Like the daytime vibes very family friendly even the coast restaurant is super yummy but the oasis buffet not so much I am so grateful to the lady staff who helped me warm my milk tea most other housekeeping staff are friendly but not so much reception night time is very quiet and I love the family pools the slides bit fast though also beware the rocky surroundings

Excellent hotel with excellent services. It would be great if free shuttle bus between hotel and Pattaya beach could be offered.

There are a lot of dust in the room, esp on the table top and wood display. Breakfast spread was great. The water park is a big plus for my children. Many slides for them to play and many activities going on. It’s linked to the beachfront. Takes about 15 min to walk to terminal 21.

The hotel is good service although it has quite old now. I recommend it should be renovated soon.

The perfect resort for families Kids had a blast and loved this resort There are several water slides and splash pad which you can use up the kids energy. Breakfast buffet was delicious and have so much to choose, staff were friendly.

Kids have a lot of fun with the water park and the new zone, lost world. THe lost world costs 350 baht to get in but it is value for money.

everything it's perfect!nice as always! but one thing,my kid go to the breakfast second time at 10AM(he was very excting to wake up early so first time was break fast at 7:30AM) the staff inform him no allow for second join,this it's no right,childer only want to get a cake and a cup of tea,can be more friendly,right?it's too cold to refused an 6 year old boy!
