"Located right beside SM City Mall with a side stairs that closed at 12am. There is Starbucks there also ! The shower water taste ok unlike another resort I stayed which is salty. Hotel in the middle of everything like mall / clubs / restaurants. Recommend it.
Cons: called for room service at 10pm but take a long time to pick up. Also take some time to send up the stuffs we requested for. Also the toilet flush is very weak so I wouldn’t recommend you to throw any tissue in.
Oh ya and there is a 7-11 nearby maybe 5-6 mins walk but I think it’s abit scammy. Only can paid by cash and also 1 night when I only have limited cash while the staff scanned the items. He told me I cannot remove the item or else he have to pay with his own pocket money ??? And told us to withdraw money. So we withdraw and paid and I even confirmed with the hotel staff, they told me the cashier can just remove the item in the system and do not need to use their own pocket money to cover."

"Comincio con i positivi.
La piscina è impressionante e molto pulita. Non troppo soggiorni solari intorno, ma significava che la piscina non era clutterata e per il numero di persone che si battono il sole, sembrava il numero perfetto.
La stanza era grande, pulita e con letti molto comodi.
Il tetto 360 bar ha fatto dei cocktail sorprendenti.
I negativi.
Il servizio all’arrivo era scarso, e il personale di ricezione mi ha controllato con un minimo di scambio verbale e mi ha ordinato di sedermi nel lobby senza spiegazioni. 15 minuti dopo ho chiesto perché solo per essere informato che la mia stanza non era finita di essere servita. Non è un problema, ma non me l'avevo mai detto e se fosse stata informata, sarei seduto felicemente accanto alla piscina.
Ironicamente, poi sono andato in camera mia per scoprire che non c'erano asciugamani. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa di entrare nella mia stanza perché non era stata pulita, mi sentivo un po' in naso. Quando andai a vedere se i puliziani erano ancora vicino alla porta, se ne erano andati, ma c'era un supervisore, chiedendogli le tovaglie che aveva detto che alcuni sarebbero stati consegnati più tardi pomeriggio.
Il personale di fronte non sembrava fare nulla di buono, ma la ricezione non era ricettiva (per la cassa) né disposta a aiutare o a scusarsi.
Non resterò più lì e fortunatamente ero lì solo per una notte."

"The room that was given to me is not the room that i booked. But then they tried to give me another one but i just stayed on what they gave me. Nice set up of the room very cosy. It just needed more cleaning specially the floor and windows. Bad reception, but the other staff like the housekeeping and the one helping with the bag very attentive kind and warm hearted. KKlay2025We recently stayed at Cebu Hotel Plus for SINULOG 2025 weekend for 5 days, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s commitment to cleanliness was evident in every corner—from the sparkling lobby to the immaculately maintained rooms. It truly set the tone for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The buffet breakfast was a standout highlight. The variety and quality of dishes were impressive, catering to every palate with fresh, flavorful options. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the dining area was equally spotless and well-organized.
A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. The hotel guard also deserves praise for always being helpful, courteous, and ready with a warm smile. Their welcoming demeanor made me feel safe and cared for throughout my stay.
Overall, Cebu Hotel Plus is a gem for travelers seeking great value, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit to Cebu!

From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff and seamless check-in process set the tone for a pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, offering proximity to key attractions, dining options, and shopping areas, making it ideal for leisure and business travelers alike.
The room was immaculate, with modern furnishings that combined comfort and functionality. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the spacious bathroom and the availability of essential amenities that catered to every need. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a great plus for staying connected.
The hotel's common areas, including the lobby and dining spaces, were well-maintained and exuded a sophisticated yet cozy ambiance. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, featuring local and international dishes that appealed to all palates. The in-house restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a delightful dining experience.
What truly set the Tsai Hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with warm smiles and a willingness to assist with any request.
While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

TtrvelwrriorOk for the price. Staff are friendly and they let us borrow mugs and have our 3-1 coffee while waiting for our tour. Strong wifi and water plus with hot and cold shower, with steong bidet also! :) Some fixtures need to be replaced though but this will not affect our safe and comfy stay. Pool is clean and available (without extra charge) until 10pm. Our night swimming is really fun! :)

GGenesis Dajao ManigoI love this hotels lobby and breakfast the best many food choices. Only the rooms toilet it’s still old no bedit. And need to call the plumber to properly flush it. I do hope they could change the toilet coz I love staying at this hotel. There’s Agwa bar and walking distance to IT park.

FFred ConcklinGood location close to many restaurants and Starbucks. Friendly staff. Daily housekeeping. Rooms are large and necessary amenities are there for a comfortable stay. Bed is comfortable. Aircon is good. Have to run the shower for 10 minutes for a hot shower. Balconies are flooded after raining and the drains are blocked. Hotel is a bit old but at a good location and is functional.

TTraveler1234La posizione è buona, poiché è vicino a fast food e ristoranti locali. The staff are friendly and approachable however, there's la lacuna in staff on certain hours which is very hard for us and nobody else to contact whenever there is an immediate concern or during emergency situation.
