I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!

Foram quase 20 minutos para eu ser atendido na fila na entrada Ao chegar me pediram 100% do valor da estadia de garantia no cartão de crédito sendo que foi reservado por agência de viagem, 1 semana depois ainda estou contestando para receber de volta o valor. Me deram a chave de um quarto que já estava ocupado, com o risco de encontrar outro hóspede lá dentro. Os cartão que abre a porta do quarto desmagnetizam a maior parte das vezes que vai usar, mesmo longe do celular, guardado na carteira. O quarto é pequeno e escuro e depois de percorrer ele todo no escuro encontra o primeiro interruptor. O ralo da pia estava solto no quarto, a manutenção resolveu depois de acionada. O café da manhã tem as opções principais, e quando faltam alguns minutos abrem uma janela atrás dos pratos e recolhem tudo.

Staff are very friendly, hospitable, and professional. Parking is available on site. (Entrance to parking garage is just past the attached Pizza Hut). Elevator is a little confusing but they generally have a doorman there to assist you. To access the room levels via the elevator, you need to use your room key before pressing the number of your floor. The Lobby is very nice and hosts a daily breakfast. Hot and cold foods are served. Food was very good. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Easy 5 minute walk to the Cintermex convention center and Fundidora park. An Oxxo convenience store is nearby for drinks and snacks. A few options nearby for food. Overall I was happy with this Hotel and would recommend to anyone attending Cintermex conventions.
