Ho prenotato una camera con vista completa su Haram con letto king size e mi hanno dato una stanza con finestre sporche e non uguale a quella che avevo prenotato

The hotel is located just a step away from the Masjid Al Nabwi, which makes this hotel popular. However, the hotel is very old. The bathroom is equipped with obsolete items. Shower, sink, and toilette tabs falling a part. The bath rooms need complete renovation, including tiles. Other than that, the reception staff is not very friendly. Had to wait a long time before the receptionist could find the reservation through Trip.com. I had to complain to the duty manager, Mr.Ridwan, who was extremely friendly and cooperative. He assigned another room. The duty Manger Miss.Raseel was exceptionally good. She extended my checkout time as my flight schedule was changed to a later time She also offered the lounge. She really made my stay very comfortable. A special thanks to Mr.Ridwan and Miss. Rassel. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a huge choice, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service.

The only thing good is its location. It's a very old hotel and should not be rated 5 star. I saw a fallen object when I entered the room

Amazing Hotel with great service. Everything was perfect. Very smooth Check in. The room was spacious and we were upgraded. When visiting Madina this hotel is the right choice.

We booked an executive king room with full Nabawi Mosque view and were granted accordingly plus the access to Executive Lounge on 14th floor. We have paid full, a year in advance. It was our second stay in Movenpick during Ramadan. We were in this hotel for 18 days in 2024. This year, we stayed for 8 days. The executive lounge proviided light snacks for Iftar from Magrib to Isyak. The light snacks are also provided after terawih prayers until 2 am..Our room is spacious and very comfortable. We love our stay so much. If one area need to be improved, we suggest better food to be served during Sahoor. We found that everytime fish and prawn were served, the smell of the seafood is still obvious. Please wash them properly and InshaAllah, the food will smell and taste better. Secondly, the rice briyani or similar when served, only bones are left, as if the rice is a leftover from Iftar food. Apart from the food, the rest is excellent, hotel reception access is direct to main road, great for DIY travellers to get taxi/ Uber, many lifts and Bin Dawood supermarket is right below and within the hotel building. Omer Almarwani was super friendly , he gave us a very big room with nice view of entrance street , overall staff is very nice , elevators at haram tower are super fast and too many elevators , 7 elevators I think , breakfast was good with Haram view , room is clean but wifi was slow

Nice hotel near the mosque, easy assess to the mosques . Great breakfast and can see mosque. We had a great time staying there . Convenient as shopping centre is just below and beside mosques . Near to the museum and easy assess . Clean hotel and helpful services . Good

Extended stay for 1 more night as our flight delayed until the next day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is good. Rooms are narrow. Average cleaning. Recommended to my friend. 

Nearby to Masjid Nabawi, Gate 329.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Exactly outside gate 328 and 329. Very close to the ladies entrance. Supermarket in the same building as the hotel. Lots of food places nearby. Lifts are speedy and plenty. Some busier times but otherwise very quick. Some points to note, the hotel has two buildings, Haram (new rooms) and Madina (old rooms) tower. The bathrooms are okay. Furniture slightly worn out, room sizes not very big, understandable because of location. Breakfast is good. Some rooms are almost like studios with induction hobs and fridges.

Bad service; dirty; too old fittings. Waited two hours to check in. They claim it a 5 star hotel but it’s hardly a 3 star. Not listen to complaints and food was also not upto mark. The only good thing is it’s location. But if you need location like that, you can get it for much cheaper price with same level of service. Not recommended at all.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the mosque, which made it incredibly convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is old and service is very bad! Doesn’t worth on price. Reception is not helpful especially night shifts. No early check in available at all, it was very bad experience and mostly will not stay in the future.
