Well run, new [summer 2022], spotlessly clean, beautifully fitted & maintained hotel. A mostly delightful and clearly well-led team of seasonal staff. Great yoga included from Maria. EPIC Breakfast* But.... [as another wrote here] this is actually more like TWO hotels - The first area is closest to the sea / beach [well right on it] and has the main pool, loungers, bar, breakfast and restaurant - and all the atmosphere/people. The rooms/suites here are all numbered in the 300s [I think, I tried to get a map but strangely for such a spread out site there wasn't one?]. You want to be here unless you seek self catering like solitude and lots of walking past car parks. Our first room [numbered in the 200s] was in this empty quiet secondary accommodation area [furthest from beach] which is closest to reception and a few minutes walk over TWO car parks and past a huge unsightly field of scrub. It is so weird. Why would you have two accommodation areas split by two car parks and a field? I'd love to know why. All the rooms seem beautifully fitted but the smaller room [with private [warm] swim pool] we had first was very small & dark - it had no window [except a ”porthole” in the door] it felt like what a cruise ship must be] We felt uncomfortable in it despite the high quality fittings. Fortunately it was mistake and the second night we moved to our suite with private pool which was in the other area [beach side] of the hotel which was fantastic in every way and a huge contrast. You'll probably want a car - this hotel is about 15 mins drive from airport and 30 mins from the cutesy Instagram clifftop areas [which you can share with 25,000 cruise ship passengers who seem to land daily - an unpleasant experience which detracts from the place immensely. It sort of makes you question why Santorini is still so popular and expensive if you want to rush back from the bit in all the photos that you came to see?] The hotel is lovely, bonkers layout notwithstanding, but the beach with its hot & rocky black sand [so hot the hotel give out complimentary water shoes] means you tend to avoid the beach. The sea is quite rocky underfoot as you walk out in your water shoes and the whole week we saw only 2 other people swimming in the sea. We tried but didn't repeat - it was just a faff. *Breakfast.... is unusual - it is 'a buffet without a buffet' - i.e you can have anything - hot or cold - from the buffet you just can't see it... the terrific staff get it for you. It takes some getting used to and some wild over and under orders but once you have it sussed it is awesome. We did not try the hotel restaurant [menu looked all a bit fine dining and overly expensive] - lots of wonderful restaurants within a drive - or a stagger along the beach for 15 mins. The hotel's lovely Food & Beverage manager sorted us out with some excellent recommendations.

Siamo rimasti a Ataki perché l'hotel sorella del castello era chiuso. Era sorprendente, la posizione era ancora migliore e aveva una vista stupenda da entrambi i lati di Santorini. Il balcone era grande e aveva 2 letti solari e un jacuzzi. Tutto era pulito e pulito, e ci avevamo curati di champagne e dolci quando siamo arrivati.

Hotel mediocre situato peró in una buona posizione, a 5 min a piedi dal centro di Fira (con due salite da fare) e abbastanza tranquillo di notte. Camera umida, di medie dimensioni con un piccolo terrazzino. Pulizie scarse, sostituiscono solo gli asciugamani del bagno, il letto lo rifanno solamente, ma credo sia abbastanza comune qui in Grecia a meno che non vai nei cinque stelle. Personale gentile e disponibile, non parlano italiano. Piscina grande ma col passare dei giorni da blu l’abbiamo vista diventare verdina, segno che non la pulivano. Colazione non so perché non ne abbiamo usufruito. Non ve lo consiglio molto, anche per chi non ha molte pretese sono sicura ci sia di meglio in giro, soprattutto perché il rapporto qualità/prezzo è pessimo. Un’altra cosa se avete intenzione di noleggiare auto o quad loro vi suggeriscono il rent a cui si affidano..evitate come lq peste, rubano solo i soldi. 300 euro per danni nulli dovuti all’asfalto che costeggia tutte le strade di Santorini. Credetemi, pessimo.

Ci aspettavamo molto da questo hotel e non siamo stati delusi. Molto buona posizione, vicino a Fira e molti ristoranti. Belle camere, buona dimensione. Bella terrazza con splendide viste. Siamo stati situati davanti alla piscina e è stato molto bello. Ci piaceva prendere il sole in piscina, che ha una vista fantastica, e perfetta per il sole. Alcuni terrazze non sono completamente privati, e alcuni ospiti e personale devono passare. E per la piscina, forse nella stagione alta non poteva avere abbastanza spazio. Un buon colazione, devi ordinarlo il giorno prima, ha una bella scelta di tipo di uova. La pulizia è perfetta, tutto il tempo di pulizia c'è qualcuno tutto, anche pareti. This hotel was over the top incredible. I planned this trip with my 24 and 21 year old sons. It is an adults only hotel which is just what we wanted. The location (Fira) was perfect for us as it was a very easy walk to the restaurants in Fira and then we drove one night to Oia (which was very crowded and very difficult to find parking.) The staff was amazing, specifically Faye and Kostas. The views are exceptional. The humidity in our bathroom was on the higher side due to the hot tub, but my sons loved having it. Breakfast was served every morning (ordered the day before) with the staff notifying us by knocking on our door. What an incredible breakfast spread! You could not get better views. The room was huge…perfect for the three of us. I completely recommend this hotel.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at En Plo with Sergio and his family. Sergio made us feel very welcome from the first meeting, and this continued throughout the week we were there. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with staff seen constantly around the rooms and communal areas making sure everything is just right. The hotel consists of 8 suites, ours being very spacious with an area that has a fridge. Breakfast consists of a multitude of items that include tea/coffee/orange juice, Greek Yoghurt, spinach pastries, cakes, and eggs as you like them. Far too much for us to eat on some mornings. Lunch and evening meals are cooked to order, by mum, which again are plentiful and superbly cooked! The hotel is situated in a remote area that overlooks the sea, there aren’t any shops or restaurants nearby, but Oia is just 5-7 minutes around the bay. We took taxi’s, ordered by Sergio, (€20 each way) but there is a bus stop just outside the hotel which goes into Thira or Oia for €2, I am told. We couldn’t fault this hotel, we felt so welcome by Sergio and the families personal service (he even put a bottle of wine (at our request) in our room whilst we were on a trip) we will definitely be returning. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, molto vicina alla stazione Ferrabus, e al bordo della baracca, è facile vedere il mare nel piccolo cortile. E'anche conveniente prendere il bus da Ferra a qualunque altro posto.Il personale dell'hotel è molto entusiasta per aiutarci a prendere i bagagli. Il colazione dell'hotel è anche molto bello, e'la scelta da solo, e poi la consegna alla stanza la mattina.E' fortemente raccomandato, specialmente adatto per il viaggio familiare.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la struttura è molto bella e curata e lo staff gentile e super friendly.. Appena fuori oia, posizione centrale ma tranquilla e fuori dal caos, camere curate e pulitissime. Piccoli accorgimenti e dettagli da parte dello staff molto graditi. Piscina grande e bellissima, due in totale, una per ogni tipo di alloggio, quella delle camere e quella delle ville, entrambe fantastiche. Cibo buono, colazione essenziale ma curata. Consigliatissimo

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et c'était le paradis, un des plus beaux endroits où nous ayons séjourner!! L'hôtel est juste sublime, à flanc de falaise!! Notre suite Alitana était merveilleuse , très spacieuse, joliment décorée et propre. La vue spectaculaire avec un immense jacuzzi à température idéale en octobre!! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très copieux!! L'accès est un peu raide via des escaliers pentus mais un personnel de l'hôtel vient ns guider et ns aider à porter les valises!! Seul bémol serait que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de WhatsApp... cela serait plus facile pour communiquer sur place. Je recommande à 1000%!! Un bijou à Oia!

Mia moglie e io siamo venuti qui per il nostro luna di miele e sono stati ricompensati facendo la migliore scelta di hotel che avremmo mai soggiornato. Questa è una prima esperienza in ogni modo. Il personale, la posizione, le camere, il cibo - tutto. Non c'è niente che possa dire, tranne che amo il nostro tempo qui e vorremmo aver trascorso un altro 1-2 giorni qui. Le camere sono un'esperienza in sé, e le viste da ciascuno dei piatti sono stupende. Vivere in una grotta per quasi una settimana è stato stupendo. Il colazione, incluso, era sano e deceduto, e erano generosi con il menu. È stato anche molto tranquillo, dato che questo hotel era un po' fuori dal sentiero battuto, quindi si prega di entrare (il personale aiuta con i bagagli, non preoccuparsi), tutto è camminabile (potete camminare al centro di Oia ”centro” in circa 12 minuti). Le sedie e le cabine del lato della piscina sono perfettamente localizzate, con vista sorprendente. Mia moglie ha anche avuto recensioni di rave per il bagno. L'hotel ha anche organizzato viaggi verso e da porto e aeroporto. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante, e il menu del gusto era sorprendente. Il cuoco e il personale hanno ospitato le nostre specifiche restrizioni alimentari. Linea di fondo: Se decidete tra Katikies Kirini e un altro hotel, scegliere Katikies Kirini. Questo potrebbe essere il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato.
