The staff here are amazing. Everyone on the front desk were so kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel special. We will never forget the level of service that we received. The breakfast buffet was great! Only wish the restaurant was open again. The pool area is nice, and it’s a 15 minute walk to Plaza Independecia, with the main restaurant areas close by to go to. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we will stay there again on our next trip!👍👍👍👍👍

L'hotel Cordon del Plata è in uno stato deplorabile!!! Non vale la pena pagare un centavo per questo posto! Le coperte sono in ruina e tutte le maglie sono state spruzzate, il tavolo del bagno era letteralmente rotto, il bagno era orribile (tutto saltato) abbiamo dovuto chiedere 20 volte di riposare carta igienica e asciugamani perché quando siamo entrati nella stanza non c'era. Nel televisore della mia stanza si vedeva tutto piovere ... I lingotti di asciugamani erano tutti smontati: colgavi la asciugamani e il lingottino cadde al pavimento. Uno scandalo. Il servizio Internet andava come il demone. Pessimo. Anche se il peggiore di tutto era la stanza dei miei figli: C'era una cucina! Un orrore davvero! Questo mi è sembrato un po' inammissibile! Pareva una squallida. La colazione non è nemmeno una grande cosa. Ovviamente lo abbiamo detto in Reception. All'inizio non mi hanno dato molto bollito. Sono tutti ragazzi carini, ma troppo giovani quelli che sono sul palco. Non ho mai visto un manager più adulto e meglio piantato a capo. Fino a quando ho dovuto chiedervi di cambiarci la stanza o di mandarci all'Hotel che hanno proprio davanti (HOTEL M) perché non potevo far dormire i miei figli in una stanza con cucchiai!!! Finalmente, ho fatto passare le ultime due notti all'Hotel M, che è un po' meglio, più moderno. Vi suggerisco umilmente di cercare un'alternativa migliore e le aziende turistiche non inviano passeggeri al Cordone del Plata, perché ritengo che sia un hotel per chiudere, chiudere, fumare e rimodellare urgentemente. Non mi inginocchia come un posto così sporco possa essere abilitato e funzionare come se niente.E non credo che la gente possa piacere quel posto che descrivo oggettivamente e senza eccessioni. Ci porta un molto cattivo ricordo delle 2 notti che passiamo in una simile immugine. MUO FEO. Spero che gli operatori turistici possano trovare migliori opzioni per i turisti. Io al Hotel Cordon del Plata Non torno.
