The hotel is not too far to the Haram, just 15-20 minutes by walking and 5 minutes by car. The hotel also provides free shuttle half an hour before each prayer, but we did not take them. The reception were professional and helpful in a way. Overall, it's a good and comfortable hotel with an affordable price.

siamo andati lì durante il Ramadan e so che la gente dirà che l'esperienza spirituale è più importante, ma so che devo sottolineare questo come avvertimento per gli altri pellegrini eravamo un gruppo di 15 adulti e i bambini sono arrivati a tarda notte ne avevamo prenotati 3 camere quando l'addetto alla reception e il portiere hanno detto che avremmo potuto vedere le camere prima non l'abbiamo mai fatto in vita mia siamo andati a vedere la nostra camera era orribile quindi il portiere ci ha offerto una camera diversa e non un upgrade dato che sono più o meno tutte uguali fino a qui alla reception il prezzo era aumentato di oltre 150 sterline rispetto a quello che avevamo prenotato su Booking. com cosa che mia moglie ha chiesto, quindi dopo molte discussioni e un altro cambio di camera abbiamo ottenuto il prezzo prenotato l'hotel non è carino ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione importante dei bagni avere le docce letteralmente accanto al bagno non è un'esperienza piacevole, quindi fai attenzione agli aumenti di prezzo di ciò che prenoti e all'aspetto disordinato

The location of the hotel is excellent, opposite the women's entrance. Take rooms facing the Haram, it is really worth it, the rooms have an excellent view, are more spacious and better equipped. The buffet is very rich. It is unfortunate and shameful to see the waste of food by Muslim customers!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel. Vantaggi: vicinanza con la grande moschea, bisogna camminare per dieci minuti. Ci sono parcheggio gratuito. Le camere sono corrette. Il colazione è molto buono e c'è la scelta. Inconveniente: il personale della ricezione non parlava inglese, ma noi ci siamo capiti, la doccia non si chiudeva, meritava un rinfresco. Ma per 2 notti questo hotel fa in gran parte il caso. Molti piccoli negozi al di sotto dell'hotel.

Anche se l'hotel si trova a circa 12 km da Masjid Nabwi, il servizio di navetta regolare con un ottimo calendario per tutte le 5 preghiere è la distanza fiamma. Il punto di sbarco a Haram della navetta è sotto il piano Haram così grande servizio.

AAbrar2483One of the best hotels near Masjid Al Nabawi! The staff are incredible! From the moment I arrived, Hassan from concierge assisted me with my bags and the staff at the reception were very friendly and they not only allowed me to check-in early but also upgraded my room with a partial Haram View! All the staff spoke English perfectly. The rooms are nice and spacious with modern furniture and the amenities provided in the room are perfect from bathrobes to multiple kits! The room was relatively clean however I’ve notice multiple finger prints on the refrigerator door as well as the bathroom door which shows those 2 areas weren’t wiped after the previous guests had left. The shower was perfect with nice hot water and the bathroom was spacious enough.
The hotel has 2 towers and we didn’t know which tower to go to so we ended up going to tower 1 were the receptionist informed us that our booking is in tower 2. I had an elderly guest with me and moving towers like this was very inconvenient. The hotel should inform the guests about the tower number and parking instructions before arriving at the hotel.
The hotel is very close to the Haram with just 6-7 minutes walk to both the men’s and the women’s entrance (door 11 and 12). Upon returning to the hotel, the staff were promptly situated outside the elevator doors assisting guests with the elevators.
About the breakfast. It was fantastic! The options available were great and included selections of
cold appetizers, bakery items, main courses including french toast and pancakes. The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient and they never said no, especially Riaz he served us coffee and hot chocolate. The items were being refilled quickly. The 2 ladies welcomed us for breakfast with a huge smile.
Suggestions to improve breakfast:
1) there was no live cooking counter for omelette. The omlette was being cooked in the kitchen and was being stocked in the hot plate. It would be great if the hotel could consider introducing live counter for omelette as it really would help us guests to make the perfect omelette for ourselves and eating it warm and fresh. Other hotels do have a live counter.
2) Though all the breakfast items were great, the French toast wasn’t good at all! It didn’t taste like a French toast. The sambosas were undercooked and very chewy so wasn’t able to eat them. Improvements on this will make the breakfast experience perfect!
One more thing to add is that the staff not once said “No”. They always accommodated our requests whatsoever. I asked the reception for a plastic chair for my elderly mother to sit and take a shower, thought they didn’t have it, they offered us to switch to an accessible room with no additional costs!
The hotel is not very busy and crowded as I didn’t see any groups here. I hope the hotel can maintain this very same standard or else it’ll be very easy to be like the other hotels who don’t care about guests.
All in all, I’ll definitely choose Al Manakha Rotana again on my next trip to Madinah and wishing this hotel success!

Avevamo prenotato una stanza per 5 adulti e la stanza era spaziale e non era spazzatura. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e si trova a pochi passi dalla moschea del profeta.Abbiamo trovato le camere pulite e temperate, che mi piacevano intorno alla stanza erano le tende che bloccavano completamente la luce del sole. Non avrete la minima idea di quando sarà il tempo se le tende sono disegnate. In generale, mi sono divertito e non ho avuto problemi. Check-in è stato veloce. L'unico feedback negativo che ho è che l'hotel era un po' prezioso..

Ottimo luogo, a pochi passi dal Masjid - il lato del Verde Dome.
Anche un breve passo verso il mercato alimentare.
Personale amichevole e spaziosa camera pulita - buono stato bagno e doccia (nessun orribile lavoro di grotta) - comodo mattone top - pulita Tea/Caffè.
La strada per la stanza è buona con un certo tipo di atomizzatore e gli ascensori sono veloci, su entrambi i lati della strada.
Il ricevitore mi ha dato un migliore servizio dalla stanza che avevo prenotato.
In tutto questo, questa era una esperienza piacevole e pacifica. Mi sono confortevolmente trasformata in Ihram, pronto per il mio viaggio verso Makkah via treno.

PPASHARESHVery worst hotel ever visited, management has fraud people they try to loot money as it shows Sar 99 on bookings but when we check in they say all charges tax... Etc and room charge is Sar 350 and when we showed booking then he accepts as ”I mean to say tat including tax it will he 145 to 150 Sar”. Anyways we checked in as we were getting late we want to go to Salah,. Now the worst part when we entered room No kitchen, Dirty floor, Very bad condition toilets No hot water at all the geyser never works, Water leaking from bathroom taps and the flushing out from bathroom to rooms. We had to complain the staff and waited till magrib Salah we reached at zuhur Salah time, boz of them we couldn't get fresh and we missed all Salah a d time was waste. Please don't ever take this hotel all fraud and coward staff management. And and finally plumber came to fix and nothing worked and many circus happened nothing CAN BE FIXED, so at last our room was changed was changed and we had to rush to nabawi masjid for Ishaan Salah. AGAIN NO HOT WATER IN ROOMS AND THEIR GEYSERS NVER GRT HEATED LUCKILY I HAD A KETTLE I USED THE KETTLE TO HEAT WATER AND USE HOT WATER FOR MY LITTLE TWINS INFANTS. VERY VERY WORST HOTEL ALL OUR DAY TIME WAS SPOILED BOZ OF THEM AND NEXT DAY WE ALL MANAGEMENT WAS BEHIND US FROM MORNING REMINDERS WHEN WE ARE CHECKING OUT OR WILL CONTINUE TO STAY SO THEY CAN LOOT AND MAKE MORE MONEY..... But they are very keen in timings for checkout and loot money they are least bother that u have wasted one full day boz of irresponsible and negligence service. If u delay by 30 mins also they will insult you asking in front of all other guests and come to ur room door keep knocking ur door and speak very loud tone so tat all guest in entire building hear. SO PLEASE KIND REQUEST NEVER EVER TRY OR THINK OF TAKING THIS HOTEL IF UR ADVENTOROUS HAVE MORE TIME CAN GIVE A TRY AND FACE QLL THE ABOVE.
