. In generale, mentre il soggiorno è confortevole e piacevole in molti aspetti, affrontare questi problemi migliorerebbe notevolmente l'esperienza degli ospiti.

Bersih dan kemas. Tak harap lebih sebab nak tido semalam je. Receptionist cam tak welcoming sangat tapi overall okay.
