La mia esperienza con l'hotel Artal Taiba è molto buona, il servizio è eccellente, il personale è molto cordiale, la camera è ordinata e pulita, non ho provato il loro cibo, ma nel complesso sono soddisfatto.

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata tutt'altro che soddisfacente. Nonostante la vicinanza al Masjid Nabvi, fattore che ha influenzato la nostra scelta visti i 20 minuti di cammino a piedi, il valore complessivo per il prezzo pagato, che è stato di quasi 350 Riyal, non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Il livello del servizio era deludentemente basso e il rumore proveniente dai corridoi e dagli altri ospiti durante la notte disturbava notevolmente la nostra pace. Inoltre la reattività dell'accoglienza lasciava molto a desiderare. Col senno di poi, scegliere questo hotel solo in base alla sua posizione è stato un errore. Per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole consigliamo di cercare altrove.

The hotel is good regarding its good price, the location is 10 min from the mosque, but there's a bus before each prayer time. The room where i stayed was good, but the area wasn't so large

Before booked the location it shows near to Masjid Nabawi. In actual is not. Information confusing

Definitely I will come back to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself very satisfying in term of cleanliness and comfortness. The surrounding also very helpful for me to stay along as there are many stores and eatery place. The shuttle bus also very helpful.

Best service

Overall it was good. But people with patient on wheelchair will face problem as toilet doors are too small for wheelchair. Second if you have allergies from carpet then its not for you... other than this everything is nice and hotel management are really helpful.

The hotel is not too far to the Haram, just 15-20 minutes by walking and 5 minutes by car. The hotel also provides free shuttle half an hour before each prayer, but we did not take them. The reception were professional and helpful in a way. Overall, it's a good and comfortable hotel with an affordable price.

Good hotel as per price range compared to others. Around 1 km of walk from hotel, good thing was they provided shuttle bus service to Masjid e Nabwi. Not recommended for people intending to walk with wheelchair and pram. Reception speaks English. Recommended if you are looking for a fair price.

Good hotel, clean and good service, there shuttle bus service is excellent. Groceries shop and food restaurant under the hotel.

When we entered the room the carpet was wet and the toilet floor is mouldy. Not very clean, no hair dryer but other amenities are acceptable. The hotel is located about 1km from Masjid AnNabawi but hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from Masjid every prayer, first come first serve basis. Shuttle will move at least 30 minutes before and after prayer. Have to pay for the hotel room during check in so prepare some cash or credit card. There are some convenient stores near in the hotel.

The place is good but they are slow in the service Some services weren’t available and i asked multiple times in third day they provided such as towels,slippers and tissues
