Hotel in zona Paroisse Camp Pintade, Mauritius

Posizione stupenda, con pochi bungalow a 2 piani praticamente sulla spiaggia, il resort è perfetto per una vacanza spartana, ma senza farsi mancare nulla. La zona comune dispone di piscina con bar e negozietto, solarium, angolo the, spa, ristorante ( alcuni giorni alla carta, altri a buffet), ristorantino tipico mauritiano (solo le sere di lunedì, mercoledì e venerdì prenotando). Quasi tutte le sere musica dal vivo Tutti i giorni parte la navetta gratuita per l’isola dei cervi, 2 volte al mattino e 2 rientri al pomeriggio, dove ci sono le migliori spiagge di Mauritius. La distanza dall’aeroporto è di circa un’oretta, perché le strade sono strette e si procede lentamente. Questo capita anche se volete fare un tour, quindi non si riesce a visitare tutta l’isola in un solo giorno, ne servono almeno 2. Lo staff è disponibile e gentilissimo. La pulizia molto buona. Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e accessori, oltre che di bollitore e piccolo frigo. Forniscono giornalmente i teli da mare. L’unico inconveniente, che ho segnalato, è che dopo le 17 non arriva acqua calda in camera, motivo per cui non ho dato il punteggio massimo.

Where shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!

Albergo ottimo per spezzare l'inverno italiano. La natura è bellissima. La spiaggia ben attrezzata. Le camere ampie, luminose e pulite. Il tutto incluso è la formula migliore. Deepak è la persona che vi può aiutare sul posto. Gentile e presente. Chef Vikash e Dino sono a vostra disposizione.

Kot Nou è un fantastico ristorante in riva al mare del resort e il personale è davvero molto presente,veloce e disponibile. Cibo ottimo,abbondante e di qualità. Cena tipica Mauritania con una dolce musica che accompagna il tutto. Bravissimo Krishna che ci ha accompagnato in tutto e spiegato i vari assaggi con educazione e professionalità.

Отличный отель! Сервис на высоте! Особенно радует нестандартное оформление территории и архитектуры. Видно что в этот проект вложено много сил! Не забудьте прокатиться по реке!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all'Hotel Ocean Creeks, pagando Rs39.000 per un pacchetto completo, e non ne valeva la pena. Al check-in non c'era una foglia sul letto. I tovaglioli profumavano male, e la materassi del letto era rotta su un lato. Sabato mattina, un alto bluer ha disturbato la colazione e la nostra stanza non è stata pulita alle 3 pm. L'hotel era rumoroso e sovraccarico a causa dei clienti di passaggio, rovinando l'atmosfera rilassante. Abbiamo chiesto due volte di cioccolato caldo al bar, ma solo il manager, Brian, finalmente l'ha trovato per noi. Poco selezione di cocktail nella selezione di tutti inclusi. Nel pomeriggio non c'era aria condizionata o elettrica nella nostra stanza. Inoltre, il minibar non era riempito e dovevamo chiedere la ricezione. Dopo tutte queste domande, abbiamo deciso di controllare prima alle 9 di domenica e di lasciare il pranzo inclusivo come avevamo una brutta notte. Abbiamo chiesto al supervisore se potessero dedurre il pranzo dal nostro conto di checkout Rs3,000. Per nostra sorpresa, hanno offerto solo una deduzione Rs1,000, che abbiamo rifiutato. Abbiamo pagato la somma totale e ci siamo lasciati frustrati e confusi per quanto leggermente le nostre denunce siano state prese. La scarsa gestione e il mal servizio rendono questo hotel un certo non-go. Non lo consigliamo e non torneremo.

Anisha was the most friendliest and attentive of the food and beverage servers which I encountered during my stay . She was probably the only member who presented her name while serving me. She recommended items on the sushi menu that did not disappoint. Anisha definitely made my stay memorable although it was business related, The breakfast selection is good but the hot selection during this service is a bit cold. The room was comfortable but smelled of smoke although im not a smoker. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable.

Resort incantevole e raffinato. Staff sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi criticità o a soddisfare le vostre richieste. Durante l’intero soggiorno il caro Josh è stato sempre a nostra disposizione. Dotato di ogni confort, pulito, accogliente, dotato di servizio serale, a disposizione dei clienti un centro surf, attività di ogni tipo per giovani e famiglie, diverse spiagge e piscine . Un grazie particolare a Jimmy ed a tutto lo Staff! Consigliatissimo anche per clienti esigenti come noi!!!

This was the third time that I stayed at L'Oiseau de L'Ocean in Flic en Flac, and, as always, it was a great experience. Not only is the facilities great (especially the family rooms), the staff is very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this tourist residence to anyone planning on spending time in Flic en Flac.

I had a lovely stay at the Veranda Tamarin - the resort, decor, facilities and layout exceeded my expectations. The all inclusive package was very good value for money although it would have been better if there was a wrist band which signified to staff that guests were all inclusive so that we didn't have to continually sign for every drink. At weekends the music and partying from the beach was loud as the property is very nearby and obviously the resort can't control the volume of this however the bar music was also loud and could maybe have stopped at midnight rather than 2am. The restaurant and bar staff were all very friendly and helpful. On the all inclusive package you were able to eat with a subsidy in the a la carte restaurant which was good and you also got money off trips booked through the hotel which was also good value. The spa treatment (massage) I had was disappointing and also overpriced in my view.
