酒店位置很好，離展館很近，步行5分鐘到達展館。房間乾淨，寬敞，安靜。 前台在二樓，酒店附近有很多餐廳和便利店，很方便。

地理位置還可以，參加展會，地域也很安全，周邊配套很多也很完善，以後來波哥大還是首選這家酒店，衞生也不錯

We sat at the bar for about 20+ minutes anyone acknowledged us. The restaurant had 4 table's being serviced and 3 staff members in the area. We sat at the bar right where the staff were coming and going and no one asked to help or service.

Have you ever stayed in a hotel that does not offer drinking water in the room?.. well this is it. If you want water you have to go to reception to collect. Hold on, is not free. You have to pay for the bottle but that come with free refills (at reception!) This place is not worth of the Hyatt name.

There was a young lady, brown skin from Columbia with a beautiful smile, humble and gorgeous. She helped me get water from the counter, spoke good english & helped me understand my first visit to Bogota. She was located on the second floor outside of the dinning room. Near customer service. There was also a man whom helped me at night get get water and pastries. He spoke english too and was very polite. Thanks for you guys level of service...LEONARD
