Hotel a Monterrey, Messico

Very beautiful hotel that still smells new. The small lobby kind of threw me off, at first I thought I was at a residency but luckily there was a staff member waiting for me to check in. Room was amazing, very large. Sadly I was on the back so the view was not that great, had booked a King size bed room but got a double bed room at first. They managed to fix it for me right away. There were still some constructions going on but it didn´t really bother me. Everything was just super clean and looked great. One of the best hotels I ever stayed at, staff was very friendly and helped my girlfriend out with the valet service and walked up to the road for me to open the taxi´ doors too. One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Perfect for a business trip/meeting at the bar or for a couple looking for a luxury place. I didn´t have the breakfast included nor did I have dinner at the restaurant but I´m sure this was arranged fine by the looks of everything else. They were renovating the restaurant the last two days of my stay so I´m sure it must look very nice by now. Views from the terraces are very nice too. There is one on the right side that was kind of hidden, perfect view on the Cerro de la Silla. 9.5/10 would definitely book again. Kind regards, Davey

Ho visitato la Valle Safi a Monterrey per affari. L'hotel era molto pulito, situato in zona di sicurezza. Ci sono state diverse strutture intorno, come Starbucks, OXXO CVS, Soriana supermercato e un grande centro commerciale. Ero un po' deluso di aver fidato di un po'di ghiaccio senza un frigorifero, ma non è importante.

Buona posizione

Salva i soldi e prenota un altro hotel. Questo posto era alto nei fine settimana. C'è un centro commerciale vicino all'ingresso che ha ristoranti sul patio che tutti avevano band live giocando fino a tardi della notte. Il servizio dell'hotel mancava. Ho chiesto le tovalette tre volte e non ho mai ricevuto nessuna. Mia moglie ha notato polvere, sporco e tagli di unghie sul pavimento della nostra stanza. Il cibo per il buffet del colazione non era impressionante. Non offrono test COVID, ma chiedono ad una società esterna di venire nella tua stanza. Il desk di fronte ha detto che sarebbe $60 per persona e gli infermieri che hanno accettato i test hanno detto che era $80 per persona. Ho chiesto una navetta all'aeroporto (mi hanno prelevato 380 pesos = $18) e ho pensato che ci avrebbero mandato in una delle navette che hanno parcheggiato fuori dall'hotel. No, hanno appena chiamato un Uber per prenderci; avrei potuto farlo e mi avrei risparmiato 10 dollari.

Pessimo servizio. Prenotamo con tempo per evitare contrapposizioni e non è stato così. Arriviamo alle 15:10 e non ci sono stati brevi disponibili La prenotazione dice Check-in ! 5:00 e ci hanno dato in camera fino alle 17:15. Abbiamo chiesto di ampliare il tempo di consegna della stanza e si sono limitati a notare che la prenotazione dice Check-out 12:00 p.m. Molto cattiva amministrazione.

Il panorama fuori finestra è buono, la colazione è molto buona, e il prezzo di un viaggio a lungo termine è buono.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in September and everything was just outstanding from emails before arriving to checking out. Let's start with the room everything was comfortable from the linens in the bed to the amenities in the shower thanks to the housekeeping lady she did an amazing job! The front desk team was also very helpful in providing extra keys when our ones stopped working and accommodated my friend to check in before I did because he had reached the hotel earlier than I had and also because they spoke English because he was visiting from LA! The F&B team's special thanks to Gerardo, the entire kitchen team, and the front-of-house team as well. The food was good for the breakfast buffet although it was sort of the same and I stayed for 4 nights I didn't get bored of it. Thanks to the lady who made my eggs every morning at the hot station. Everybody was super nice and accommodating. Thank you as well to the chef who was assisting on behalf of the executive chef for the dinner provided for us. My only recommendation would be that management focus a little bit on the pool area because we did use it but no service was there I think after some days we checked out I saw on their social media page that they had service opened it with the bar available at it. The hotel is pretty new and even though it had a low occupancy it never failed to impress on service. Highly recommend!
