I recently stayed at Rydges Melbourne and found the room to be very comfortable, providing a relaxing and cozy space to unwind. The hotel itself is well-located in the heart of the city, which is convenient for exploring Melbourne. However, driving to the hotel during peak hours was quite a challenge due to heavy traffic, and the parking fees were very expensive, which added to the overall cost of the stay. For those traveling by car, this is something to consider. That said, if you’re not driving, it’s a great place to stay for its comfort and central location.

I booked this room with concerns because we had a brother/sister pair and the pictures showed WC and shower that had only frosted glass for privacy - something I really don’t get and seems to be some new fad in hotels nowadays, not just Ibis Melbourne Central. But glad that the staff were able to secure a room with privacy doors ahead of our stay.

A very enjoyable stay in an excellent hotel. The reception, housekeeping, and breakfast service staff were very friendly and efficient, and the room was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and very quiet. The location is also very good, being on the edge of the city centre and only a 5-minute walk from the Skybus airport bus service platforms, Southern Cross Station, and an outlet centre shopping mall. There’s also a Coles supermarket across the road. The continental breakfast was also very good value. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Era un piacevole soggiorno. Certamente in bisogno di più strutture, la piscina era buona ma sarebbe bello avere anche un bagno o un ginnastico. Il colazione non aveva varietà per il prezzo chiedo. Ho dovuto chiedere e menzionare il parcheggio per evitare un $104 commissione! Fortunatamente mi hanno aiutato con un biglietto che era solo $16 per il giorno. La stanza era molto tesa e ci sono stati dei pasti e delle bevande. In generale, un buon soggiorno.

I came in for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and hospitality that Hilton provided, from giving me the room much earlier than anticipated to ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The male manager on duty (unfortunately I don't have his name) was very welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again, especially with how convenient the tram stop is, right outside the building. Highly recommended!

Love the hotel stay so much! It was clean, and staff were friendly. They could assist with any queries on traveling around the city. The location is very convenient, walking distance to any malls and f&b. The only bad thing is the hotel is located right in the busy area of the city, hence could hear some noises from the streets.

Sorpreso che fosse buono, non mi aspetto niente coz che sia un hotel di bilancio, ma era ancora oltre le mie aspettative. Ho fatto delle richieste con un letto matrimoniale e ho finito di avere un letto matrimoniale che è bello coz io sono da solo e in realtà non mi importa né il letto matrimoniale né il letto matrimoniale. Il ricevitore mi ha detto che non hanno una camera matrimoniale e lo cambiano a letto matrimoniale. Ho detto loro che sono completamente a posto con questo e mi hanno dato un controllo tardivo come un complimento e sono super felice coz ho davvero bisogno del controllo tardivo fuori 😬
