Il soggiorno ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La struttura è accogliente e confortevole, in particolare le camere da letto sono molto spaziose e pulite (pulizia della stanza 2/3 volte al giorno). Inoltre, l'albergo offre una vasta gamma di ristoranti al suo interno. Noi avevamo la formula ”half board” (mezza pensione) che prevede la possibilità di scegliere tra 3 degli 8 ristoranti a disposizione. Cibo ottimo in tutti i ristoranti che abbiamo provato e adatto ad ogni esigenze e necessità. Tuttavia, nella mezza pensione, a differenza dell'all inclusive, non sono incluse bevande alcoliche (vino/birra) ma sono considerati come extra. Anche per quanto riguarda la spiaggia, nulla da segnalare. é molto lunga e i lettini sono comodi, anche se al mattino conviene ”prenotarsi” i lettini per evitare di restare senza (cosa che però a noi non è mai capitata) essendo la struttura dotata anche di 3 piscine con annessi lettini. Evidenzio che l'albergo è situato ad est, quindi il sole tramonta molto presto e già verso le 4 non c'è più sole sulla spiaggia. Nonostante ciò, per fortuna, non ci siamo mai annoiati essendo l'albergo dotato di molte attività di intrattenimento. Sono infatti incluse attività acquatiche come sci nautico, boat glass (barca con vetro sotto per vedere il fondale), gonfiabili, ma anche attività come minigolf, bocce, ping pong e campi da tennis. Sono a disposizione, a pagamento, anche delle biciclette. Noi abbiamo utilizzato molto anche la palestra che offre una vasta scelta di macchinari. Unica pecca che segnalo è il servizio di organizzazione delle escursioni. Poco tempestivo ed efficiente, dovevamo spesso rincorrere noi il ragazzo che se ne occupava.

Un soggiorno eccezionale al resort, con trattamento a 5 stelle da parte di tutto lo staff dell'hotel. Tutto il personale con cui siamo entrati in contatto ha fatto di tutto per fornire la vera ospitalità mauriziana al suo meglio! Un resort altamente raccomandato per coppie e famiglie. Le camere erano ben tenute con una chiara vista sul mare e una vista sulla piscina. La qualità del cibo, la manutenzione dei ristoranti e di tutti gli spazi pubblici erano immacolati! Molte entusiasmanti attività acquatiche complementari al nostro soggiorno, nonché vari temi forniti all'ora di cena per intrattenere gli ospiti. Kevin e il suo team saranno sicuri che te ne andrai con il sorriso più grande sul tuo viso dopo ogni pasto! Squadra ben fatta!

Sono appena rientrato da una settimana di vacanza trascorsa in questa struttura , posso dire di essere stato in paradiso e che esiste . L’hotel è situato ai piedi del monte le morne Brabant che domina e rende tutto molto suggestivo , tutto il complesso è immerso perfettamente in un giardino tropicale che affaccia sulla spiaggia più bella del isola con dei tramonti che vi lasceranno senza fiato . Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli pulitissimo , camere lussuose spaziose e ripulite quotidianamente in maniera impeccabile. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo sorridente e disponibilissimo, devo fare un ringraziamento a Stephanie che è l’unica che parla un perfetto italiano che mi ha organizzato tutte le escursioni sodisfando ogni mia richiesta e trasformando la mia vacanza indimenticabile e preoccupandosi quotidianamente che stessi bene e che fosse andato tutto perfetto secondo i suoi piani . Un ringraziamento molto speciale va anche a Gael che è stato lui ad accogliermi al mio arrivo è stato la persona più gentile accomodante sempre sorridente e disponibile che abbia mai conosciuto sempre pronto a soddisfare e ad accontentare ogni mia richiesta ed esigenza sempre con la massima professionalità davvero molto ingamba . Vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo resort se volete vivere un sogno .

RrL'Oberoi Mauritius è stato di gran lunga il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, questo commento si basa su viaggi in tutto il mondo e non è limitato a viaggi in Mauritius. Il personale ha prestato attenzione a soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze e le richieste di cibo personali che erano felicemente accolte dal chef dell’hotel. Dopo aver caduto malato durante il viaggio, il medico dell'hotel era disponibile per un consulto e prescritto il farmaco in tempo utile. La visita al bagno era rilassante e tutte le camere erano ben mantenute. Il terapeuta è stato in grado di fornire i trattamenti alle nostre esigenze individuali. La stanza era ben decorata con piscina privata e giardino, il che significava che eravamo abbastanza fortunati per avere il nostro colazione con una splendida vista sul mare 🌊. In generale, un vero hotel a cinque stelle ⭐️ che offre ai suoi ospiti un'esperienza eccezionale. Ben fatto Oberoi Team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Se non è abbastanza buono per tutti, puoi dire a qualsiasi cameriere dell'hotel che vuoi cercare Yash, va bene.E il paesaggio della mia camera 87, mi piace molto.

KKarenRats in restaurant On arrival the hotel is really beautiful - a small oasis tucked away with gorgeous colonial style. The reception staff were really lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was really nice - but there were a few things we noticed (which we let slide at the start) - massive dirty lipstick mark on one of our water glasses, filthy lampshades above the bathroom sinks, bed linen that didn’t feel particularly fresh and the robes as well had a slight greyish colour rather than bright white which they were meant to be. These were all minor things at the start which we didn’t even mention to each other but did notice. We then had our first night at the cocktail bar where our drink was served by the lovely barman (very polite and smily) - as we were drinking we saw a huge rat run across the terrace - we decided it was an island and maybe this is normal (although we really weren’t happy about it). We then were dining within the restaurant and again a huge rat was running towards the table. For us, this is not ok. We asked to move tables as we saw a rat and the waiters barely acknowledged it - didn’t offer any apology and then proceeded to avoid our table for the rest of the night. We informed the manager the next day who assured us he was aware and the rat had been caught, and to “give it a chance”. We weren’t offered so much as a complimentary drink. After dining in the restaurant again the second night and again seeing a rat - for us it was time to check out. Not only is it unpleasant seeing rodents running around while eating but I would say it’s a hygiene issue and makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the safety of the food. The only concession we were offered was to not pay for the remaining nights that we would not be staying for. Really disappointing. On hindsight some things we would add about the whole experience: - Not a 5 star in terms of food, service or cleanliness - Staff really hit and miss - some very friendly some really rude and unhelpful - Rooms didn’t feel clean - Food was average - nothing felt fresh including breakfast - Quite stingey with water - water not replaced within our room (had to ask for it) We are now staying at a different hotel and haven’t seen one rat, so don’t think this is “just an island thing” as the manager stated. The service and food are also worlds apart which has really solidified that our review of 20 degres sud as completely justified - not a 5 star experience whatsoever.

UUtente ospiteWhere shall I start...Our stay way pretty perfect! Most of you know Mauritius for the big hotel areas, so it was an absolute miracle that we found this lil gem on the island. We had a wonderful 9 days at the SALT of Palmar. We loved that it was super tiny, and very familiar, every corner had a special detail and the service was superb. The staff really makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a Mandarin Oriental Standard, then this won't be the right one. But what this hotel had, is a lot of soul and personality. Rooms: Book a room with a sea view. We had one, but I would say that that's the magic of it. You will realize quite fast that the hotel is refurbished, so here and there you see that it's not 100% up to date, but it really doesn't matter. The rooms were super clean, and spacious and had a great personalized interior. Housekeeping in the morning and also for turndown service did a great job. Thanks to the team! You will see that TV is missing and also Mini-Bars, but that's why you have chosen a Lil boutique hotel over a big chain. Beach: The beach is beautiful, clean, and located around the corner, so u don't get the feeling that it's getting crowded with too many guests, what I loved. The pool is nice, but there could be more sunbeds. Be aware that you are on the eastern side, so when u arrive in August or September, it's very windy and may get chilly. While in November, you will be happy to have the breeze. Snorkelling: Yes, you can snorkel, and you will see fish. But don't expect reef-like on the Maledives for sure. Food: ONE OF A KIND. If you are looking for endless buffets and a big choice just to look at, this won't be your cup of tea. The food was just amazing. Very individualized menu, a big variety. We didn't eat twice the same. The breakfast menu was outstanding and so was the coffee (which usually always sucks in hotels). Nevertheless, you have to say that if you wanna dishes outside the included menu or wines, they are quite expensive (even for Europeans). The only experience, where we were not really stunned, was the cocktails at any point. Watery, not really strong etc. Foodservice: A very big thanks to the service team. you made our experience stunning, also the way you took care of my parents and everything around my mom's birthday. OUr warmest thanks to Vidusha!! But also to Vinesh, Med, Vajna and Vashish (I Hope I got the names right) We hop to see you soon!

Tty34In generale, è ancora molto buono. La suite ha due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. Un quarto è completamente in ordine. E questo tipo di camera non ha bisogno di pagare alcun altro costo per due bambini di età inferiore a 16 anni, compreso il colazione, ma il colazione non è molto adatto per gli asiatici orientale, e la cena è un po' migliore, Un po'.Abbiamo messo un sacchetto di un bambino all'aeroporto di Mao, con oggetti preziosi. Non potevamo trovarlo. Quindi il piccolo fratello della reception intercontinentale ci ha aiutato a contattare la polizia dell'aeroporto. Il sacchetto è stato perso, molto bello. Più tardi, il congelamento era un po'infelice, grazie a me più di mille euro, dopo la negoziazione, ma dopo essere tornato a casa, è tornato nel mio conto, in generale perfetto, e l'ufficio di Trip.com ha aiutato molto!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Mariposa per 10 giorni ad agosto, che dire, ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo staff meraviglioso non ci ha mai fatto mancare niente, un ringraziamento speciale a Sam e Tristan che ci hanno fatto passare un soggiorno stupendo, l’ hotel è in un ottima posizione le cene sono una più indimenticabile dell’altra, mangi in riva al mare tutte le sere e tramonti ogni giorno, il mangiare ottimo un complimento allo chef. L’hotel organizza escursioni private di una giornata intera ad un prezzo ottimo. Super consigliato, quando torneremo a Mauritius sicuramente torneremo qua. Un abbraccio da Angela e Daniele

UUtente ospiteSono molto in difficoltà nello scrivere questa recensione per il fatto che ci sono molti aspetti positivi ed altrettanti negativi e per questo motivo lo valuto nella media, premettendo che siamo clienti affezionati alla catena Anantara di cui siamo stati ospiti molte volte in molti paesi del mondo e pertanto abbiamo la possibilità di comparare questa struttura con quelle della stessa proprietà. Andiamo con ordine : arriviamo dall'aeroporto e non troviamo nessuno ad attenderci e a ritirare i bagagli che vengono scaricati dall'autista e abbandonati all'ingresso, facciamo il check-in e ci avviamo con la receptionist alla nostra camera, scoprendo con piacere un upgrade ad un con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, upgrade gradito, che non ci è stato fatto minimamente notare, sminuendone il valore. Nel frattempo attendiamo la consegna delle valigie, uno dei miei parametri di valutazione è proprio il tempo che intercorre dall'arrivo in camera e la consegna dei bagagli; ebbene dopo due solleciti sono arrivati dopo quasi mezz'ora. 1* negativo Camera comunque bella e in perfetto ordine, anche se poi nei giorni seguenti il servizio di rigoverno non è mai stato fatto in maniera impeccabile, ogni giorno mancava qualcosa, o gli asciugamani piccoli, o quelli grandi, o lo zucchero o un tappetino, insomma niente di grave ma mai fatta accuratamente. Camera 5*, servizio 2* Positiva la ristorazione sia al BonManger, che all'Horizon , buona scelta e buona qualità anche nel buffet della colazione. Personale attento e professionale. Così come al bar 5* Spiaggia ampia anche se sarebbe opportuno avere anche qualche ombrellone a disposizione, comunque bella posizione e molto tranquilla essendo riservata solo agli ospiti dell'hotel. Veniamo adesso agli aspetti che ci hanno invece lasciati perplessi e riguardano tutti la reception e l'house keeping : Una sera arriviamo in camera dopo la cena e troviamo il bagno allagato da acqua e schiuma che proveniva dallo scolo di drenaggio del locale WC, situazione non certo piacevole, ho dovuto chiamare 3 volte la reception prima che arrivasse, dopo almeno mezz'ora, qualcuno a pulire ed asciugare il pavimento dai liquidi che avrebbero potuto essere anche di acque sporche, a seguito delle mie chiamate inizialmente erano solo intervenuti sui drenaggi esterni che a loro volta emettevano liquidi. Housekeeping 1* Arriviamo alla partenza : già dal giorno precedente ho chiesto conferma per l'orario del transfer, ho parlato a più riprese con 4 persone diverse che dopo aver brancolato nel buio alla ricerca della prenotazione e fatto diverse telefonate, alla fine l'ultima interlocutrice mi dà la conferma. TTMolto convenientemente situato come ad un grande centro commerciale dove si dispone di tutto. Il personale è anche bello, colazione ok. Ma la qualità della camera non è buona, l'interno non è spazioso e disturbato a mettere il suo appartamento. Bed comodo e TV non ha funzionato. Il prezzo è buono.

UUtente ospiteMy daughter and I were at the hotel from the 27th April to the 2nd May . The welcome was great but I don't drink ice tea and no alternatives were provided . I was disappointed that there was no complimentary water available in the room. I would highly recommend that you take your own water, snacks and alcohol as we found it quite pricy. The room was spacious with a stunning view , the beach is literally a few steps away. The staff at the water sports centre were very friendly and respectful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Try parasailing it was exhilarating! The food could be more spicy , the curries were bland and needed a kick. The marlin carpaccio was absolutely delicious . I was really impressed that I could get almond milk for my morning coffee:-) . The best part of our stay was meeting Urvi who coordinates the entertainment, she is friendly and makes everyone feel like an extended family. She was very professional and friendly and gave us the best time ever. We thoroughly enjoyed dancing and our music tastes were well accommodated. Urvi has the potential to lead , she is young, dynamic and driven- her passion for what she does was highly evident.
