Il bagno era piuttosto buio, ma poteva essere meglio illuminato.

Bella a soffocare, mi piace molto consigliare di vivere Sia stile che comodo e semplice, il design della linea di spirale intermittente è buono La città è anche molto buona. La notte è calda e tranquilla. Il ristorante è più del doppio della differenza tra il giorno di vita e il fine settimana. Ci sono molti ristoranti nella città. Si raccomanda di uscire a mangiare. Il colazione dell'hotel è molto semplice. L'ambiente è molto buono.

We enjoyed our three-night stay at Leura Gardens. The accommodation is surrounded by lovely gardens which you can wander around. It is located amongst a quiet residential area which has some beautiful and fancy houses. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It included a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, TV and a balcony. There is plenty of parking. The continental breakfast was great and well set-up - it included a variety of cereals, toasts, yoghurt, juices, muffins and a pancake machine. The breakfast room has big windows with a lovely view of the gardens and golf course opposite. The accommodation is only a few minutes drive to Leura Mall which has many cafes and boutique shops, as well as a Woolworths supermarket. A few minutes more and you get to Katoomba which has a larger range of cafes, restaurants and shops, including antique shops. There are many beautiful walks and lookouts in Leura, Katoomba and surrounding areas. We had a lovely few days in Leura and would stay at Leura Gardens again.

We stopped by on the way for lunch and went back for dinner !! The pub foods were delicious. I ordered lasagne and my boyfriend had a pot pie for lunch.. the best lasagne and pie we ever had. We went back for burgers for our dinners. I gotta say, satisfying. The area was cleaned and spacious. Sitting environment was also nice, we sat outside the back for lunch and inside for dinner as the weather turned a bit chilly. Staff were nice for both times we went in. I will go back again for those foods, if anyone ever go pass , stop for meal and you will never regret.

Jamie ci ha dato il miglior saluto che abbiamo mai avuto al check-in, era caldo e amichevole all'arrivo, e ci ha chiesto se sapevamo la zona e se cercavamo qualcosa di particolare. Ha poi preso il tempo per sottolineare le specifiche località su una mappa che sarebbe ideale per la nostra avventura fotografica. Siamo arrivati al mattino e Jamie aveva il riscaldamento in camera nostra e le luci in camera nostra, e questo è stato molto apprezzato in una fredda serata di Katoomba. La stanza era molto pulita e il letto era comodo, La grande bagno è stata recentemente ristrutturata con acqua calda nel doccia. Non esitaremmo a rimanere qui di nuovo e intendiamo farlo in futuro.

Siamo arrivati al motel a piedi con bagagli e un sacco di rumore d'acqua che sbattera' nel parco auto. Quando siamo entrati in motel davanti alla strada, solo per trovare che eravamo in un piano superiore. Ci hanno aiutato a raggiungere il piano giusto. Tuttavia, il segnale sarebbe stato utile in primo luogo. Abbiamo avuto un lungo soggiorno al Katoonba City Motel. Il suo principale positivo era la sua posizione. Quando ho controllato, ho chiesto dove erano i computer sul sito. Per essere consigliati, non erano più disponibili. Questo è stato deludente perché ho lasciato intenzionalmente il nostro laptop a casa a causa della loro disponibilità, come mostrato sul loro sito web. A loro credito hanno organizzato un computer per il nostro uso. Le foto sul sito web mostrano anche un telefono nella stanza, NON. Dopo qualche giorno il nostro sonno era stato influenzato dalla mattress dura. Ci siamo chiesti se potessimo avere una mattress più morbido. Ci è stato consigliato che la fonte di una. Dopo qualche giorno, niente, che ha portato al gestore del sito al momento di offrire un'altra stanza che abbiamo accettato. C'era una piccola percentuale, (stabilita dopo qualche giorno) di sollievo, ma avrebbe potuto essere stato meglio. Il nostro ultimo giorno abbiamo scoperto che ci sono matite più morbide sul posto. La gestione avrebbe potuto ottenere un risultato migliore se chiedessero al personale che sapesse cosa è realmente sul posto. Probabilmente la parte più fastidiosa del nostro soggiorno era il servizio della nostra stanza. Il personale era in rotazione con altri servizi e alcuni di loro si rifiutavano di servire. E la gestione sapendo che non erano stati serviti non ha risolto il problema finché non è stato chiesto da noi. Le scuse erano incredibili per un affare di ospite. Confirmato da altri dipendenti non c'era nessuna scusa e non avrebbe dovuto essere lasciato in servizio. Alcuni membri del personale hanno offerto buoni servizi e aiuto, tuttavia, a causa del sistema di rotazione del personale tra 3 strutture, la qualità non è stata coerente nel corso del nostro soggiorno.

I had lunch today in Hotel Eticos restaurant with a group of 17 people for a Yuletide Celebration. The thoughtful little touches of Christmas decorations, little iced Christmas cakes on the table & home made star cookies hanging on the tree completed the beautiful ambiance, along with the cozy fire!. We had a 2 course set Yuletide menu. The food was of generous portions & was absolutely delicious. Dietary restrictions were not a problem & our lactose & dairy free member was well catered for. The service was spectacular. The staff were extremely friendly & nothing was too much trouble. We were all very well looked after. All of our group had a wonderful time. La stanza è piccola, ma il paesaggio è davvero bellissimo. La struttura dell'alloggio e dell'hotel è un gusto classico cinese, la fusione tra Cina e Occidente, e il colore è molto bello.La colazione è anche molto sana.Si può provare a guardare il pomeriggio e avere la possibilità di restare.

We stayed just one night with 2 kids at the family room with 1 queen & 2 single beds. We booked directly from the hotel website. All earlier communications were via email with details provided for late check-in retrieval of our room keys. The details given were incorrect but a number was provided at the hotel reception for after hours enquiries. It was promptly answered and our room sorted out. Room looked like it was recently renovated, very clean and beds were comfortable. Cutleries, kettle and microwave provided.
