Wow what an amazing place!! I booked this hotel last minute for a break for some rest and sunshine and I was NOT disappointed! ✔️ Free delicious welcome drink (lemongrass) and cold towel ✔️ Massive shower in the bedroom ✔️ The staff are so friendly and hospitable ✔️ USB ports and English plugs (no need for an adapter if you’re from the UK) ✔️ So much is free e.g. Teabaz, snacks at the bar at 18:30, glass bottomed boat, snorkelling… ✔️ Free drinking water ✔️ Never stayed in a hotel with proper coffee in the room before! - ground coffee and cafetière!! Soooo good and beats those gross instant sachets. ✔️ Absolutely stunning sea view from my balcony! ✔️ It’s quite a small and intimate place which I liked, the staff remembered my name and room number which made me feel special ✔️ THE FOOD!!!!! Omg it was incredible!!! Always so much choice!! And if for some bizarre reason nothing takes your fancy on the daily buffet, the chef will rustle something up for you in the kitchen. I’d read reviews before coming about how people wanted more choice for food, but I honestly did not understand this - there was always soooo much choice and such a range of delicious things I never got bored. 👏 The most positive thing for me was the hotel’s ban on single use plastic and their impressive ethos to protect the environment - such an amazing thing and it needs to be supported! If there is only one reason for you to go to this hotel this should be it! They have a ‘bulk shop’ where you can collect little glass jars and stock up on stuff - what an awesome idea. A few negatives: ✖️ The cleanliness could have been better - there were stains on the towels and sheets. Also the pool was always dirty. ✖️ The wifi was pretty weak and I couldn’t get it in my room - I suppose if you want a week technology free it’s a good thing! TOP TIPS: 👉 If you don’t want to use the reusable water bottle the hotel provides you may want to bring your own - I did and was very glad I did 👉 They provide crepes/pancakes every morning for breakfast and at tea time from the street food van but they don’t have Nutella! If you can’t have your pancakes without Nutella I suggest bringing some of those little sachets. 👉 I brought quite a lot of snacks with me - didn’t eat any 😆 You can get delicious snacks from the bulk shop like dried mango, nuts, sweet stuff, and it’s all local. Also I ate so much at breakfast I was full most of the morning! 👉 I was glad I didn’t go full inclusive - I went half board and only needed that. For lunch I ate some of the delicious street food and it was so cheap! 👉 I went as a solo female traveller and felt perfectly safe, there were several other solo females there too.

My daughter and I were at the hotel from the 27th April to the 2nd May . The welcome was great but I don't drink ice tea and no alternatives were provided . I was disappointed that there was no complimentary water available in the room. I would highly recommend that you take your own water, snacks and alcohol as we found it quite pricy. The room was spacious with a stunning view , the beach is literally a few steps away. The staff at the water sports centre were very friendly and respectful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Try parasailing it was exhilarating! The food could be more spicy , the curries were bland and needed a kick. The marlin carpaccio was absolutely delicious . I was really impressed that I could get almond milk for my morning coffee:-) . The best part of our stay was meeting Urvi who coordinates the entertainment, she is friendly and makes everyone feel like an extended family. She was very professional and friendly and gave us the best time ever. We thoroughly enjoyed dancing and our music tastes were well accommodated. Urvi has the potential to lead , she is young, dynamic and driven- her passion for what she does was highly evident.

Che bel tempo trascorso lì. Hotel pulito, ben mantenuto, atteggiamenti perfetti del personale, buon cibo. Yogesh nel ristorante è stato grande, buon servizio professionale anche i responsabili e altri personale. Mantenere il buon lavoro per lo più tutti questi giovani nella sezione ospite. La navetta gratuita disponibile è stata grande e utile. Thks di nuovo tutta la squadra, non dimenticare le risposte rapide di servizio in camera e la squadra di cucina, Bravo. Spero 2 vedervi tutti la prossima volta. Bonne continuation.

In generale, è ancora molto buono. La suite ha due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. Un quarto è completamente in ordine. E questo tipo di camera non ha bisogno di pagare alcun altro costo per due bambini di età inferiore a 16 anni, compreso il colazione, ma il colazione non è molto adatto per gli asiatici orientale, e la cena è un po' migliore, Un po'.Abbiamo messo un sacchetto di un bambino all'aeroporto di Mao, con oggetti preziosi. Non potevamo trovarlo. Quindi il piccolo fratello della reception intercontinentale ci ha aiutato a contattare la polizia dell'aeroporto. Il sacchetto è stato perso, molto bello. Più tardi, il congelamento era un po'infelice, grazie a me più di mille euro, dopo la negoziazione, ma dopo essere tornato a casa, è tornato nel mio conto, in generale perfetto, e l'ufficio di Trip.com ha aiutato molto!

resort grande e ben distribuito. cucina varia e molto buona, ma deve piacere speziata/simil indiana mare calmo e molto bello, prendendo il pedalò abbiamo visto una tartaruga molto bello il fatto che le attività diving base, come pedalò, barca fondo di vetro, snorkeling comprese

Siamo stati alla Mariposa per 7 notti con formula mezza pensione. Camere spaziose, pulizia discreta, letto gigantesco, presenza di cucinino. Nota negativa: solo 1 asciugamano in bagno a testa. Disponibilità di teli mare ogni giorno. Spazi esterni ben curati. Personale eccezionale. La colazione e la cena vengono serviti al ristorante/bar dell’albergo (il Korail rouge) che si trova sulla spiaggia: colazione a buffet varia con cuoco a disposizione per preparare le uova a piacimento; cena varia e genuina ogni giorno, con incluso stuzzichino, antipasto, piatto e dessert (bevande escluse). Cura nel servizio e spesso anche musica dal vivo (chitarra acustica). Bar aperto tutto il giorno con varietà di selezione di cocktail e bevande sia alcoliche che non. Spiaggia privata piccola ma ben tenuta, con ombrelloni, sdraio e pouf a disposizione degli ospiti. Parcheggio disponibile, ma spesso pieno. Disponibilità di gite ed escursioni nell’isola organizzate dalla struttura.

Resort incantevole e raffinato. Staff sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi criticità o a soddisfare le vostre richieste. Durante l’intero soggiorno il caro Josh è stato sempre a nostra disposizione. Dotato di ogni confort, pulito, accogliente, dotato di servizio serale, a disposizione dei clienti un centro surf, attività di ogni tipo per giovani e famiglie, diverse spiagge e piscine . Un grazie particolare a Jimmy ed a tutto lo Staff! Consigliatissimo anche per clienti esigenti come noi!!!

Sono appena rientrato da una settimana di vacanza trascorsa in questa struttura , posso dire di essere stato in paradiso e che esiste . L’hotel è situato ai piedi del monte le morne Brabant che domina e rende tutto molto suggestivo , tutto il complesso è immerso perfettamente in un giardino tropicale che affaccia sulla spiaggia più bella del isola con dei tramonti che vi lasceranno senza fiato . Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli pulitissimo , camere lussuose spaziose e ripulite quotidianamente in maniera impeccabile. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo sorridente e disponibilissimo, devo fare un ringraziamento a Stephanie che è l’unica che parla un perfetto italiano che mi ha organizzato tutte le escursioni sodisfando ogni mia richiesta e trasformando la mia vacanza indimenticabile e preoccupandosi quotidianamente che stessi bene e che fosse andato tutto perfetto secondo i suoi piani . Un ringraziamento molto speciale va anche a Gael che è stato lui ad accogliermi al mio arrivo è stato la persona più gentile accomodante sempre sorridente e disponibile che abbia mai conosciuto sempre pronto a soddisfare e ad accontentare ogni mia richiesta ed esigenza sempre con la massima professionalità davvero molto ingamba . Vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo resort se volete vivere un sogno .
