Todo muy bien, solo que nos entregaron la habitación después de las 3 porque no estaban listos los cuartos

Pésimo servicio. Reservamos con tiempo para evitar contratiempos y no fué así. Llegamos a las 15:10 y no había cuertos disponibles La Reservación decia Check-in !5:00 y nos dieron en cuarto hasta las 17:15. Pedimos que nos ampliaran el tiempo de entrega del cuarto y solo se limitaron a señalar que la reserva decia Check-out 12:00 p.m. Muy mala administración.

Esta muy bien, solamente que en nuestra habitación no había toallas de baño y tuvimos que ir a recepción por estás, fuera de eso, todo muy bien

The hotel does not provide hand towels. No ironing table unless you ask for it. There is no breakfast included. The safe in the room didn't work and it took them a long time to fix it. On television they offer cable channels, but I was never able to access the cable channels.

This hotel doesn’t follow its own rules, except when keeping your money. We had a security issue the first night with another guest across the hallway. They were having their party in the hallway and tried a couple of times to open our door. I had my son with me, and he was very scared. I tried contacting front desk but they would not pick up the phone. I had to call a friend in the city to call the main line to let them know. Eventually a security guard came up and spoke to the man in the hallway with his beers in full display- he was quite drunk. Instead of the security guard handling the situation, he knocks on my door to tell the other guest that it was me who called. After that, I didn’t feel safe being there with my son. I brought it up the next morning, and the front desk did not address the problem, suggest moving us to another room or anything. So I had to check out. This hotel is not family friendly, the staff is not interested in addressing your issues. I was very disappointed with the lack of help.

Horrible wifi connection in my room, room 649. I wouldn't mind paying a few to access internet. Please, do not rely on hotel's wifi if you plan to work as you travel.

Staff was very friendly and had our room ready despite it being before check in time. Room is big with a great view. Elevator was wonky and slow so we took the stairs. From the 11th floor. Restaurant is delicious. Would stay here again.

Well, i booked at midnight because i had drink too much for driving and since i was in the arounds i decided to stay there, but the hotel won't let me check-in because they only start receiving guests at 5 A.M.. it was 3 A.M.. so i had to pay an "additional night" to be able to check in at 3 A.M. the other option was to wait on the lobby for two hours...
Flexibility is not skill there.

OMG! I don’t even know how to begin. First, when we arrived in the hallway the smell of mold hit so hard. Then as we unloaded our luggage in the room and tried to relax in our beds, my daughter discover two dead roaches in her bed, then they moved us into another room and there were live roaches and the air did not work at full capacity. Then the 3rd day another live bug. Then the day we decided to go up to use their pool there was a sign saying the the pool was not available because it was being used by a private party. The gentleman who helped us about the air condition said he would make sure it worked. He was very polite and apologetic. However, air was a little better but certainly not ac worthy. I will never come back to this hotel again.
