Bad Chevk-in routine È un hotel molto moderno troppo cattivo il personale e le politiche dell'hotel non sono moderne. L'hotel è isolato in una zona lontana dalle strutture. È necessario il trasporto per arrivare a un piccolo centro commerciale o alla spiaggia. L'hotel è in servizio con una navetta limitata al centro commerciale e alla spiaggia. L'hotel è arrivato dal porto di crociera di Mauritius alle 11:30. Alla scrivania frontale hanno detto che le camere non saranno assegnate fino alle 3:00 e dovremmo semplicemente sederci fino alle 3:00. Non ho mai chiesto i nostri nomi. Ho detto che siamo membri del Holiday Inn - non importa - le camere saranno assegnate alle 3:00. Tuttavia, una coppia che sapevamo arrivare alle 12:30 e sono state concesse immediatamente. Non sapevano perché. Abbiamo anche visto molte persone che aspettavano. La missione alle 3:00 non aveva nulla a che fare con le stanze pronte. Le stanze non sono assegnate fino alle 3:00. A 3:00 ci erano oltre 40 persone che aspettavano le stanze. Alcuni hanno deciso di andare al centro commerciale. Immagina che 40 persone aspettano fino alle 3:00 per un campanello per segnalare le camere sono ora disponibili. Ho previsto una fretta folle per arrivare in linea per una stanza. Non mi piace chiedere un manager. Quando ho spiegato a Cecilia che stiamo aspettando una stanza da 1130 e siamo membri dell'HIG. Cecilia ha detto che hanno una routine. Lei ha ribadito che hanno una routine, quindi alle 3:00 ora le persone sono tutte in linea per ottenere le loro assegnazioni. La struttura è stata ampiamente adattata per il tempo necessario per la visita.

Gli occhi si riempiono del verde della vegetazione rigogliosa, del blu della piscina all'ingresso, del bianco della sabbia e dell'azzurro del mare cristallino sullo sfondo. È un luogo magico, dove nulla è lasciato al caso, dove il tempo scorre lento e si respira bellezza. Fin dai primi momenti ci si sente come in un film: in uno scenario da sogno tutti ti salutano, sono sempre sorridenti e sempre disponibili a prendersi cura di te. Noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di sposarci proprio qui e non poteva esserci matrimonio più perfetto! Per questo il nostro primo grazia va a Manie, per averci supportato a distanza in tutti questi mesi e per aver contribuito a realizzare il nostro sogno. Oltre a lei, il nostro grazie va a tutto lo staff che ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile! Dall'accoglienza di Hussein sempre pronto a darci consigli e strapparci un sorriso con le sue battute. Alla ragazza della reception che al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto con il sorriso e ci ha spiegato tutti i dettagli della struttura. A tutto lo staff dell'housekeeping che ogni giorno rendeva impeccabile la nostra camera, lasciandoci piccoli cadeaux e facendoci sentire super coccolati. Ai ragazzi del servizio bar della spiaggia e a quelli dei ristoranti, sempre pronti a servirci con un sorriso (una menzione speciale va alla ragazza che ci ha servito durante la nostra cena post-matrimonio sotto in gazebo in piscina che è stata davvero professionale e carina). Alle ragazze della SPA per averci regalato un momento di puro relax con i loro fantastici massaggi e per avermi truccata e acconciata per il grande giorno. Grazie anche a Thierry che con la sua gentilezza era sempre presente in prima persona nel chiederci come stessimo e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Noi abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in questo luogo da sogno ed è stato davvero tutto perfetto: le camere sono pulite e spaziose circondate da un giardino tropicale impeccabile, la spiaggia e il mare sono indiscutibilmente i più belli dell'isola, i servizi offerti dall'hotel sono numerosi e prenotabili direttamente dall'app (allenamenti, yoga, vari corsi ed eventi, alcuni fatti apposta per i bimbi) e il cibo è davvero squisito! Noi abbiamo optato per la formula HB e abbiamo avuto modo di provare sia il ristorante The Beach (alla carta e buonissimo) che il buffet (vario e di qualità), per non parlare delle colazioni...una favola (da fare anche quella sulla tree house per un'esperienza top)! Inoltre una sera ci siamo anche concessi una cena nel nuovo ristorante giapponese Kawaii: un menu creato davanti ai nostri occhi dallo chef Moranda con pesce freschissimo, wagyu e ingredienti di ottima qualità per un'esplosione di sapori dietro l'altra. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo anche assistito allo spettacolo del fuoco sulla spiaggia, alla serata cinema e alle performance di var

I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.

L'hotel non era quello che mi aspettavo da un 5 stelle. Credo che si stanno rinovando quest'anno. Aveva metà tavolo e volevo aggiornare a tutti inclusivi ma non offrono tutti inclusivi se lo sapessi prima, non avrei un libro in questo hotel. Quindi il tavolo completo era e Rs8000 extra e potresti avere solo 2 bicchieri di vino o due birre inclusi. Non capisco come l'hotel non possa vedere che questo incoraggia gli ospiti ad acquistare alcol fuori dall'hotel. Uno in particolare chiamato Sahil. Questo tizio è davvero un diamante in brutto. Il nostro tempo all'hotel era pioggia, ma ci è ancora piaciuto con persone come Sahil intorno. Grazie!

This was the third time that I stayed at L'Oiseau de L'Ocean in Flic en Flac, and, as always, it was a great experience. Not only is the facilities great (especially the family rooms), the staff is very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this tourist residence to anyone planning on spending time in Flic en Flac.

Durante il Festival di Primavera, una famiglia di 6 persone ha soggiornato per 5 notti ed è stato fantastico! Non disposto ad andare! La colazione è ricca, puoi anche dare da mangiare ai pesci mentre mangi (un bellissimo pesce di mare che può essere visto solo facendo snorkeling), dare da mangiare agli uccelli (vedi almeno tre tipi di uccelli), paesaggi pittoreschi, golf free experience, gita in barca di vetro da e per cervi durante il soggiorno Isola, sala ricreativa, osservazione delle tartarughe elefanti, bicicletta, giro in barca con fondo di vetro da e per la sponda opposta ... Ho anche trovato per caso molti alberi di mango e alberi di Sakyamuni. Il verde dell'intero hotel è squisito, e alcuni vivono in bonsai di grandi dimensioni. La sensazione nel paradiso terrestre assoluto!

Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!

Came here for a day use,nice hotel and good food. Parvesh I think from the reception was very welcoming with a nice smile, he explains to us about the hotel a bit. Otherwise khushi from le jardin restaurant yes that was her name told us to scan a QR code and to put her name on it when she did not even welcome us. The waiter, at the bar Akhilesh a very helpful guy. Overall food and service was up to our satisfaction. Thanks to everyone.

The complex is a local architectural gem, beautifully situated, integrated into nature and the beach. First-class construction. The people who work here make an alert, motivated and very friendly impression. The regular service procedures work well. As is often the case in Africa, special requests require a little patience and several attempts. We found the breakfast varied and good, although the fruit was only second quality on 6 out of 8 days. It was only when the resort owner arrived that the fruit was first class 😉. In the evening, the buffet was ok and some dishes in the Asian restaurant were very good. However, it is worth exploring restaurants outside the resort in the evening. The excursions organised by the hotel (South Island, snorkelling tour) were great fun. The massage at the spa was very good. Taxis are relatively expensive, but in our case the drivers were very reliable. Anyone hoping that the air conditioning will cool the room to below 21 degrees Celsius (70 Fahrenheit) will be disappointed, as this did not seem feasible in our case. At least a fan provides some cooling.
